Bicycle health is an amazing way to receive care from the comfort of your home and I'm so happy I found them! It has been a great experience and I'm excited for what's to come in the future with Bicycle health there for me!

Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

Love this place been clean for 6 years and I ve tried other places but this is the only one that worked

The staff at New Seasons is incredibly professional and capable. Latoya welcomes everyone with respect and always answers any questions perfectly. Lorenzo the Program Director has made this an amazing place to seek treatment and the counselors such as Robert have made treatment helpful while still holding people accountable.

Went into the location trying to get husband paper work filled out after a two week run and everyone sending me and telling me everything wrong...smh But today there were someone who knew her job made us feel as though we mattered she went beyond for us! Ms. Xochitl Was Amazing she makes a difference and I hope that she is always sitting at the information both in the sunflower room2. Need more like her that loves what she does! She definitely understands her assignment! Most of all shows her love to paintings I witnessed it for myself no one entered while I sat there and was disappointed!

I've been attending this facility since 2016 great OBGYN. Dr.Folashade is the best at the women's clinic. I would highly recommend her! The hospital was also great, I've only had one bad experience in 2022 sent me into a deep depression. But the nurses and staff was comforting some of the staff has been there for years. So many familiar faces I remember through my journey of coming here.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori s passion shined through just as Mark s and Brenda s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

Outstanding program, therapists, staff, food, premises. this place can change your life.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review.The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. When I came here fresh out of rehab, I was in a rough spot, and honestly, I didn t know if I d ever pull myself together. But you all took me in, gave me a place to get my head straight, and most importantly, you never gave up on me even when I wasn t making it easy.You guys stuck by me through everything, and because of that, I ve been able to grow into someone I never thought I could be. I ve learned so much here, not just about staying sober but about being a better person someone who s responsible, who thinks before he acts, and who actually wants to build a real future. That means more than I can put into words.The staff here is seriously amazing. Mike Jones, Michael Fowler, Frankie Gomez, Bryce Hand, Joshua Stoddard, and Brooke Keels you guys are the backbone of this place. Each of you brings something different to the table, and together, you create a space where people like me get a real chance at a new life. You re patient, you understand what we re going through, and you actually care which isn t something you find everywhere.This place saved my life. That s not an exaggeration. I wouldn t be where I am without the support, guidance, and second chances I got here. I ll always be grateful for that.Thank you for everything.

This VA Clinic is so far really good for what they provide. Dr. Johnson is a very down to earth person.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months. Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well. You guys make a difference, I hope you know that!!
