Bright Spot Counseling Center has a team of caring counselors, especially Dr. Ritzi. She has been instrumental in supporting my child through managing ADHD and all the struggles that comes along with that. I appreciate everyone on the team though, because we ended up getting multiple services for the family when we later dealt with grief... just can't say enough good things about Bright Spot.

I have had an incredibly positive experience at Bright Spot counseling center with Kiki B. Kiki is highly attentive, compassionate, and has helped me navigate some of the most challenging times in my life, work through things from my past, and tools to use to to mentally check in with myself. The office itself is calm, comfortable, and private, which always makes it easy to open up. I feel heard and supported every time I leave my sessions. My son went here for about 7 months and it was a great experience for my wife and I also my son. The staff was great Mike, Alex and Aaron where always informative provided great insight also have my wife and I coaching about how to handle my sons behavior and how we could be better in supporting him in his recovery. My sons been sober since Jan 2019 and is in college now living a happy sober life. My son still privately sees his counselor he saw at Lighthouse off site of course and did case management for few months after discharge. Thanks you all so much!

Our experience with Light House has been extraordinary. The staff are caring and communicative, the therapy team is excellent, and it is clear that for these folks, working at LH is truly a calling. I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Thank you lighthouse for giving me the why’s and the how’s on how to live a life beyond what I could have imagined a little over a year ago.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this VA clinic. Dr. Ingram and Jamillah have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They consistently help me stay on top of my health and any care I need. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support.

This VA Clinic is so far really good for what they provide. Dr. Johnson is a very down to earth person.

Excellent treatment center! Small facility for more individualized care. Focus is healing the mind, body, and soul. Gives the tools needed to live a sober life. Work is hard; schedule is busy from 7 am to 9 pm. Staff will push to dig deeper. Facilitates a family therapy weekend workshop that teaches the family about the disease and better communication skills with the addict. Best treatment facility my loved one has been to.

I went here in 2015 was called something different then and I’ve been sober since back then it was a very strict and good place to be I actually think about it all the time!

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨
