This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

The Counseling Center of Expressive Arts (CCOEA), located in El Paso, Texas, provides mental health services to residents of El Paso and the surrounding area. They help adults and adolescents who are experiencing issues with substance abuse and dual diagnoses. They offer therapeutic services including individual, group, couples and family therapy.
I’ve wanted to write this review for a long time after seeing firsthand the difference counseling made in my son’s life. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Miss Kassandra T., and I can honestly say she was a blessing to our entire family. Her kindness, patience, and gentle approach created a safe space where my son could grow, heal, and learn skills that have stayed with him into adulthood. The lessons she taught him about understanding himself, managing emotions, and facing life’s challenges continue to positively shape his well-being today. To any parent who may be wondering if therapy is worth it: there is hope. Investing in your child’s mental health can have lifelong benefits, even if the progress feels slow at first. Our family is living proof that compassionate guidance can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. We will always be deeply grateful to Kassandra and everyone at this practice for the care, dedication, and support they provided during such an important chapter of our lives. Their impact will never be forgotten.
