Words could never express my appreciation for the team at La Hacienda. The buildings are older than I expected, but the love and treatment there is state of the art. The time spent there will put you or your love one on the right track to the life you are seeking. The family program is not easy, but plays a huge role in success. The family support during and after is amazing. It is like an extended family reunion of support each week, where joys are celebrated and those experiencing set backs are supported. Our family will always appreciate and be thankful for La Ha.

Hey, i'm Lee and this is what omega did for me. Six weeks ago i was in need of both mental and substance abuse help. Through doing a little research I came across the omega recovery. Initially i was quite hesitant because I had never done anything like this before, but I was willing to give it a shot. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and a sense that I was right where I was supposed to be. After initial introductions I was brought into my first group. To say that I was afraid is an understatement. I was terrified. I was quickly put at ease by the group and the counselor. I was in the residential stay program so i got settled in and began to build relationships with others, and work towards the main goal. Recovery. over the weeks i attended daily groups and had individual sessions. My medications were adjusted to better suit me and I continued to build bridges of connections and better understanding. Fast forward to now, the day before I graduate the program. I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I grew, I made new friends, and most of all I reached my goal. Nothing in this life is easy, i think we all know this. The road wasn't always so smooth or so easy. I had my days of wanting to throw in the towel and leave, but i pushed through and I'm glad that I did. I learned so much over the weeks. The coping skills, dbt, cbt, relationship skills, substance treatments were on the daily. Helping me to build an inventory to look back at when I get back into the real world. Yes it was uncomfortable at the beginning but for what you gain its worth it. At the end of most of the meeting I went to after the serenity prayer this was said "keep coming back, it works if you work it, and you're worth it." Thats the key. YOU have to work it because YOU are worth it. The pain, the discomfort, it's all worth it. You gain a clarity that you probably didn't even know was possible. To know that it's not over and you're not alone, and there are people and places willing to help if you look for them and need it. if you need that helping hand, Omega Recovery has got you. The staff cared. the counselors cared, and the ones i met along the way cared. Tomorrow I will officially be a graduate, and I am damn proud. This program really does work if you work it, and always remember you sure are worth it.

They made big promises for my son, had an evaluation and then drop him in a couple of days into another hospital. Without even notifying us. Of course they were paid and there was no discussion about refunds or what happened.

The Springboard Center is a great treatment facility for anyone willing to get sober. It's a 30 day inpatient program. Springboard was very supportive every step of the way. The counselors, RA's and all the staff were extemely compassionate, kind and understanding. I have been so blessed to have been given the opportunity to rebuild my life on a clean and sober slate. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would as words cannot express my gratitude. I will forever be eternally grateful for my experience at Springboard.

The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive.From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery. Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ." I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

I've been visiting this location for a number of years now with my wife who is a US veteran. We've always been treated kindly, been helped and customer service has treated us proper. The staff have always been helpful with finding our destination when we have no clue where to go. Yes, there are large maps located on certain walls if you are near one–they can be helpful. I've seen the staff making sure those that are disabled have a ride and check before they send them on their way. Yes, there are times we've had to wait for whatever reasons, but we aren't complaining—this is part of life. If you believe you're waiting too long, ask a staff member at a help desk that can help with your situation. I have always liked the fact there are PLENTY of places to sit and relax when we are waiting. Drink and snack machines are found all over the first floor in different spots. This location is clean, decent and at times artistic. The day we went for our visit there was a farmers market happening on the first floor for veterans. There are several small shops that sell military souvenirs, hats, flags, snacks, drinks, and other items. The parking can be stressful at times to locate a decent parking spot near the front section, so be aware you might need to park at a distance during certain times of the day. The chapel is easy to locate on the first floor—if you need a place to pray or some quiet time. During our visit, the chapel was being used for a service that was in progress. Lastly, please DO NOT remove radiology's furniture... 😀

The Healing Springs team is both knowledgeable and thorough. I have had the pleasure of hosting one of their events, and their precision on planning was remarkable. Having the honor to hear Rachel speak was a joy. Rachel knows her stuff, and I am sure that carries over into their practice for high impact.

I can't say enough good about this place. Though I have only been to one rehab and will not be returninglol. This place is the best I swear after hearing about all others. The staff is amazing from therapists, counselors to the resident care staff! The place is simply amazing to those who actually want help want to learn about themselves and are willing to surrender to a higher power for the greater good in ones life. Easy going, excellent care and the program is top notch for sure! I also want to make a call out to Jaeyden a dedicated resident care staff who goes above and beyond. Who remains in touch with me just to simply ask how I am doing. Well I am doing fantastic and am very appreciative and humbled thanks to all at River Walk Ranch. 5 stars isn't enough to rate this amazing recovery center. A family member has been walking a path of recovery for sometime now. Riverwalk Ranch is by far the best place we have encountered. The staff, with special recognition to Alex, Janelle and Clint, went above and beyond to encourage recovery and provide skills needed for ongoing sobriety post discharge. Mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but this treatment center gave us hope. I haven't written many on line reviews but felt compelled to let others know about this gem in North Texas. My husband Brandon has been to many rehabs in the past. He has never gone back to the same one twice. He says that if he ever needed to go back to one he would choose to go back to Riverwalk Ranch however the treatment he received at this facility has surpassed any other place he has ever received treatment from before. With the care he received from this facility he feels like he will not ever need to visit a treatment facility ever again. Miss Chelsea runs a very tight ship and all of her staff from the medical team to the counselors to the case managers all the way down to the Recovery coaches, Janitorial and maintenance staff all have servants hearts. Miss Kat is head of the counseling team and has helped me and my husband so much! She helped him find the root cause of his addiction and most of the staff have been in my husbands shoes before and know exactly what it takes to teach and coach clients in the right path towards a life long road of recovery. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has lost all hope for the future and feels like nothing else has worked. We were praying and searching for a place for my husband to go when he was at his witts end and felt god lead us to this place for a reason. All of his needs were met in very high regard. If you are considering a place for a loved one to go to battle the horrible disease of addiction we both highly recommend this facility! We will be forever grateful that we found Riverwalk Ranch!!!

Not only has he shown an improved attitude toward his recovery, but I've also noticed a significant positive shift in his overall mood and outlook on life. We are beyond grateful to Alpha for giving our family hope and helping my teenager reclaim his future. Alpha BH is such a good resource for adult men, as well as adolescent boys and girls who struggle with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. I have personally sent around 5 men here, and all have reported back positive feedback about the program, and all say the staff there truly care. Plus, they’re located deep in the heart of Austin!

I am grateful to Alpha for the wonderful and effective program they've designed. Mental health and related services have been hit-or-miss for our family, but Alpha has been such a great combination of evidence-based programming, support, love, and a pathway to independence for young men with struggles.

I hand picked this facility wanting to get help for my addiction for my family, not because I was influenced by court or for any other reason. And because I wanted to find a better way to live. After careful consideration of the facilities policies on phone calls, visitations, and other positive things I gave them my money. After the facility failed to keep their word I wrote a cordial complaint. I finally got to call my son after 8 days in the facility. Before entering we were guaranteed weekly visits with our children. As well as phone call hours every night from 7-9. On my 9th day I looked so forward to contacting my son. Only for other patients to tell me I had to get on a "phone call list" which was put out very early every morning. This was NOT MADE CLEAR ever. After writing my complaint, Deborah, the facility coordinator called me into her office. Deborah personally attacked me when I complained in SEVERAL ways. After not being able to contact my son I woke up at 6:

They offered me a choice. Get on SSDI or go to work. I choose the road less traveled, and that has made all the difference.

I went to pick up medicine for a friend of mine, I have never been there before, so I go around back and park and the sign said... Come inside lobby. The door looked like a back door that the employees use. So I go around front, go inside and tell them what I'm there for. And she laughs and said it's around back. I said oh ok, the sign meant for me to go I side that back door. As I'm leaving I can hear her laughing and saying... Oh my god ! Made me feel like I was stupid or something. She could have waiting at least until I was out of ear shot !!

The person I talked to was very nice and helpful.

The Medical Home here in Fort Worth will take very much care of you they are the sweetest of individuals who care for your health. Just please have insurance medical funding can get expensive.

All the homeless around make it a little sketchy sometimes but it's next to 2 homeless shelters. Everyone there is very nice tho.
