Everyday :) I’ve been sober for over 10 months now and becoming a member of this group is what changed me.

I really miss being able my chips without people calling me crazy cause I am afraid of my x. I mean sometimes things are hard enough without ladies judgement. I tried to reach out to few woman here but they ghosted me too.

The people here are great! Especially the women. They’re all so very helpful. Been going here off and on for years.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this VA clinic. Dr. Ingram and Jamillah have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They consistently help me stay on top of my health and any care I need. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

This VA Clinic is so far really good for what they provide. Dr. Johnson is a very down to earth person.

Dr. Tony is exceptional! It was our first call and still we all felt very comfortable with her approach.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

First time at Rehab and I would say God picked Nexus just for me at the right place and got the job done. I give them their flowers as it’s not an easy job dealing with so many different woman and personalities. The compassion and level of commitment they show is definitely. I thank the Nexus staff as a whole from the director to the janitorial service. May God continue to bless you and keep saving life’s and changing the world. My pit stop was needed and appreciate the alignment of my life and the brake check moments with my counselor Rowan. You’ve made an impact on my life and thanks again!

Nexus definitely gave me a place to educate and regulate myself daily. I gained many friends and have been touched by staff members such as Lauren, Jasmine, Tristan, Ms.Millie, Stephanie, Isabelle,Mrs.Tammy, and Chad, in ways I will carry with me in lifelong memories. Nexus gave me to the tools I needed in my empty toolbox to allow me to turn the waterfall of sobriety into the stream of recovery. There were a few hiccups in my stay there which is why I will only give 4 stars today. I am genuinely grateful and happy that I went to Nexus and was able to grasp ahold of the horns of courage, the wings of serenity, and the strength of wisdom. I would recommend this place for anyone who is serious about staying sober and has the capacity for tolerance and patience. Thank you to all the amazing staff that helped this wayward sheep find her way back to her heard.

Nexus provided many things I needed for recovery. I was busy all the time and challenged in many helpful ways. It was an overall great experience for an elderly alcoholic trying to get a firm grip on sobriety. Keep in mind, side effects may include lifelong friends and increased self worth.

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family. Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. I spent roughly 8 months back in 2012. Looking back this place was great. I was able to finish high school because I went here. This place isn t supposed to be a vacation, it is supposed to instill discipline and work ethic in to children who couldn t get it at home. The whole time I was there every single staff member who I met genuinely cared about the kids there and wanted to see them successful. While this place can help your child with a lot of things nothing will be a perfect solution when you re talking about substance abuse. People will not change until they want to change, but a place like this will allow them to learn some tools that will help them when they do decide to make that decision or even keep them alive long enough to make that decision.

This experience was a roller coaster. No kid is ever going to enjoy this place because the people and the program here challenges you to be a better person and to look past all your faults. It was not fun I can tell you that, but I know I would be in a much worse place if it wasn't for the Ranch. I'm not going to sit here and say it was perfect because it wasn't, the idea that the owners and the staff had was though. You go there because your parents have no other choice and that is because you as the kid makes them feel that way. The Ranch made me appreciate the good days and made me fix the bad ones. Taught me problem solving, staying positive, work ethic, and lots of respect. I made friends all ages and even got to see a side of people I never knew. It made me think about life in a whole different way. The Ranch made me stronger in so many ways and I hope it can help anyone needing it.

My mother was going through some tough times, and this place was a great help. The staff is completely understanding and some of the staff, namely Clint REALLY put their best foot forward to help us. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

i needed help BAD and i called the crisis after hours line and a lady answered the phone and when i was telling her my thoughts, she hung up in my face. i took a deep breath and called again and Clint answered the phone in a sweet loving voice and was able to calm me down. he listened, set me up an early appointment for the next day and even picked me up. i wish i could give this location more than 5 stars. my special thanks goes to Clint. he doesnt know how much he saved my life.

Wonderful place to start your treatment today.! Caring staff, awesome counselors.and I personally wouldn't be in treatment today if it were for my counselor AC. I highway recommend giving this place a try and ask for AC for a counselor, he helps keep me in check.

Was at a place where I was ready to give up. My sister found this place I came in and have not regretted it. Been clean over 5 yrs now and have had same job just as long. In the best place I’ve been since high school lol.

My experience with Homeward bound back in the day was a great one. I was in the process of trying to be admitted recently and it ended up taking 4 days before I was told no. I have the distinct problem of taking benzodiazepines and being addicted to Fentanyl. This facility is for simple detox only. They have other programs but my experience is with the detox part. I like the people they are great but they have their limits and they know it. Listen when the nurse sends you away and keeps making you jump through hoops. That is her passive aggressive no and im not sure why they dont just say no instead of making people go to doctors and get prescriptions changed just so the nurse can bring in security and tell you they don't think you will be able to come to the program after all. Detoxing off benzos and opiates was too much for them. This isn't a resort set up not a vacation. DETOX ! BRING CIGARETTES ! YOU SMOKE AFTER EVERY MEAL AND PEOPLE WANNA BUM one every meal. This place is good for a simple detox. No bells no whistles you get in you get out. the staff is very nice they help you get funding or you set up a payment plan but funding is available. The kitchen has decent meals three times a day. After every meal you get smoke breaks. There are no groups you don't have to sit in group at all for any reason .They put out desserts for snacks in between meals for all the sugar addicts. It's a 5 to 7-Day detox depending on the funding and how much you got in your system Max is 7 days.

It was a great opportunity to be there. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and considerate. Helped save my life.

Homeward Bound was the greatest experience I have ever been involved with, I love the food and they bus the clients to church 2 times a week and they feed you at both churches, I love 2nd Chance over in farmers branch, the staff is Amazing, Ms. Stephanie, Ms Donna, and the counselors that I didn't mention I love y'all, Ms Michelle, Ms Melissa, Mr.Darrell , AC in detox the entire nursing staff Mr. Mark the driver, I am still doing well, may Homeward Bound continue to be Blessed to keep saving lives. Oh don't let me forget Ms. Jeannie, Mr. Russell, Ms.Evelyn, Ms. Flore

As a Putnam City employee, I have been going to counseling here for almost a decade. The counselors here are fantastic and so are the front desk staff. Cecilia is the best counselor ever. They also offer additional classes that you can attend in a group.

Came here suffering from very bad depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Left here with bad depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trust issues and more debt. I honestly believed that the people here wanted to help, but now I firmly believe I was told to come as often as my therapist said to so they could bill me the max amount they could, thank goodness I didn't listen to their suggestions about in patient treatment. I already had such a hard time finding a therapist and had the start of some hope that maybe I could get help. Maybe if I had been more firm about knowing how much it would cost I could have saved myself a lot of pain. I'm now more hopeless than ever and have no plans to ever seek out therapy again, I don't think I can ever trust a therapist again. So thanks for that

Besides the initial wait time, my daughter and I have always received great service from this place. The doctor is very attentive, compassionate and professional. Everyone else - from front desk to medical assistants, social workers, pharmacist and tech - are always very nice and helpful. The wait time has gotten a lot better, too. Would recommend to anyone seeking therapy/treatment for mental health.
