To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months. Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well. You guys make a difference, I hope you know that!!

Came here for help with GAD and Major Depression, and learned so, SO much to help. Very small, and friendly, with a max of ~10 adolescents , normally in 2 groups, with adults getting help in the other half of the building (no contact with the adolescents). No suffocating surveillance, while making sure we are all safe and okay. Pretty much no aggressive or threatening behavior allowed, whether towards others, authority, or your self, so no need to worry about any harm coming from being here.We all have blood drawn as well as a urine sample when we first come, and see the therapists, doctor, nurse, and psychiatrist on our first or second day.The adolecent therapists, Amber and Neelima, are skilled at helping you process, and teaching you as much as they can. Davis, the school liason (and so much more) and Gerald are wonderful people who help us in general and are there to talk to for help or just hang out with during lunch and school time. The nurse, Tanya, is super friendly, and the Psychiatrist, Dr.Tiaba is wonderful at balancing, perscribing, or weaning medications, and she spends time with you (10-40 minutes, every Tuesday and Thursday normally), working to help you change your mindset with helpful metaphors and reality checks.I'm so thankful that I've been able to come here, and stay for so long (8-9 weeks!), as they work very hard to help with insurance and schools.Stepping from PHP to IOP is hardly different, with one less Physiatrist visit a week, and everything else about the group and schedule remains the same, so that you can continue your progress with just as much attention. You normally have one Family session a week, as the therapists recognize that it's never just one person, and everything plays off each family member. They help provide support for the adolescents to speak truthfully with parents while keeping the conversations safe and productive. If you are looking for a place to send your struggling teen or are a teen looking for help before it's too late, please consider Change's. You won't regret it.Best of luck!

| Texas Health Seay Behavioral Health Hospital provides substance use disorder treatment, mental health, and behavioral health treatment for individuals in the Plano, Texas, area. They provide treatment for men, women, and adolescents. Available services include detox, inpatient treatment, and a partial hospitalization program. Texas Health Seay Beha | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was admitted here after an attempt on 11/5/2024. I was here for 6 days and at first, it was very scary. It felt like a hopeless place where there are crazy people and therapists who don't understand your problems. After a few days of being here, I was able to open up and connect with the other patients and it gave me a lot of perspective on my life and my diagnosis of depression and BPD. I was able to listen and help other people who were in fact, going through the exact grieving and coping processes that I was. I talked with nurses and the MHTs when I felt alone and they were very helpful and considerate for everyone's needs. Katrina in particular helped me out a lot when I needed someone to talk to. Overall, I would say that this is a life changing experience that I am very thankful for. At a time where everything seemed lost, I was able to find myself here.

Caveat: in-patient is hard. Full stop. If u are looking for a in-patient experience that's comfortable, you're not, in my experience, going to find one in the US of A .Having said that, this place is safe, clean, and staffed by competent professionals .I prefer not to avoid needing care at this level, but if I must, this will be my go-to.To whomever is reading this: good luck

| Located in Plano, Texas, the Center for Discovery Plano provides eating disorder treatment to individuals between the ages of 9 and 18. Their residential treatment center is LGBTQ-inclusive. It is important to note that this location is not an alcohol and drug rehab center. Located in Plano, Texas, the Center for Discovery Plano provides eating di | Treatments Payment Options | I am sorry it has taken me this long to write a review. I wanted to make sure that I had the time to really write in detail how well my son did with the program at Center for Discovery and how much he connected not only with the other kids there but with the staff. It has made a huge impact on him and us. Sometimes, I felt like we were spoiled. :)This has been a long journey and especially for my son since we didn't know till much later. When the decision was made that he needed to go to a residential, I was terrified and nervous. They worked super hard with our insurance to get him in and because CFD is 3.5 hours away from us, I was very reluctant, but we knew we had to do what we had to do for the health and healing journey for our child. It was a struggle trying to find a place that accepted adolescent males. I thank God every day that CFD accepted boys. We were so scared that were not going to be able to find anything for him in the state.Thankfully, we were able with the help of CFD speaking with the insurance back and forth, he was in. At this point he and the family just wanted to get started with this program. We were all so exhausted and I was emotionally drained. When we came for his admission, the whole staff greeted us with kind hearts and smiles. Just the knowing how scared and anxious families are they knew exactly how to read the room.Everyone was so very help for the first few weeks when I would ask a bazillion questions. I was scared about the medications, scared about everything. The whole fear of the unknown. And let me tell you, Marisol, Mallory and so many more were so patient and kind with me and my fears. It is like they know what they are doing or something lol!! But seriously. I don't know what I would have done without them talking me off the ledge sometimes because of my son being far and not being able to see him but once a week, that was tough for me. And everyone has their own battles, that one was mine.My son made some friends along the way and still is in contact with them once in a while and feel that is needed during this time of healing and recovery with teens. They need a good support system. The kids there were so supportive of him like they were family and felt great knowing he had that there and I was able to sleep just a little better at night knowing that.Once he finally broke out of his shell and began to really dive deep into what he needed to do to start this process, he did amazing. CFD was there for him and us every step of the way.He came out like a champ, and I am so proud of him and everyone at CFD for doing the hard work you do. It must be so rewarding and hard at the same time, with your heart strings being pulled every which way. YOU ALL ARE HEROS!Thank you so much for everything and if anyone ever needs a residential go to Center for Discovery.Much Love!

I was here January through March, 2024. Any reviews before May 2023 are from old, irresponsible management, and under Casey (Site Manager) and Kaitlyn (Lead Therapist/Clinical Manager) everything has run much better, and patients are treated with care and individual respect. From all the other residentials I have heard of from others, this is the place to be. This eating disorder residential is like no other that I've seen or heard of. I flew in from NC, so I can't say much for other Texas residentials, but I can say that two months here was one of the most beneficial experiences I have ever had. There are eating disorder and diet technicians, who are very well trained and prepare nutritious meals by the individualized diet orders of each patient, and genuinely care about the experience and healing of the patients they are working with. The staff was one of the best parts of my stay here. They keep a watchful eye on patients, yet don't make them feel as if they are in prison. CFD Plano is definitely a home setting. Here, myself and other patients are not only medically watched and stabilized, but also learn how to plan, cook, and understand meals ourselves. I came out of CFD with a much better knowledge and mindset about eating, with the careful patience of my entire care team.Primary care teams consist of a trained therapist, psychiatrist, dietitian, and pediatrician (only adolescents at this center). Patients are also cared for by on-site nurses, day and overnight staff, and occasional external doctor visits with guardian consent, if necessary. This treatment center was my first, and I gained a well-rounded understanding of all the processes and routines. The staff is very well informing.I felt safe here.Visiting hours are every evening, and after the patient moves up in their treatment, passes to take time with family may be granted. The treatment center cares for patients 9-18, and though those who come here for care are mostly teenagers, I have personally seen how well the team responds to caring for younger children. 10/10 recommend. In my time here, I had Stephanie as my therapist and Helen Mary as my dietitian. They were the most amazing clinicians I have had to this day. Both were very patient and understanding with me, having worked in this field for years, yet pushed me at the perfect pace to make sure I was recovering at the right pace for me. There are hard times in treatment, and I felt supported in my struggle in recovery. Stephanie worked with me on my other issues, such as communication, familial relationships, and self image, as well as my eating disorder. She made me feel understood and talked to me about what she was doing and why, along with my parents. Stephanie played one of the most crucial roles in my time here, and prepared me for leaving and being on my own from day one. Defiantely my favorite therapist out of the five that I have had in treatment. My dietitian, Helen Mary (Katool) played another crucial role in my recovery. She individualizes meal sizes and food exposures to each patient, and pushed me to broaden my tolerance of food in a way that I have seen no other dietitian master. Ms. Katool showed me a different way of viewing food, and intertwined therapeutic methods and exposures into how she teaches and treats clients with nutrition. I have also seen her work well with young children. In the first few days of treatment, patients will get ten minutes of phone time every night, and will move up in allotted times throughout treatment. Phone numbers will have to be approved by guardians to call.CFD does not tube patients, and will closely monitor their health. If nutritional deficiency are low to the concern of the patient's team, the patient will be admitted to the nearest hospital.CFDP treats multiple eating disorders. My review comes from my point of anorexia nervosa, but I was also alongside those and informed of those with bulimia, BED, and ARFID, who also got individualized treatment and groups pertaining to their needs.I will add the rest in the Q&A.

My child had an excellent experience here. We sent our kiddo five states away to be in this program after extensively interviewing other programs on the east half of the nation. They did wonders for our kid. Do not hesitate to send your child here. The therapy was tremendous and nutritional education and learning to plate and make decisions about food really helped. My kid still misses and talks about res. I think that says a lot! Thank you CFD!

Just seeing the rude comments upsets me. You do have to follow up a little more often than going to a doctor's office with insurance. It does get kind of stressful going twice a month, but if you work with them, they work with you. I really love my doctor Kimmi! She is very good. As far as case management, I've never had a problem either. I'd say this place is clean and, a better environment than alot of other government facilities.

The wraparound program (Yes Waiver) is the answer to our prayers in making our family feeling supported. They work with us as a team, setting up goals and came up with strategies for us parents that help our child making improvements with his behavior. It started by a fellow mom who shared her success story of her son's transformation who connected me with Jenna who further helped us getting into an evaluation then a short waiting list. Our child enjoyed the art therapy, recreational therapy, and felt more connected through the skills training (shout out to 2Js). Carole has great resources and I can't thank the team enough for everything they've done.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

Kim is so kind and greets you when you walk in and makes you feel so welcome. Chris was amazing! He worked with me and got my strength back to be able to do more and go sailing again without being in major pain the next day. Thanks so much to Chris for all the hard work and dedication! I hope I don t have to come back (because it would mean I m injured again). However, the people here are so sweet I won t be too disappointed if I do have to return. Jayden and Cameron were also super nice and helped me stick to my routine and chatted with me to keep me motivated. This place is really awesome and made me feel so at home. I ll miss you all! Thank you Chris for my detailed plan to continue at home. I will keep working at it.

| Just 45 minutes outside of Dallas lies The Meadows Texas in Princeton, Texas. You’ll benefit from a quiet, serene environment to focus solely on recovery. They welcome adults battling addiction and co-occurring disorders and provide holistic and advanced neurobiological approaches. Just 45 minutes outside of Dallas lies The Meadows Texas in Princ | Treatments Programs Payment Options | My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori s passion shined through just as Mark s and Brenda s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review. The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

Plano is the 34th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $61959. This is higher than the average cost of $56623 for addiction treatment in Texas and higher than the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Plano vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Plano. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Plano that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Plano.
Cigna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Plano, with 4 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 3 treatment centers accepting it followed by UnitedHealth Group in 3rd accepted by 3 drug rehabs.
Plano has the 225th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in Collin county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Plano or Collin county as a whole.
In 2023, Plano had the 73rd highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 963 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
Keep in mind these numbers are dependent on accurate record keeping and reporting laws by local police and sheriffs, and may not fully reflect all drug related crime in Plano. All values are per 100,000 population.
