I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

So, I've had a heart attack in the past. I came in with some chest pain and let me tell you. If you have what you think is an emergency, go to the Psych Hospital. They were immediately attentive with all the concern and care that would be required. They did all the necessary testing very quickly and proficiently. Fortunately, my episode turned out to be a false alarm. I can tell you that it was clean, quite, calming and all the team were very kind and friendly. Even put up with my jokes. Thanks guys, you've made be feel very relieved.

Dude I've been to a few drug rehabs on my journey and this is by far the best experience I've had. I stayed at the Fort Worth house at Simply Grace Sober Living and although I was only there for about a month, I learned a lot during my time there. The structure and accountability of the house played an important role in helping me build a solid foundation in early recovery. The house strongly emphasizes working the 12 steps and building genuine connections with sober women who are serious about recovery and “doing the deal.” That sense of fellowship and guidance was very valuable to me. I would definitely recommend Simply Grace to young women in early recovery who are looking for structure, accountability, support, and direction as they begin building a new way of life.

Simply Grace has truly changed my life. Before coming here, I was lost, overwhelmed, and struggling to find a way out of the chaos. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I recommend this place to anybody struggling with opioid Use disorder or pain. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call. Everybody is so nice and you’ll be taken care of🖤

My mother was a resident almost a month here Denise and Josh were a fabulous duo if you lose one I really feel sorry for this facility Denise keeps her hall decorated for every season and the rooms are so tidy I love Denise energy as well she's always happy to help Josh is also amazing the weekends should run like Monday -friday it's a different thank you Josh and Denise for everything you both deserve a raise in my opinion

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Not proud to admit I have been to treatment several times, but I am proud to admit that valley hope has been an amazing place to go. Staff is amazing from nursing thru administration. The follow up support has been better than my AA sponsor. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction. Everyone in the building calls you by name and it is a personalized plan to get you started on the road to recovery.

Staff care and work hard to help. Groups are focused on individuals needs as well as the whole group. They encouraged us to learn and grow from each other's successes and even failures. When I struggled they accommodated me and helped me with the extra help I needed. They also find services for additional help or higher level of care if needed. Side note: I noticed a lot of the negative reviews were for inpatient and children's services this location in Plano doesn't even offer at this time or never offered. I'm assuming many of the people were looking for the main hospital in Carrollton to review and made a mistake.

Partial Hospitalization program was very lovely and informative and important for my growth mentally. Very lovely and kind and patient staff. They support you as long as you communicate and even catch when you don’t clearly communicate with words. They are quick, efficient and not just for the money. 10/10 totally recommend this for treatment mentally. Update: I just clipped my nails with a nail trimmer for the first time in my life. I’ve always been an anxious nail biter. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been to over 20 different inpatient stays, and Carrollton springs is by far my favorite Inpatient program. Great staff, great food, great experience. 10/10. They’re more than happy to help in active crisis. Special shout out to Dr. B, who saw my symptoms, quickly and accurately assessed me and got my meds regulated. I feel soooo much better, I feel and act like myself again. I really appreciate it and so do my loved ones. Happy to be back functioning again! ☺️

Lightouse was the perfect next step for our son as he transitioned from an adolescent, in-residence program to the next step down. The people at Lighthouse have been incredibly professional, caring, and really responsive whenever we had questions or just needed some assurance.
