My name is Alicia and I have been a patient at the BAART Norwood clinic since May 2014 and seen it go through amazing growth and change! I highly recommend for anyone who is serious about getting into treatment to consider this program. The Director Mellisa is fabulous and truly does do everything within her ability to help patients on every level, Margo is the angel that works at the reception window she is knowledgeable kind and respectful Always to all the patients that come in. But my absolute favorite is my counselor Shay she is fabulous, she is always open to listening and guiding and helping as much as she can, and I truly feel she has my best interest and recovery at the forefront I never feel rushed or like I’m a burden and she is incredibly relatable and nonjudgmental which is huge when your trying to be honest with yourself and them about your recovery, your everyday life struggles and everything else that contributes to success when in recovery! But a big shout out to all the dispensing nurses also they have to put up with a lot sometimes and they stay focused and determined to get everyone dosed in a timely manner! Kudos to everyone working there and helping make recovery possible and manageable! Thank you All!

1.a. staff: starting with the clerk, she was sweet and kind and told me i would be helped soon (: bonus point: no need to sign in on a sheet of paper whatttt that is so cool! goes you to show how quick the customer service is at this veteran affairs community partner :) 1.b. statf: then i meet with my case manager, miss DeGene Dean, where she welcomed me warmly and went straight into presenting all of the steps and information i need to set up my veteran benefits and even welcomed questions no matter if they are big ones or small ones 2.a. atmosphere: love the outdoor patio area, it is well trimmed, has good well-maintained benches, and some areas of shade 2.b. atmosphere: the lobby has a nice aquarium to watch the wildlife in it as well as comfy seats with a nice high quality quench ®️ water dispenser to fill up a cup of water which this dispenser filters out the acid and toxins as well as the dispenser being stocked by high quality fresh water from WinCo Foods ®️ by Sheldon Road, Elk Grove, Sacramento County, U.S.A. america 🇺🇲 9. overall: me would come back to this place as a veteran 😊

I spent 30 days in FORC this year and highly reccomend it to anyone seeking long term recovery. The staff is incredible; they really care about the residents when they are in and out of the program. This may not be a facility where you get a tv in your room and have your phone all day, but you WILL build community and get set up with the tools for actually recovering from addiction. It’s been my jumping off place, and I am still sober 100 days later. I go back every Tuesday for alumni nights, and look forward to seeing the staff, residents, and other folks who have graduated from FORC. Also, their cooks rock. I would suggest FORC to anyone looking for a safe and solid program that’s attentive to everyone who comes through their doors.

I arrived downtown and parked right out front. The waiting room was clean and .... empty. I had the place to myself and I was seen by a nurse within 15 minutes of arrival. Doctor Wilkes came in soon after, and was absolutely invested in finding solutions for my concerns. What a contrast to how I thought ny experience would be, based on some of these reviews. In any case, I hope people give this place a fair shot. They were the only clinic who would book an in- person appointment for me within days rather than months!

My first experience was lackluster and overall, I am not a fan of WellSpace. Long waits on the phone, referrals hat aren't even in their own network or covered by Partnership of CA and Medi-Cal. But, my experience at J Street Infectious disease clinic has been great. Dr. Ledermann and her staff have been really great, professional, attentive to detail and thorough. For those navigating infectious disease for the first time or tracking known disease, J Street clinic is a fine place to do so.

● WE STAY WITH MOTEL 6 ON JIBBOOM ST. MOTEL HAD AN COMPANY THAT DID TOUCH UP TO OUR ROOMS, CLEAN OUR REFEIDERATORS, CLEANED OUR AC IN OUR UNITS. MY CASE WORKER IS KIMBERLY WHO DOES HOME VISITS. I REPORTED IT TO MY CASE MANAGER LADONNA AND TO THE MOTEL 6 THAT OUR AC ISNT WORKING PROPERLY. THE COMPANY WHO CLEANED OUT THE AC DIDNT CHECK TO SEE IF THE AC WAS RUNNING CORRECTLY.

What else can I say about River City Recovery!!! If you TRULY want to be FREED from the disease of addiction, this place will do everything within their power to assist you in getting there. The rest is up to you and how TRULY BAD you as an individual want the opportunity to live your BEST life!!! All I had to do was show up and put to use ALL the great tools they give you and after being clean and sober for going on five months now, I can honestly say the program is PRICELESS!!! It was A nice rehabilitation center. I had family around me which made it a little more comfortable. I thought that A month would be enough for me. I missed my kids. I made every excuse why I did not need more time in recovery. Truth is you do. Stay with it. It is a great place.

I just completed 10 days of detox at Gateway Recovery, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were some of the sweetest, kindest, most compassionate and genuinely helpful people I have ever encountered anywhere. Detox is obviously not an easy experience, but the way I was treated made such a huge difference. I never felt judged or like I was just another patient. I felt cared about as a person. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, supported and safe, and their kindness felt completely genuine. What stood out to me most was how consistently caring everyone was. I felt genuinely cared for by every single staff member and they spent time with me helping me make phone calls and appointments that I needed to make in order to be sucessful at home. I am incredibly grateful for my 10 days at Gateway and especially for the people who work there. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier and for treating me with so much kindness. I will never forget it. ❤️

I spent 30 days in FORC this year and highly reccomend it to anyone seeking long term recovery. The staff is incredible; they really care about the residents when they are in and out of the program. This may not be a facility where you get a tv in your room and have your phone all day, but you WILL build community and get set up with the tools for actually recovering from addiction. It’s been my jumping off place, and I am still sober 100 days later. I go back every Tuesday for alumni nights, and look forward to seeing the staff, residents, and other folks who have graduated from FORC. Also, their cooks rock. I would suggest FORC to anyone looking for a safe and solid program that’s attentive to everyone who comes through their doors.
