I've had good and bad days since I've been going here the part I hate the most are how many counselors I've been through. Only one in the 12 yrs I've been here has actually changed my life she left and I relapsed but I'm on track again since thanks to myself because I won't let another counselor in because I know for a fact they will leave also, other then that I love the nurses and,, I like them all it's a nice place for help if your ready for it

It's a great place everyone there they are the best ever and they really care plus if you need any help with anything just ask they will or make sure you get what you need. So if you need help this is the place to go. Only one thing wish they stayed open until 1pm

Staff is outstanding, I can tell my councilor Mike cares about his clients succeeding the program and will do whatever he can to make you feel heard,, and the other councilors seem to as well.. The staff was changing quite a bit for a yr or two ago but, the new ones coming in are always kind and apathetic. I Miss the old Director Max but other than wishing he still was there, I have no complains
This program and its plan of loving those needing recovery has blessed our son . He finally has peace and can truly feel Jesus Christ is his Savior is turning his life around.

This place is special. I'm glad to be part of the U-turn family! My life has been significantly impacted by the program and relationships at U-turn. While I was there, God showed me the power of humility. He also showed me that even though I SAID I wanted to follow Him and walk in obedience, I would have a LOT of surrendering to do (and still do!) before I was no longer lord of my life. At U-turn, I learned what it means to ABIDE, to truly trust God to meet my needs and to stay at His cross. It was NOT easy, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. U-turn helps you get the things that really matter- maturity, sobriety, restoration, new life- fruits of the obedient and faithful follower. I graduated my 1st phase, and while I was there for 2 months i saw and met a lot of men that wanted to change, wanted restoration-but they wanted it on THEIR terms. That's not how God works, He plays second chair to nobody. We have to come to Him on His terms, and we have to live according to His will,not ours and that definitely includes discipleship and spiritual growth. Because of U-turn I gladly seek and follow His plan for me. I no longer live to fulfill my flesh or empty desires, life has been so good and sobriety is just one of the benefits of my new life.
If you're considering this program for yourself or for a loved one, then trust and believe God has you (or them) right where you're supposed to be and that nothing happens "by chance". I checked myself into my local rehab center in Los Lunas, I learned so much about myself and how heroin was controlling my life. I gained full control of my life and now i'm fully sober 4 months later. Thank you everyone for everything.
The detox is great I went here for detox it was nice it was hard but I got through it not so sure about the 30-day program though

I love TPRC! They have so many options and help during the recovery process! Super grateful for all the staff! I wouldn’t be at my point of sobriety without the help and encouragement from TP 🙏🏻 Also to mention the super cool amenities they have to offer at the wellness center! I’m 143 days sobriety, I now have full custody of my daughter, and I am graduating with the class of Jan 2026 in the medical billing and coding! I could not have done it without my support team and everyone in my tool box from TPRC. I am forever grateful to everyone on my journey. They are truly amazing team! And go over and beyond for everyone.

I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

I have sat for a few days wondering what I could say to express my gratitude for this program. Josh cheerseman I cannot thank you enough for your help whenever I call. I run a sober living house and I will only send the females to this program that once upon time saved my lost soul. Drowning in pain , hopeless and lost. I got help here. So today I share this program that saved my life with everyone God places in my care. I highly recommend any Ascend locations for treatment for addiction and other mental health disorders. Their staff cares more than most I've seen. I love each and every staff member, the owner gave me many tools I use to this day to help me fight the battle within!
I'll give them 5 stars , mainly cuz to be honest with this place u get what u put in.. For example if u give a 100 % then the staff with put in 100 % . They are very helpful and Genuine if they see u are trying they will give u that extra push u need.

Hands down the best clinic in Albuquerque! The staff is BEYOND helpful and caring especially Dallas. Words can't describe how amazing everyone is, from the front desk to the counselors everyone's always working hard to help you succeed

It's a state run facility so you will encounter; individuals court ordered to treatment who don't really care, homeless who just want a place to stay and temporarily detox, staff members on a power trip that will take every opportunity to put you down and threaten you. But if you are serious about your recovery, there are a dozen staff members In recovery who will move heaven and earth to support you, Find them utilize them take in their wisdom. While everyone else is working at TLH for a paycheck they are working there for you. They won't force you to get clean or use the coping skills but if you ask for help you can bet your butt they will be the first in line to give it to you. New Season's is the best MAT program in Albuquerque, hands down. I've been to a couple, but NS treats me like a human instead of a way to make money or just another face. Nick is amazing and helped me through some tough times while traveling for my job while getting treatment. 10/10! The rest of the staff is also just as amazing.
I am using this program to help get off of a pain medication for a chronic health condition. The entire staff has helped me every step of rhe way, even though they knew I didn't want to stay on Methadone either.

GREAT PROGRAM THAT REALLY HELPS AND FEEDS THE HUNGRY.
I’m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been… lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple… like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven’t started the work of therapy just yet, but I’m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start.
Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). I continue to refer coworkers here.

Always quick and easy and counseling really helped
This is the first place that has finally been able to give me the tools to change my life. Even after being forced into treatment I was able to come to a place that got me to understand myself and grow. Now I’m continuing with treatment even after drug court has ended. It’s a place I feel safe and understood

Started seeing Jennifer ramon in 2020. She's amazing and treats her patients like she cares.
These days I'm currently seeing Sara Martin and I just cant say enough good things about her. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.
I've NEVER EVER had any issues nor do I have any complaints about the Dr's. The front desk is another story. I feel this position should be given to someone with patients .understanding and just kind...that should be a requirement for the job...and we the people should not even have to be saying this. You would think it would just be a given.. being they're dealing with sick and elderly people .also certain Dr's are there only on Tuesdays and Thursdays... take that into consideration..

I went through Adult and Teen Challenge almost 11 years ago and my life has been forever changed by the encounter I had with Christ throughout the program itself and the staff that God called to be His hands. The program truly is a safe haven the broken and lost to find hope and freedom. I have proudly been with this ministry since I graduated and have witnessed countless transformed lives.
I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out.
The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak.
The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.
