If your getting the run around call va patient advocate . & Ask for patient advocate being I was new. When they give you the run around go directly to patient advocate. I had to when I first got here. Now I get a great service. We vets need to stick together & help each other & teach each other what & where to go to get our medical issues resolved. Not all clerks are good ones some give us the run around but patient advocate can help fix that. Use them to your benefit! & Your vet buddy

I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. There have been a few nurses who have seemed rude or less caring, but overall, I feel like the staff have been more invested in helping my sister with her mental health. They were even willing to pay for her transportation to leave this location and get somewhere that could better meet her needs, and I really appreciate that they were willing to go that extra step to help her.

Great experience here! I saw Iris Vazquez for individual therapy to get me through my post-partum depression (and life after). She was wonderful, very helpful, and compassionate. I also saw Belinda Galegos for couples counseling with my husband, and she was also so great. Both my husband and I really benefitted from our time with her. Only had to leave here because we moved out of state.

We Have used them on two different occassions. Both child/play therapy and adult counseling. We had had an absolute great experience with our therapists. I currently see Belinda and she has been so helpful. The therapist We used to see for my daughter is no longer with them but she was equally amazing.
