When I first got to the facility on Sunday afternoon January 4th 2026.I didn’t know what to expect . I was shocked when they took all my belongings away from me.Two former clients checked me into the facility. They were pretty scary looking. I got most of my belongings back the next day and was moved from detox to residential area. My mentor did not tell me anything about the place. I didn’t even meet him until the end of the week so I had no idea of doing homework until that Friday. I started out feeling like I was behind all the others in my class. But I didn’t panic. I went on studying at my own pace and finished the 12 step study 2 days before I walked over the bridge. That was so cool, my son came to pick me up. He surprised me when he walked over the bridge to join me for the commencement ceremony. have not had a drink nor the desire to drink since!

This place saved my life. I found god here!!! I was a 22 year old kid that had never been to treatment before in my life. If I hadn’t gone to Stonegate back in 2017, I don’t think I would have made it to 2018. I am very lucky this is the treatment center I went to as a lot of programs don’t teach you how to stay sober after treatment. WHICH STONEGATE DOES. Life can be very hard, Stonegate pushes you in a way with love and care. With that, the relationship I made with God while at Stonegate has kept me sober for about 9 years now. After completing treatment at Stonegate, I was finally free from what ever was holding me back (My self). I was finally living not surviving. Today I live a life I dreamed about while sleeping in room 2 at Stonegate. From a kid that couldn’t stay out of jail. To becoming a man, where god provided me purpose and a beautiful family. Thank you Stonegate! I would recommend this place to anyone still struggling! 10/10

Fort Worth Men’s Rehab, operating as the Fort Worth Men’s Recovery Center under Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is a men-only residential recovery program serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. @GDM Doesn't God do that everywhere? I understand you and many others had, do and will have life changing spiritual experiences. Kudos. But my point is it's not the place, building or location, no offense, but not even so the staff. I sat that because the staff can only point the way and the process which is the same for all Christians. The order doesn't matter as much as like you said a truly sincere request and the effort without reservation....I know God absolutely can and does heal people from addiction in the blink of an eye a true miracle for some very few some, pray one time and poof instant transformation....but that is a slippery slope that in my experience most will fall right back into a sinful life. Because they haven't done the actions of truly first admitting their sins to those they have sinned against and second atone for the sins .....Too many people just skip right over this and it's crucial a must do to the best of our ability make right as best we our wrongs, pay back, fix, replace...whatever words you want to use, but a physical action with tangible evidence. As best we can to the best of our ability no matter what the other person or business says ...it took me years to learn this lesson....I'd be beat down and come back like the prodigal son.... completely avoid those I knew either wouldn't forgive me or the price of the debt was more than I was willing pay BACK. Emphasis on back because I had stolen, broken or taking or inquired damage to the other already I set the price of correcting my sins not them, understand? So there's that. Then one must "pick up their cross" and "daily" increase and strengthen faith and obedience to God by following Christ very clear and direct teachings....all right there in The Lord's Prayer. Problem is lots of people just want to pray the prayer, loudly and proudly shout they're belief in Jesus and use "no works will get ya into heaven".....and how dare anyone who doesn't forgive me like Jesus did and y'all are going to hell....I personally have only met one person at 55 years old numerous treatment centers of all types, that that persons one prayer brought a miraculous transformation and they were completely healed never to use drugs or commit seriously bad sins again....every other person I've met and that's in the hundreds for sure has been healed, recovered or transformed until they put the effort into the actions and sincerely beyond the shadow of a doubt admit to themselves and God that their self will and strength without Christ will only lead to sin every time all the time. I know we say to ourselves why does that person seem to get away with everything and have more things and money and easier life than us....well because they are going to pay the ultimate price with their soul in the end of them....these days even publicly stating they made that deal with the devil....so we must sincerely admit to ourselves our sins because only us and God truly know but there must be that third party and speaking your sins out loud....just praying in your head without that witness or the action of atonement your not clean enough to receive the Holy Spirit....and yes I get it's our nature to sin and we will never be as innocent as The Lamb of God.....however if you want to put your soul on the line and put all your chips betting well since no works get ya a ticket.....and you definitely believe in Jesus and release yourself from any responsibility or accountability well I hope your correct....but I guess we'll see....you very well may be....but how's your life been working out in the meantime? If your living in the Kingdom of Heaven here now on earth like Jesus says it is? Or is your life still a train wreck and you still keep trying to get to God your way? Picking and choosing what Bible verses you, if you were God, would apply to you....The devil made me do it and I believe in Jesus and my sins are covered and no works will get me in.....mmmhhhmmm that never worked for me or anyone save that one man I've ever met....what I have experienced myself and see daily all around

Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I cannot imagine any other place to go to for Help it started off with me coming to this place and then thinking I was OK but in reality I wasn’t and I stopped coming a few months down the road. I found myself coming back. These workers are phenomenal when I came it started with the director James. He explained everything and then some. Then I saw the magnificent charming, wonderful Dr. Cruz he listens to your every need He is an all around a great doctor very intelligent, smart as a whip, very caring And very kind I have yet to meet a doctor in this field like him at all I can’t say enough for him or anybody else Or anyone else at Symetria. The first time I came in, I was assigned to the counselor Carolee I met with her maybe twice because I quit coming and then I began to see Mr. wonderful Trey He is so good makes me feel like there’s A light at the end of the tunnel He is another one that will listen to you wants to set goals for you helps you set those goals and meet them so now when I come in, I see a beautiful smiling Karen she’s so bubbly she cares and she will always always ask you if you need anything else. She is a wonderful person. She will let The nurses know you are there and Keeshaw And Vicky are They will have your medicine ready and they will call you back to dose. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. I have been to Mesa Springs many times for both detox and mental health stays, and the staff there showed me kindness and compassion during some of the hardest periods of my life. Even when I was far from a perfect patient, I was consistently met with care, patience, and understanding instead of judgment. The facility was always clean, safe, and comfortable, and the food was good as well. The doctors were attentive and present, which made a huge difference. I never felt like just another number there the way I have at some other facilities. The staff genuinely wanted to see me get well and supported. One person who especially stands out in my memory is Ms. Amelia. Even years later, I still remember the compassion she showed me during a very difficult time in my life, and I will always be grateful for that. The outpatient program at Mesa Springs was also incredibly helpful. Being able to participate in group therapy with people going through similar struggles made me feel less alone and gave me a sense of connection and hope. I would highly recommend Mesa Springs to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or anyone needing help detoxing from substances. They truly care about the people who walk through their doors.

I love the workers at this clinic and methadone works if you really want to quir using but I recommend using it as a tool to get clean off everything and to have the nurses wean you off very slowly once you get to a point that you aren't craving, and try not to stay on methadone for a long time or you'll never get off and it's also ann addiction and even more physically addictive than what your trying to get free from. Okay that's my 2 cents, you're welcome 😉

I will never forget what this man, Cris, the owner, did for my son and for our family. When my son was at his lowest point and I didn’t know where to turn, he showed up for us in a way I’ll always be grateful for. He didn’t just give me advice or hand me a phone number—he actually came to our house late at night, talked to my son with such patience and understanding, and then drove him straight to a rehab center himself. In that moment, I felt like someone finally cared as much as I did. He treated my son with dignity and kindness when so many others had just judged or given up on him. That kind of compassion is rare, and it gave us a sense of hope we hadn’t felt in a long time. My son is still in rehab right now, but we look forward to him working with ASIC when he comes back. Knowing that there will be continued support waiting for him after treatment gives us peace of mind and encouragement for the future. This isn’t just a program—it’s people who truly care, who show up when it matters most, and who give families hope when everything feels hopeless. I will forever be thankful for what he did for us, and I would recommend this program to anyone who needs help. They don’t just change lives—they save them.

From the moment I reached out, I felt supported, heard, and valued as an individual. They don't just treat symptoms, but address root causes and equip you with practical tools for long-term healing and growth. The warm, non-judgmental environment they create makes it easy to open up and do the hard work of healing. I've seen tremendous improvements in my mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life thanks to ASIC. Cannot say enough good, about HEB Harris Methodist. Coming into the ER - Friday, Dr. Church and nurses Kerry and Lorain, making a quick determination of what was need. Later taking me to a room that evening on the second floor where Dr. Mehul Patel and nurse Ashlynn continued to deliver the very best of care. Several other doctors and nurse visited with me but these five people are at the top of my list of demonstrating excellence. I wish I had not needed the excellent attention at Harris but there is peace of mind always knowing they are close when you need them.

Just recently had a procedure in the GI Lab. Fantastic nurses in both pre-op and post-op. They were an amazing team. Dr. Yepuri, my gastroenterologist, and Dr. Romero, my anesthesiologist, are literally the best! I felt like I was in the best hospital in DFW!

I have a son with ADHD and disruptive mood. From the very first day of him attending this program, I instantly saw a positive change in his behavior. He has continued to progress each week. We have gone from constant temper tantrums, defiance, and destructive behavior to a very calm and well mannered child. My baby is a completely different child since attending EXCEL and I would HIGHLY recommend this center to any parent facing similar difficulties. I would also like to point out that the staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. They have met us at every need, are very informative, always keep us updated as parents, and truly care for these kids! They went the extra mile for my child to ensure successful completion of this program. I can’t thank y’all enough. I’m so proud of my son’s progress and can’t help but smile every time he utilizes his coping mechanisms. We’re very satisfied and grateful for this life changing experience!

This place was an oasis in the midst of difficult days. I highly recommend this place for teenagers who needs a safe place where they can express how they feel and their emotional needs. The Excel Center gives them the tools to manage those emotions.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This program saved my child and saved our family. My child is 7 and has ADHD, ODD, Sensory Disorder, and Mood Disorder. We were referred to this program by her therapist and it has transformed my child. I was very hesitant to send her because of the reviews, but they are not a reflection of what it is like. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The couseling professionals (Miss Tierra) was a Godsend for us. She was honest and real with my daughter. She was firm but loving. She taught my daughter many things including self awareness, accountability, coping skills, and communication when it comes to emotions. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who's child is lashing out and you as a parent need support.

Unbelievable service. My son is a changed person. With the sincerity and genuine care that was giving I couldn't ask for a better team. From the front desk answering all my questions or seeing who can to Patrice picking him up and bringing him home assuring him all is ok. Ms Abby was the best I don't think you could have done any better, You made my son, wife and me feel very comfortable. Thank you all.

WEX Advisors helped me get some control back at a point when everything felt off balance, even though I wasn’t sure what that was supposed to look like anymore. I didn’t get speeches or pressure, which I half expected going in, just clear support that actually worked for where I was at the time. The process felt focused and honest, though not in a flashy way, and that made it easier to stay engaged. I didn’t leave feeling like everything was solved, but I did feel steadier and clearer than before, with a bit more confidence about my next steps. Sometimes that kind of straightforward help ends up mattering more than anything complicated.

I joined WEX Advisors on May 6th after struggling for months to stay sober. The first week was all about detox and stabilization with close medical supervision. By May 15th, I started group sessions that helped me open up and connect with others going through the same battle. On May 25th, I hit a milestone—three weeks clean—and began to feel like myself again. By early June, I had regained focus, energy, and confidence. The steady structure and genuine care from the staff guided me through each stage. This program truly helped me rebuild my life one step at a time.

I have struggled to keep a job this past year due to my mental health. I am fortunate that Pecan Valley has provided me with free medication during this difficult time in my life. Without the medication I probably would have committed suicide. I now have a better quality of life. Thank you.
