I love TPRC! They have so many options and help during the recovery process! Super grateful for all the staff! I wouldn’t be at my point of sobriety without the help and encouragement from TP 🙏🏻 Also to mention the super cool amenities they have to offer at the wellness center! I’m 143 days sobriety, I now have full custody of my daughter, and I am graduating with the class of Jan 2026 in the medical billing and coding! I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

I run a sober living house and I will only send the females to this program that once upon time saved my lost soul. Drowning in pain , hopeless and lost. I got help here. It's a state run facility so you will encounter; individuals court ordered to treatment who don't really care, homeless who just want a place to stay and temporarily detox, staff members on a power trip that will take every opportunity to put you down and threaten you. But if you are serious about your recovery, there are a dozen staff members In recovery who will move heaven and earth to support you, Find them utilize them take in their wisdom. While everyone else is working at TLH for a paycheck they are working there for you. They won't force you to get clean or use the coping skills but if you ask for help you can bet your butt they will be the first in line to give it to you. I’m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been… lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple… like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven’t started the work of therapy just yet, but I’m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start.
Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). I continue to refer coworkers here.

This place is so inconsistent. They claim to do UA's every day but people are constantly calling in so they DON'T do them every day like they claim. I don't even know why the pre-trial services use this place when they are so inconsistent with doing UA's.

UNM is not only the state university hospital but it has the best children’s hospital in the USA I had my first two at Loveless Hospital it was good but hands down I had my two others at UNM and they went beyond and over to meet my needs and I’m sure the rest of the units are the same way with there Patients..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been working with trish for nearly 3 years. I've been in therapy since I was 7. I never got help like I did with trish. I came to her a shattered soul really just lost to the world. She breathed life into me. I cqnt explain it any other way. I'm no longer under any legal obligation to see her. I do tho. I've been seeing her a whole year now with no order. I just keep soaking up her support. She's not just my Dr she's been my light. I wanna encourage anyone lost and broken to give these guys a chance they really did help me.

This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

My dad was here recently for around a month. Don't wanna scare anyone who's relatives are forced to stay here like he was, it seems like there's some weird incentive to send patients to these places. Prepare yourself, it's bad. Filthy, looks like the floors haven't been mopped in months, understaffed badly, the food is horrible and they don't give them much of it. I gave it 1 star because I believe the staff here really try but just dont have the resources to care for patients in any type of efficient or satisfactory manner. Most of them seem to be from other countries. If you or your relative are going to be at this place and are reading this review, God bless you and good luck. 🙏🏼

The range of speciality therapy that is offered here is unmatched. The therapy I receive is compassionate and caring, client centered, respectful and honest. As a member of the LGBTQI+ Community I have found a comfortable place to receive not only treatment but restore my faith in mental health care in Albuquerque, NM. THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! Like lots of people out there i struggled with addiction, going nowhere fast and pretty much bed ridden! I was lucky enough to receive 1 of very few openings at the time and now I've been a patient here with this team for many years! I started with no hope in sight to being clean now over 10yrs and running my own business! The staff is amazing and kind and more like family! I look forward to my appointment days it's like visiting friends! If your serious about making a change this is where you need to be! But don't squander your chance, it's a blessing! Dr Ro is definitely one of if not the best Dr I've ever had! Thanks guys! I know i say it alot but you are all the reason I'm still here and living my best life!
