Staff is outstanding, I can tell my councilor Mike cares about his clients succeeding the program and will do whatever he can to make you feel heard,, and the other councilors seem to as well.. The staff was changing quite a bit for a yr or two ago but, the new ones coming in are always kind and apathetic. I Miss the old Director Max but other than wishing he still was there, I have no complains

This place is special. I'm glad to be part of the U-turn family! My life has been significantly impacted by the program and relationships at U-turn. While I was there, God showed me the power of humility. He also showed me that even though I SAID I wanted to follow Him and walk in obedience, I would have a LOT of surrendering to do (and still do!) before I was no longer lord of my life. At U-turn, I learned what it means to ABIDE, to truly trust God to meet my needs and to stay at His cross. It was NOT easy, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. U-turn helps you get the things that really matter- maturity, sobriety, restoration, new life- fruits of the obedient and faithful follower. I graduated my 1st phase, and while I was there for 2 months i saw and met a lot of men that wanted to change, wanted restoration-but they wanted it on THEIR terms. That's not how God works, He plays second chair to nobody. We have to come to Him on His terms, and we have to live according to His will,not ours and that definitely includes discipleship and spiritual growth. Because of U-turn I gladly seek and follow His plan for me. I no longer live to fulfill my flesh or empty desires, life has been so good and sobriety is just one of the benefits of my new life.If you're considering this program for yourself or for a loved one, then trust and believe God has you (or them) right where you're supposed to be and that nothing happens "by chance". I have actually learned alot here and am hopeful for my future. staff was amazing, there was not one person at turning point that i didint think was helpful in my recovery. i highly suggest this program if you really want a better life for yourself if i could give more stars i would ... thank you turning point for giving me a second chance at life!

Just got off the phone with the billing department after being told by multiple multiple methadone clinics and my own of 3 and a half years that no one would except my insurance and that they would not help me until I pay the past due $$$ due to me getting scammed on my insurance which I already filed a grievance and took care of takes time to go into affect. Anyway I m down to 20 mg from 160 and this is the only clinic that actually was willing to work with me, and the staff was friendly, even though I was very rude so I would say this is the first methadone clinic I found where they actually seem to care about their patients and not just the money I would highly recommend to anyone having an issue at another clinic.They were professional, friendly and could ve just turned me away, but helped instead

New Season's is the best MAT program in Albuquerque, hands down. I've been to a couple, but NS treats me like a human instead of a way to make money or just another face. Nick is amazing and helped me through some tough times while traveling for my job while getting treatment. 10/10! The rest of the staff is also just as amazing.I am using this program to help get off of a pain medication for a chronic health condition. The entire staff has helped me every step of rhe way, even though they knew I didn't want to stay on Methadone either.

Love this place they help you when u run into any issues they don't just tell you there's nothing they can do bout it. I went to the clinic on hanies and there were times I'd go for my doses and they wud say that my medicade didn't go thro and wudnt give us our meds. This clinic helps you to figure it out. It's a very scary feeling when u can't get ur meds especially when u rely on that med everyday. It's a very scary feeling when u think or when u are sick. And the one thing that helps u u cnt get. I was very surprised by this facility,they said the people start lining up at 7am but I didn't see anyone in line when I got there and that was at 7:30 so I had hoped it wouldn't be an all day deal. And that it was but in a good way. I got to meet Adam which is now my PCP for a short time, he will be transferring for personal reasons in a few months, but enough of that. Turned out to be one of the most successful days of my life, my PCP actually cared actually listened, actually looked me in the eye when he asked me questions or made suggestions, I actually felt like I was on the same level as he was, and that felt amazing. It didn't feel like he was above me like some providers tend to seem just from being at an authority level for so long. We actually had a conversation about my pain, my feelings and my state of mind. This may seem like a little exaggeration but if you have ever experienced chronic pain it's everything. I hate to see him go because the trust will be short lived and I struggle with change, but I think to be able to feel security with your Doctor at any level is a gift. So thank you Adam, I hope your transfer is successful for you and your family I know you both need it, I had a couple of daycare's in the very place your going and believe me it felt good to be the helper instead of the one being helped. I m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven t started the work of therapy just yet, but I m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start.Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). I continue to refer coworkers here.

Best place to work with a caseworker that can help you what you need is and they do have art but sometimes you just get to tried and you don't go anymore and they want you keep going so when Dont go you have to start over they want you to do more and work on yourself I been going send 2015 you do get help you need. If you need one on one they can help you with that.

This place was the beginning of the rest of my life. Please PLEASE reach out to them if you re struggling with getting and staying sober and have no idea where to start. From my very first appointment I was filled with hope. They recognized the grave danger I was to myself and I started an addiction group that very next day. I like to say everyone including others in the group loved me until I could love myself. At the time, that s what I needed. The groups were raw and real. No sugar coating so you can really get to the root of your addiction. They treat you with kindness and respect. They know when to challenge you to help you help yourself. When I started here I was so far in my addiction I didn t think I could get out. A seed was planted. I wanted sobriety so bad even if I didn t know how to get it. I promised myself May 17th, 2018 that I didn t want to feel that way anymore and even though I didn t know how, I would figure it out along the way. I m now coming up on 4 years of sobriety! At 28, I graduated with my GED and I m now enrolled in college to help others like how A New Awakening helped me. Give this place a chance. They might just be the beginning of the rest of your life.
