Nurses and other medical professionals who monitor the client are experienced in drug and alcohol addiction. Clients are slowly weaned off the drug. Once detox is complete, individuals are given a treatment plan to follow. Residential treatment is typically the next step. Clients stay in gender-separate facilities that are equipped with individual
We had an overwhelmingly positive experience delivering our baby girl with Dr. Tallapureddy at Texas Health Presbyterian in Allen. My first male OBGYN, and definitely the best. He knows what he is doing and it’s obvious from the moment he walks in the room. The entire nursing staff felt like family to us, and it was difficult to leave and say goodbye to everyone that took care of us and helped us bring our daughter into the world. I felt safe, cared for, and respected for the entirety of our stay. The nursing staff was by far the greatest I’ve encountered, and this was my third child. Our anesthesiologist Quentin was so professional, and funny. Quentin even bought my fiancée lunch in the cafeteria when he forgot his wallet. Quentin made us laugh and calmed my nerves. I didn't feel any pain either. I felt I was in the best of hands at all times. It was always sad when the nurses would change shifts, because we grew to love them all in such a short period of time. The nurses in L & D are true angels, and I wish I had all the right words to express how grateful we are to them all. Shoutout to Angie, Katie, Tina, Kathy, Rosie, Tara and Kris ❤️

I delivered my baby here about a week ago and I couldn’t ask for a better team!!!!! They are all so respectful and caring and listened to all my needs. I didn’t have a good experience with my first born but this time I’m so glad I chose this hospital for my delivery and will do so if I have another baby in the future! Special shoutout to Holly and Whitney for being supportive and caring!

We were so pleased and relieved that the intervention for our son went so smoothly. Adam and CJ are God's angels that came to our rescue. We feel a huge weight has been lifted. We know there is more work to be done but taking this first step to get help was a huge step in a positive direction. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Mantra Recovery is an incredible resource for individuals and families struggling with addiction. Their team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to helping people find the path to recovery. One of the things that sets them apart is their expertise in interventions—they understand how difficult it can be to get a loved one to accept help, and they handle these situations with care, respect, and effectiveness. Their intervention process is well-structured, helping families communicate in a way that encourages real change. Beyond interventions, Mantra Recovery provides a strong support system, guidance, and resources that make a lasting impact. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to help individuals get sober and stay sober, I highly recommend Mantra Recovery. They truly change lives!

Okay, so I have a couple of things I want to share. First off, I gave Seay Center a 5/5 because of their staff which includes mental health techs, nurses, and doctors when available. Other than that, there is no way this place as a whole should be considered a 5 when most of their services would fall under a 2.5 or a 3 star. And while this may be true, the staff makes up for that lack of quality and with them, you truly feel like you’re getting a five star experience. They try to connect and even act goofy, so that you feel comfortable being you even if you are not a hundred percent yourself at the time. Unfortunately, I am over-qualified to discuss Seay Center since I have been there 3x in the past few years. Each time was different, but one thing did not change - the staff. They never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed or like I’m not doing enough as a patient to get better. Honestly, if you ever end up here, you’re in good hands and if you think your not, find the following people: Taz (mainly works with adolescents though), Kenina, Mike, Katrina, Debbie, Hiedi, Kim, Kianndria, Winnie, and Brittany. Shout to (most) of the staff, but especially these folks because they were a HUGE help!

I was admitted here after an attempt on 11/5/2024. I was here for 6 days and at first, it was very scary. It felt like a hopeless place where there are crazy people and therapists who don't understand your problems. After a few days of being here, I was able to open up and connect with the other patients and it gave me a lot of perspective on my life and my diagnosis of depression and BPD. I was able to listen and help other people who were in fact, going through the exact grieving and coping processes that I was. I talked with nurses and the MHTs when I felt alone and they were very helpful and considerate for everyone's needs. Katrina in particular helped me out a lot when I needed someone to talk to. Overall, I would say that this is a life changing experience that I am very thankful for. At a time where everything seemed lost, I was able to find myself here.

This is in regards to their Early Childhood Intervention program. My son was 2.5 years old when he had his evaluation by the ECI staff and was set to start services. He started 2-3 weeks after the evaluation. He had at-home services with Margarita Perez from August til beginning of April which was his 3rd birthday. He thrived so much with her and she was so incredibly kind, and very considerate if we were sick. Although, I tried not to miss barely any appts. My son loved her and was always extremely excited to see her every week. Some weeks, twice a week. I was impressed by the quality of service. We were on a sliding scale and paid under $30 a month for 4 sessions a month. Completely doable. Not only was I able to get my son quality care for his developmental and speech delay here, they helped me get him into Plano ISD Isaacs Early Childhood school for completely free. I pay nothing for my now preschooler to go there and he is thriving like no other. I’m beyond thankful for the extremely low cost to nearly free services plus being able to get my child in local top rated preschool for FREE beyond Lifepaths program and they even gave me a list of outside speech therapy beyond their program since my son has aged out. Resources on top of resources. So thankful! And everything was seamless from day 1 to the end.

I really like this place. Just seeing the rude comments upsets me. You do have to follow up a little more often than going to a doctor's office with insurance. It does get kind of stressful going twice a month, but if you work with them, they work with you. I really love my doctor Kimmi! She is very good. As far as case management, I've never had a problem either. I'd say this place is clean and, a better environment than alot of other government facilities.

My experiences with life path. I have been getting help from Lifepath for 8 years. I enjoyed going to art group, women’s group and LOC3. This year I met some fantastic leads, team lead and supervisor. First person, I would like to mention is Supervisor Austin. He made my life easier. He is a really good, kind, good listener and helped me out.He is very professional and follow all the life path rules and HIPPA regulations. Thanks Austin. Second and 3rd , Robin (the team lead) LOC 3 lead. Angela Thomas team lead. They both r down to earth, good listeners, always in a positive mood. I am letting the management know how much they impacted in my life. I feel comfortable with them. The front workers Jamie, Kate and Chase r wonderful and helpful. Thanks life path. Tri Suwal

I am Field Training Officer for the Arlington Police Department and a member of our Behavioral Health and Peer Support Teams. I went to Graduate school with Drew and attended TCU. Drew was instantly one of my best friends practically sharing every class in the program. Drew s brilliance, character, personality and life experience were on display from the very beginning and was loved by everyone in the program as a result. Humble, competent, compassionate. Recently Drew graciously accepted to do two presentations with us at the Arlington Police Department, serving both our BHLEU and Peer Support Teams Quarterly Trainings. And I am more than pleased to share the feedback I got from him. My phone was flooded with his praises, both personally and professionally. The following are direct compliments I received to share with him So I told him in person, but I m being dead serious when I say one of the best presenters I ve seen. I ve really been blessed to travel in my job and I go to conferences all over the United States. The presentation was good. The information was presented, especially well he s obviously very talented as a speaker, but he s also very engaging. Some good baseline information for the new guys, but engaging enough for continued education for the senior guys Very impressive Yo, your guy gave a phenomenal presentation yesterday. He was LEGIT. Going to see if he can do a virtual presentation open to the entire department. For this text from one of our peer supportteam members after the presentation That is one of the most impactful presentations I have ever experienced. By impactful I mean that I am now a better husband, better father, and better officer because of what I heard today. Another message shared to me personally to share with Drew I don t have Ghidina s phone number but please let him know his guest speaker did so well, so informative, passionate and overall great presentation. Again, these are all direct compliments received by phone, having multiple conversations with both BHLEU and Peer Support Team members on Drew s presentation! He s the best that s out here.Thank you Drew for sharing time and expertise with us! Very appreciated.

My experience with Basepoint Forney: It was honestly amazing and incredibly well. I couldn’t have wished for a better PHP honestly. This place does wonder if you let it. You wont get any out of this program if you do not but the effort they’re giving you. Which i knew while i was in this program but i didn’t fully process until after i left. You get out what you put in. I was off and on with this program for a year. The staff is incredible . Shout out to Ms.Liz , Mr Dylan (how ever you spell it), Sid , Brad (which isn’t unfortunately there), Miss Brenda, Ms. Patrice. Each one of these staff are super helpful and supportive, they fully understand you and listen to you. I was always so happy to talk to them everyday. Also the front desk lady, She was always so happy to see me every morning when i walked in , always complimented me . It made my day by just taking to her. And lets not get started with the therapists. I love each one of them , Mrs. Avery, Ms. Courtney, Ms. Ginna, and more. All these people saved my life multiple times. Especially Mrs. Avery , My therapist almost the whole time. I am so grateful that i met her. She was the first person i was truly honest. She was the first person that made me want to continue to live. She was my best friend. We went through the same kind of stuff , which we could really relate to each other. She truly cared about me. Ive been to so many places where it felt like the people there were just working there for. the money. But there they worked there because they truly wanted to help people and want to see people get better, have a bright future. I haven’t talked to Mrs. Avery since ive discharged back in March. But i wish i could talk to her for one more minute. She helped me make some truly good progress. She helped me with my negative mindset. I remember when i first got there last year i was shy so i went to sit in the corner , when she released i was feeling anxious , she went to sit with me. I love her so much therapeutically and i will always. Courntey, I could talk to her about anything with no judgement what so ever , whenever i was struggling she would come to talk to me here my rant. Shes very nonjudgmental, which all the therapist are. Ginna , even though i didn't get to know her much, she really got me when i did talked to her . Shes very funny , i would joke around with her. She understood why i did the things i did. Each one of these staff i have mention helped me with recovery. I would leave to go to a higher level of care and when i come back it felt like all the staff understood why i felt like i needed to do what i did. The space at basepoint felt very comfortable, i did not feel uncomfortable at all. I wish i had put the full effort when i was there. Which always slips my mind everyday. I cannot change the past so ill just have to accept it and put in the effort in the places i go to. Any other staff i did not mention, They were also super understanding and helpful. If you're going there or are going to i suggest to be honest and trust them, from someone that didn't think they could be helped , this place helped me realize thats not the truth and theres hope in the future. I thank God for this place everyday and i will forever. I grew mentally and physically here. This place brought the true Grace out , which i thought i would never see again . The process might be hard but it will all be worth it at the end. Telling the truth might be hard to say but in the future you’ll thank yourself you did. I love this place and would recommend this place to any struggling teen with mental health. I love all the staff here therapeutically. Especially Mrs.Avery (knee slapper).

I really love this clinic and the staff. I've been going here for about 4 years now and having access to this medication literally saved my life. I'm very grateful for all the staff, especially my counselor, Tessa. She is AMAZING! She's fairly new but since I became her patient she has gone above and beyond to help me in every way. Compared to my last counselor here, the difference is night and day. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I think this place has improved so so much since I first started coming. I think that has to do with Lorenzo becoming the director. I have seen such an improvement with the staff and everything since he took over. So if you're serious about wanting to get clean and change your life for the better, I'd highly recommend this clinic!! Edit: it's a year later and while I still think this clinic is good in a lot of ways, I truly feel like they made a mistake by replacing Lorenzo. The new director is "nice" but he hasn't once introduced himself to me or anyone else that I know of. He's very stand offish and just stays in his office. I feel like he's very corporate, so he's nice in that sense, but I don't feel like he's genuine. I recently transferred to a different clinic because of a situation that happened with him. Now my counselor before I left was wonderful. Daphne was always checking up on me and helping me with anything I needed help with and I felt her genuine care for her patients. I hope this company will stop making their counselors do so much paperwork, it literally takes away from the bonding time with their patients. That's one thing I've always disliked about this clinic. Also last year I went thru like 3 or 4 counselors. You know how hard it is to open up to someone over and over again? To have them say to you that they won't be going anywhere then weeks later they're gone? The turnover rate is extremely high for a reason and I really hope corporate starts listening to their employees or treating them better.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Rebecca even made me aware of an issue I wasn’t aware of and told me about VA court. Also the ladies at the front desk seem efficient and professional.

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well run this place is. I have been registered at many different outpatient clinics across Texas and I have NEVER been able to make an appointment to see my doctor within the same week, nonetheless the same month even! Unlike other VA experiences I've had, this place actually seems to care about me getting better and helping me with my issues, 5 stars guys, 5 stars!

We had a young man Chase, pushing Mom, very friendly and kept mom taking as she get very nervous on Daddy's VA apt.and Dad had Heather pushing him. Heather really helped Daddy keep a positive outlook with her cheerful disposition and positive attitude. They were both GREAT! Thank you "Dr K" for your patience in answering questions and clarifying information. You handled yourself with caring professionalism. Nurse Christina was wonderful in getting info from previous institutions and was quick to clarify what was needed to give Daddy the best care possible. You are so appreciated. Thank you

I came here with the intention to slow down from my fast-paced life, and it was exactly what I needed. After the weekend I felt relaxed, calm, and recharged. The yoga classes were excellent, the vegetarian home-cooked meals were delicious, and the sunsets were beautiful. I joined the “Find Your Purpose” workshop and really enjoyed the teacher’s inspiration and guidance. All people I met there were great! Overall, a great experience!

I had the best experience of my life. Just learning who I was and excepting me for who I am. Misty was the most amazing person I have ever met and made me realize it’s okay to be who I am, and realizing I have meaning and purpose. It’s not about yesterday it’s about being you. It was an amazing experience and one that I would recommend anyone that is struggling to do the work with people that have walked in your shoes. I left over 6 months ago and I still think about the impact that people have had on my life. Truly mind changing and the best thing you could for yourself and your life. If you need a person it will be Misty she is amazing I love her.

This was scary for me, being my first time going into treatment voluntarily. I wanted to leave. In the end, I didn't want leave. I created a bond with the staff and other residents. It was a family hard to depart from.

I wouldn’t be here without them. Is it hard, of course! But addiction isn’t something you can get use too. I spent 5 years addicted to the highest milligram OxyContin you can get. After countless attempts to get clean, I dropped out of the first 4 day detox but the second time I was determined to finish it. It was definitely the longest 4 days of my life. They suggested I go to 30day rehab but I knew I was finished! Having said that it’s been more then ten years now and I’m now a Master Electrician on the verge of opening my own business. So YES it can be done you just have to tell yourself that the pain is just weakness leaving your body and just man up and get through it and everything else will be fine I promise, god will take care of it. Best wishes

Fantastic folks. Everyone in this place is a home run hitter every single day. Dr Robins is very professional and informative. The nurses Bryan and Jason are rock solid and very caring. My counselor Celestia has a charisma that lights up a room and a demeanor that makes her incredibly relatable and easy to talk to. Shandra up front is an absolute angel filled with grace and true conscience.
