The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive. From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery.
Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in top noch condition. Everyone who has asked me how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ."
I will continue to recommend the SpringBoard center to anyone seeking to end a cycle of addiction.

It was such a life changing experience in just 30 days. The staff is phenomenal and the program and curriculum is one of a kind. I’ve gained so much knowledge about alcoholism and drug abuse than I ever have before. The staff truly care for everyone and show so much love to each individual, I felt supported the entire time. It was such an amazing experience and I had the best time with the other clients which became family by the end of the program. I never thought I’d say “I miss rehab” after I graduated and discharged that’s how amazing it was for me. I enjoyed every day in Springboard. Best rehab ever to exist!!!!

The facility is Joint Commission accredited. Healing Springs Ranch in Tioga, Texas, is a substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder inpatient tre | Treatments Programs Payment Options | HSR has one of the most thorough approaches to address Addiction, Mental Health and Trauma that I have ever seen or been apart of. For years, I bounced around between impatient and residential treatment centers to manage my mental health needs. Healing Springs actually helped me pull back the layers of a lifetime full of trauma and abuse to see how certain patterns and behaviors had formed out of SURVIVAL. My 60 days at the Ranch were so eye opening and completely transformative; looking back, it was the life-saving re-set I needed on this complex healing journey. HSR gave me the tools, language and understanding on how to radically approach my healing and grief journey. 2.5 years post discharge and I'm still diving deep into trauma therapy and using the tools and understanding I gained at Healing Springs on a daily bases...... AND, I actually joined the staff here at HSR full-time 7 months ago! To work along side the same therapists and staff that saw me through my time here is indescribable. To share space in both worlds as a peer support and professional is an honor I'll never take lightly. Sharing my journey of hope with those who are sitting in the thick of their process brings a special connection and empathy. Understanding (and seeing!) our Staff's heart for Clients and their continued support of our Alumni makes me so thankful to have been a client, Alumni and now to be apart of the the team as our Alumni Coordinator.
When I lost my family, my home, my community, my church, my car, my pet..... it was the staff at HSR that stepped in and became my biggest support system and the family I needed then and now. It's my hope that everyone seeking help, hope and healing can find a place as dedicated, knowledgeable and empathetic as Healing Springs Ranch.

In the realm of residential treatment aka: rehabilitation. Nothing else compares to Healing Springs Ranch (herein called HSR). Your life is so fragile, don’t sell yourself short, get your life back, I did. This is the place to go if you want help finally getting it done and/or if you’re wanting to be healed. It works if you work at it. Also, I can attest to the entire facility including all the staff and the Licensed Professional Therapists (LPCs). As for the staff and most of the LPCs, they are there as recovered alcoholics and/or addicts themselves. They love helping every client every day, they understand what’s going on in your head and can truly help you because they have been there too. The Staff has complete empathy for you, and because of the staff, HSR is not like the typical 30-day rehab. It’s part of the staff’s healing process to carry the message forward and share the lessons they’ve learned with fellow alcoholics, addicts and those struggling with mental health and process addictions.
I have been to several 30-day residential treatment facilities over the last 5-years, and I kept relapsing. And then I went to HSR with their 45-day Cognitive Therapy Program. Speaking of Cognitive Therapy, HSR has a Boatload of (LPCs) who are continuously there to help you understand what’s causing you to drink and/or use drugs, for that matter anyone who is having to deal with Process Behavioral Issues. They help you get to the bottom of the “WHY” you’re drinking and/or using, plus they have an on-staff Psychiatrist, Nurses & Dietician to help you physically and therapeutically heal both mind & body. It’s a different type of facility that works if you complete and graduate from their 45-day program.
Examples of Process Behavioral Issues could be anything such as codependency, depression, self-harm or self-sabotaging behaviors, suicidal ideations, frequent interrupting of others, excessive talking, ignoring instructions, outbursts of anger, physical aggression, spousal abuse and defiance towards authority figures, procrastination, social withdrawal, and difficulty regulating emotions.
It's been working wonders for me and my fellow Alums who have Completed and Graduated from their program.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I first heard about this place I thought it sounded amazing. I am currently six months sober. I did 28 days at greenhouse and I spent two weeks at resolution. In those two weeks, not only was I bullied by the other residence who got away with it. But also, I was falsely accused of calling people names, and of spreading rumors while other people were allowed to say the same names I was falsely accused of saying. if you wanna stay sober, this is NOT the place to go! They’ll kick you out for no good reason and any reason that they want to. The only 2 good things I can say about it is it has structure and they make you attend one meeting every single day of the week. But, I wouldn’t consider them completely serious about your sobriety. And there’s only one single staff member that I would give 1000 stars for and that is Ms. Michelle. She is the onlycaring and respectful and understanding person there.

I attended Resolutions in Arlington, TX for over six weeks, completing the PHP portion of the program and working through IOP. While I gained valuable tools during my time there, my overall experience was deeply marred by unprofessionalism and inconsistencies in policy enforcement.
One of the most significant issues was the behavior of my assigned therapist, BEONICA. Her communication style was consistently HARSH, UNEMPATHETIC, and often DISMISSIVE. While I initially defended her approach as "tough love," it became evident that her demeanor was COUNTERPRODUCTIVE to fostering a supportive environment. Therapists are meant to advocate for their clients, but I never felt that support from her. Instead, she often DEFLECTED RESPONSIBILITY and AVOIDED ACCOUNTABILITY for her own mistakes.
Toward the end of my stay, I was accused of breaking confidentiality in process group. This accusation stemmed from information that was not shared in the group setting but rather outside of it, making the claim baseless. Additionally, I was questioned about my personal life outside the facility during my approved weekend passes. These passes are explicitly meant to be personal time, with the only requirement being a clean drug and alcohol test upon return—which I consistently passed. Despite this, my personal choices were scrutinized and used as grounds for punitive action.
What was most troubling was the selective enforcement of rules. I was discharged for fraternization, despite the facility's staff approving my passes, knowing who I would be with. This selective enforcement was both UNFAIR and HYPOCRITICAL, as other residents openly engaged in similar behavior without facing the same consequences.
Furthermore, the way my discharge was handled felt unnecessarily punitive and disrespectful. I was denied the advocacy and understanding that a recovery-focused facility should provide. While I appreciate the knowledge I gained during my time there, the TOXIC dynamics and LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM from key staff members left me questioning the integrity of the program.
Recovery is about honesty, accountability, and mutual support, and I felt these values were often absent in the actions of the staff. I hope this review encourages the facility to reevaluate its practices and foster an environment that genuinely supports recovery without bias or double standards.

| Just 45 minutes outside of Dallas lies The Meadows Texas in Princeton, Texas. You’ll benefit from a quiet, serene environment to focus solely on recovery. They welcome adults battling addiction and co-occurring disorders and provide holistic and advanced neurobiological approaches. Just 45 minutes outside of Dallas lies The Meadows Texas in Princ | Treatments Programs Payment Options | My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I attended The Meadows Texas in January of 2024 not knowing what to expect with this being my first time going to rehab. From the moment I was greeted by Kevin my anxiety was immediately put at ease. There are SO MANY staff members I am sincerely thankful for that words cannot express the gratitude I feel for them!
Nurses Kayla, Hali, Tomsie, Deann, Leslie and Maureen to name a few although there are many others that truly had an impact on me during my stay there. Behavioral Health Techs James, Beth, Ebony, Amy, and Angie went above and beyond in their duties and helped me through the times I was at my lowest mentally, emotionally, and physically. Again, there were so many other staff members that I am so thankful for that aren't mentioned in this review.
The food, facilities, and amenities were amazing! Between group therapy, individual therapy, equine therapy, lectures, and 12 step meetings the days are filled with all the tools needed to take control over your addiction. I could go on with all the good things I have to say about The Meadows but am trying to keep it brief. I'm so glad I chose this place!

I came back to MedMark after 3 years not knowing what to expect, I got AC as a councilor and he has been very helpful and inspirational to my recovery,he really cares about his clients and what he is doing, really goes out of his way to get thing's done and I wouldn't have made it this far without his going above and beyond what is expected.

They focus on helping veterans and their families, chronically homeless adults with co-occurring disorders, and at-risk youth who are dealing with adverse | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night
in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family.
Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. You won’t regret it.
I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me..
Thank you RRC and Especially AMANDA!!
