I cannot recommend this Center enough. I’m shocked reading all the bad reviews because we drove all the way from Oklahoma to get help here. The counselor Karen was wonderful with my daughter. We’ve had a complete 180 with the level of anxiety she was struggling with. I cannot recommend them enough.

it’s been years since i went here but now im old enough to actually make a review, oceans was my saving grace the put so much care and attention into helping all of us girls in the pod, i sang everyday and they even printed sheet music so all the girls could join in! food wasn’t my favourite but they threw a super bowl party for us and let us have the best time! There is a new doctor at the VA Medical Clinic in Brownwood, and he is amazing! He asked questions and actually listened to my answers. When I asked questions, he answered. He spent time explaining things. I sure hope this is a turning point to upgrade this clinic that has gotten so many bad reviews due to the disrespectful and uncaring attitudes of some of the front line personnel. I actually felt like I was heard and respected. Very good doctor's appointment this year! I am impressed and grateful.

Wonderful place and owners, Richard and Tracy have worked hard to make this a safe place for people looking to turn their life's around. Safe for men and women, food is provided as well as all tinsels to prepare meals. They even have a way to help people get clothes. If not for this place and people like the Kennedy's and so many others who help make this place what it is, there is no telling where I would have ended up. There is always help and hope for those looking to help themselves here.

The therapists in this office REALLY care about their patients! They also have hardly no wait for testing where other therapy offices in the area have waitlists that are 2-3 months out! The prices are also much more reasonable! The receptionist is really nice too!

This place saved my life.. Amber, Ms Julie, nurse Ms Kristy, and Ms Nadine etc where a big help and important part of my recovery they toke awesome care of me and made me feel right at home while during my stay of 69 days. The people at Touchstone are truly wonderful. To be able to take the time to work on yourself and to become the best version of you is such a blessing! I'm so grateful that this is the place that I chose. The nurses and counselors are all caring and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very peaceful! Phillips.I had been through 4 previous rehabs with a still ongoing heavy cocaine addiction that had landed me on the streets and dumpster diving and stealing to support my habit. WELCOMED INTO A CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL RECOVERY ENVIRONMENT, I WAS WELCOMED WITH UNDERSTANDING AND OPEN ARMS TO ALL THE STAFF. MEMBERS INCLUDED COUNSELORS TANISHA, JAMES, SONIA, CASE WORKER BONNIE😁 AND OTHER STAFF KEVIN, MIKE,..EVEN KITCHEN STAFF AND CEO ERIC WERE THERE TO BUILD US UP. AND THE INFAMOUS LEROY...A MAN YOU CANT HELP BUT CROSS PATHS WITH, WERE ALL AN INSPIRATION AND SUPPORTIVE THROUGHOUT THE RECOVERY PROCESS. In 2011 I went through treatment twice in one summer. The 1st time I completed it but wasn't committed and was back the next month. The 2nd time I was all in and worked the program to the fullest. I was clean for 12 years. I also had 3 family members who attended the treatment center and were a success. This place was awesome. However, after 12 years, I recently had a 2 yr relapse and decided I needed help. I knew the place to go. The only problem is I called and called and called and any number I could find apparently was not Summer Sky or it appeared it no longer existed (even through Facebook). This was so disappointing. I chose a different place closer to home and left early during the detox phase because I needed the structure that Summer Sky provided at that time. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left! The food was great, and there's plenty of snacks! I 100% recommend this clinic for all of your mental health needs! The only thing I have to complain about is that the telehealth doctor on the weekends was rude towards me and seemed to brush off my needs. He put me on a medication that I had a bad reaction to and he didn't seemed concerned when I told him and asked to be taken off of it. Everything else is great though!

I love the nurses here Barbra and Gloria are so nice and the counselors I’ve had are awesome as well my counselors have all been on video chat But I don’t mind they try their best to accommodate with my work schedule the only thing that sucks is that sometimes it can take a hour and a half in the morning if the pump breaks or something wrong happen which makes me late for work but thankfully I have a job that is understanding and doesn’t give me problems about the clinic I love it here I just wish that getting take homes where so much easier to get as I’ve been there for 3 years and only get one take homes Monday Wednesday and Thursday then my one for the weekend on Sunday that everybody gets 3 years you would think I would be at a month already but their is literally nothing you can do to change that as I tried calling every number they offered but nothing worked so I just left it alone other then that no problem with the clinic
