I love TPRC! They have so many options and help during the recovery process! Super grateful for all the staff! I wouldn’t be at my point of sobriety without the help and encouragement from TP 🙏🏻 Also to mention the super cool amenities they have to offer at the wellness center! I’m 143 days sobriety, I now have full custody of my daughter, and I am graduating with the class of Jan 2026 in the medical billing and coding! I could not have done it without my support team and everyone in my tool box from TPRC. I am forever grateful to everyone on my journey. They are truly amazing team! And go over and beyond for everyone.

I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

It's a state run facility so you will encounter; individuals court ordered to treatment who don't really care, homeless who just want a place to stay and temporarily detox, staff members on a power trip that will take every opportunity to put you down and threaten you. But if you are serious about your recovery, there are a dozen staff members In recovery who will move heaven and earth to support you, Find them utilize them take in their wisdom. While everyone else is working at TLH for a paycheck they are working there for you. They won't force you to get clean or use the coping skills but if you ask for help you can bet your butt they will be the first in line to give it to you. Staff in recovery you know who you are thank you

New Season's is the best MAT program in Albuquerque, hands down. I've been to a couple, but NS treats me like a human instead of a way to make money or just another face. Nick is amazing and helped me through some tough times while traveling for my job while getting treatment. 10/10! The rest of the staff is also just as amazing. I am using this program to help get off of a pain medication for a chronic health condition. The entire staff has helped me every step of rhe way, even though they knew I didn't want to stay on Methadone either.

This place changed my life. The residential program is 30 days long with meals cooked for you by a chef. The house you stay in is basically a mansion. Most of the day you spend in therapy where you learn the cause of your addiction, which is where the real work begins. I’m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been… lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple… like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven’t started the work of therapy just yet, but I’m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start. Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). I continue to refer coworkers here.

I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out. The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak. The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.

I left a pretty bad review about 5 years ago. I decided to stay at Duke City and have had a few bad problems since. Really bad staff like them messing up my insurance payments and trying to blame me. But...... This place is a big part of the reason I'm going to be sober for 10 years in August. It's the reason I have take homes and live a normally relative life. The reason I can hold good jobs. The reason I'm not dead in a gutter. So with that being said, things change. I've seen a LOT of change over the years. About 5 years ago a very overzealous counselor finally left, she was a good counselor but far too influential with management and defensive of really stupid policies like the early open access. Like I said things have changed a lot. Groups are optional now. You can do counseling over the phone. Good stuff. Just.. stay on top of any payment plan you have. And I strongly recommend not using private insurance because billing seems to work with medicaid 99% of the time and any time I've tried to use Cobra insurance or private insurance they have screwed it up and I end up on a payment plan. I still never got reimbursed by the way. They must owe me two or three checks over the years but what ever. My top concern is that I get my treatment. And I do. My counselor calls me. I get my medicine. Things are okay. So i changed my review from a one to a four after 5 years. I think that is fair. I do wish however that they use a nurse to do the observed UAs. Nothing against the security guards but it feels like I'm in a parole office rather than a treatment center. I'm here voluntarily. I also don't appreciate it when I have legitimate trouble peeing and the workers immidiately go straight for the stick and say "oh well we can just mark you as a dirty" If you actually look at my record I haven't had a dirty since I started treatment nearly a decade ago. Why would I want a dirty now? I just need to drink some water you fool... Other than that, things are good. The clinic is in a good space. Best in years. I strongly recommend management take the win and try not to dramatically change things because this is their peak. Best they have been in years. Keep it up. Please. I can't go back go pre pandemic Duke city. I just cant. That was brutal.

My grandson is in here. It took him a bit to adjust. He's been in here for a bit he doesn't like being locked up. But he's been to a few other places before he got here. But this place is way better than the other facilities he's been in. Who is going to like being locked up the question is are you going to learn from it or keep on doing the same thing. Break the rules you come to a place like this one or you go to a juvenile detention center. This place is like a retreat by comparison. They let your parents bring you healthy foods snacks games books you don't get those in other facilities. Especially in juvenile detention nothing goes in.

This is from my experience back in 2021ish. I was 15, in the youth ward admitted for being suchidal. When I was there, it was like a big daycare. I liked the nurses a lot, honestly, they were caring and fun. Place was clean and there was a big tv/play structure outside.

I've been working with trish for nearly 3 years. I've been in therapy since I was 7. I never got help like I did with trish. I came to her a shattered soul really just lost to the world. She breathed life into me. I cqnt explain it any other way. I'm no longer under any legal obligation to see her. I do tho. I've been seeing her a whole year now with no order. I just keep soaking up her support. She's not just my Dr she's been my light. I wanna encourage anyone lost and broken to give these guys a chance they really did help me.

New Mexico University has a pediatric psychiatric facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico that specializes in behavioral health issues in children and youth up to the age of 17. It isn’t your typical psych unit. This facility is built in a cottage style 8-acre campus to take away the institutional feel of treatment. No one is turned away due to finan
This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

this place is nicer than others, (presbyterian) and i appreciate that they dont have cameras in the bedrooms for privacy. You can also ask techs for hugs if you would like, this really helped me as one of my coping skills in physical touch and helps from my derealization. I wish we got to go outside more though, and the seclusion room is a bit less comforting than it should be. but overall, it was okay and it helped.
