I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

I’ve been coming to symetria for a year now I would definitely recommend if you’ve been abusing fentanyl the change David has made have been astronomical and how welcoming Kerry is at the front door is great also great job guys!!!!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this VA clinic. Dr. Ingram and Jamillah have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They consistently help me stay on top of my health and any care I need. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

This VA Clinic is so far really good for what they provide. Dr. Johnson is a very down to earth person.

Dr. Tony is exceptional! It was our first call and still we all felt very comfortable with her approach.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

First time at Rehab and I would say God picked Nexus just for me at the right place and got the job done. I give them their flowers as it’s not an easy job dealing with so many different woman and personalities. The compassion and level of commitment they show is definitely. I thank the Nexus staff as a whole from the director to the janitorial service. May God continue to bless you and keep saving life’s and changing the world. Nexus definitely gave me a place to educate and regulate myself daily. I gained many friends and have been touched by staff members such as Lauren, Jasmine, Tristan, Ms.Millie, Stephanie, Isabelle,Mrs.Tammy, and Chad, in ways I will carry with me in lifelong memories. Nexus gave me to the tools I needed in my empty toolbox to allow me to turn the waterfall of sobriety into the stream of recovery. There were a few hiccups in my stay there which is why I will only give 4 stars today. I am genuinely grateful and happy that I went to Nexus and was able to grasp ahold of the horns of courage, the wings of serenity, and the strength of wisdom. I would recommend this place for anyone who is serious about staying sober and has the capacity for tolerance and patience. Thank you to all the amazing staff that helped this wayward sheep find her way back to her heard.

Nexus provided many things I needed for recovery. I was busy all the time and challenged in many helpful ways. It was an overall great experience for an elderly alcoholic trying to get a firm grip on sobriety. Keep in mind, side effects may include lifelong friends and increased self worth.

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family. Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. My mother was going through some tough times, and this place was a great help. The staff is completely understanding and some of the staff, namely Clint REALLY put their best foot forward to help us. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

i needed help BAD and i called the crisis after hours line and a lady answered the phone and when i was telling her my thoughts, she hung up in my face. i took a deep breath and called again and Clint answered the phone in a sweet loving voice and was able to calm me down. he listened, set me up an early appointment for the next day and even picked me up. i wish i could give this location more than 5 stars. my special thanks goes to Clint. he doesnt know how much he saved my life.

Please ignore my previous post it wasn't complete. This experience at Methodist Richardson out patient Service. 8/20/25 I was scheduled for surgery and this is AMAZING!!!! From my Doctor Stone who Prayed for us before surgery. Starting in Triage. Austin and the female I can't remember her name. These two individuals are the best. Very curtious,respectful, and good at what they do. It's no doubt they are doing what they love. Dr. Patel and Tonya were the best they were very thorough and professional. Great at what they do. After the surgery woke up to another Wonderful experience. Mark,Paulina and everyone in recovery. WOW!! This Hospital has to be so proud of this staff,if ever staff member doesn't operate like this one. I mean everyone!! They should be training others. This should be how every patient should be treated when Lyn call me the next day Wonderful Customer Service and positive attitude. It was late in the day time to go home and was still in a great mood and you heard nothing buy good nature and a caring attitude like it was 9am and not 6pm. Wow!! Hats off to them all. God sent. Dr. Stone is the best a Doctor that openly prays for himself,Staff and the patient. SPECIAL!! IF anyone that reads this one Doctor that has done this you before. Please reply you or anyone has had an experience like this with another Doctors. I have some health issues and many surgeries over the past few years with Wonderful Doctors and not one has prayed with me before surgery. From now on if I have choice I choose Methodist Richardson George Bush freeway. Yes sir I will!
