My name is Nancy.
I found myself in a bad situation as far as my health. I ended up falling not paying attention to where I was going, I fell, but got right up. 2 weeks later I couldn't walk. I stayed in my apartment for 3 weeks in bed, I guess you could call it failure to thrive. I was thinking this was checking out time.
I ended up in ER. I begged them not to send me home by myself.
I was sent here. What a life saver. I can't say enough about the Care I got for the next 3 weeks. The love that the Nurse's CNA, Pt Ot & Activity Dept, kitchen Chef's along with the Higher up gave me was absolutely the finest care I've ever known.
Believe me the Resisdents here are happy no bickering no gossip strickley straight up, Love & trulley caring. Don't for one minute have second thoughts about Up Town Rehabilitation. They are all well into each individual needs. Please take am tour if you have a special need. Come here they really saved me.
I'm going home in the Am & really looking forward to start taking good care of myself.
My heart goes out to this care team. THEY ARE FOR REAL. Thanks for all you do for us.
