I've had good and bad days since I've been going here the part I hate the most are how many counselors I've been through. Only one in the 12 yrs I've been here has actually changed my life she left and I relapsed but I'm on track again since thanks to myself because I won't let another counselor in because I know for a fact they will leave also, other then that I love the nurses and,, I like them all it's a nice place for help if your ready for it

I (unfortunately) needed to go here. Best choice I ever made. I stayed at a very clean house, cooked meals 3x a day, and awesome staff. I'm just remembering to write this because it was 2 years ago November 1st. Even when your scared, they make it easy. Believe me. So worth it. And shout out to Phil. Super cool guy. I tried to get someone else to go here before I decided to cut ties... But, this place is great. Also snacks in the waiting room.

Say or think whatever you want about methadone clinics, this place has helped me stay off opiates for 8 years now. Yes there are some questionable people that come here, however the staff is top notch. The dosing nurses are the BEST and the caseworkers, director, and everyone else is awesome. The team there is great! I've been on methadone for over 30 yrs and dosed at probably over 10 clinics not counting courtesy dosing. This clinic is one of the best clinics I've been at. The staff seem to genuinely care! The nurses, the counselors all the way up to the program coordinator. I'm very pleased to be a client here. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with addiction treatment.

I've been going here for 4 years and I have always been treated well! I will say that the newest Director, Robert, is a very good man. He's a very down to earth person, he listens to the clients, and he truly cares about both his employees as well as the clients whom dose here! Since he has become the Director, it's been positive all around. I would also like to give a big shout out to my counselor, Robert M., (a different Robert)! He's an awesome counselor and person as well!! He always makes time to talk with me or any of the other clients!!! And last, but definitely not least Crystal, one of the nurses is an awesome lady! My uncle had a good experience at this detox hospital. The staff were kind, respectful, and supportive throughout his stay, and the facility felt calm and comfortable. This place has helped me so much in my recovery , the staff is always positive & welcoming , my counselor Patricia is awesome tho I havent seen her in a month or 2 kinda got me worried but for the most part this place is really good , I haven't had a bad experience , they let you do more stuff like getting take homes the more progress you show , the staff has showed that they care about seeing my progress and I'm so glad I never walked away from stepping into that door I'm finally able to function like a normal person again and as a young single father be back in my 5 yr old daughters life thanks to methadone .

Great experience with Salvation Army. They did need to reschedule with me but they were very kind and flexible with my timeline for clearout. The gentleman who came were also kind and moved quickly. A friend recommended this massage parlor, and my visit turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The space is roomy and clean. I was greeted by an Asian woman—likely around 25 years old—who was incredibly friendly and had a sweet smile. They gave me the tools and means to recover fully and gave me a season of rest and peace in my life . I have consistently had a positive experience at the Northwest Metro VA Clinic. The staff here is very thorough and efficient, making sure that every visit is handled with care and professional attention. I’m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been… lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple… like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven’t started the work of therapy just yet, but I’m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start.
Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). I continue to refer coworkers here.

Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

This program was amazing, Malissa, Katie, and Amanda have been such amazing assets to my recovery and ability to stick the program out! Seneca was great about talking me down when I wanted to walk out! Admissions can use some work as it was chaotic in the office and they talked about private matters while being checked in, I actually had to suggest they talk about those matters behind closed doors! Steve at Vera was also very Rude and degrading to the clients, I hope they find someone with a little more understanding and compassion to tech that class in detox, so people can actually learn and grow!

Visiting Icarus is one of the best things that could have happened for me. From intake,to straight to the house, staff was great and helpful. Upon arrival to Chihuahua the crew was ready and welcoming. Professionalism on point! Melissa, Katie, Amanda,Gina,senikuhh,Mike,josh and Dammah, all went above and beyond and played a crucial part in my successful competition of the program. Housemates were also great, made the whole experience that much better. 10/10. Shall the time ever arise,and looking for a place to go, it's Icarus. 💯

Overall my experience was great. The detox house (Vera) was a little bit difficult in terms of the clientele and living conditions. However, if you have private insurance you will be moved to the Chihuahua house. Here the living conditions and staff were excellent. I have to give a special thanks to Melissa and Katie they were incredible and truly love their jobs.

Realistically the place is phenomenal place to help you get back on your feet, however I did meet this 1 nurse that's was immensely rude to the patients, it doesn't sit right with me at all. There was a girl crying and this nurse AMANDA decided to send her to her room, I understand it's there job to do what they need to do to get stuff done, but the way she went about it really hurt my heart to see, she didn't ask not question whether she was ok simply sent her to her room, now maybe I'm looking too much into it but from my point of view I genuinely feel like you should be supportive support and supporting regardless whether there "crying loudly" or "that's what you told her to do" i did mock her after but then she accused me of threatening her like I told I was gonna punch her or something, it actually makes me genuinely feel sick when there people like this in the medical field cause it's definitely not helping nor helpful, this place shouldnt be a punishment it should be a opportunity for life, I'm Nigel I've been struggling with depression and PTSD schizoaffective disorder and life my whole life almost and I wouldn't be saying this if something didn't need to be said, on the other hand it's definitely a great place to go if your worried about the people you love and care about. jane, the chaplain, Heather and basically everyone else but Amanda was very responsible of there job

I received absolutely amazing care here. I was in one of the worst crises I’ve ever experienced, and the staff did such an excellent job at making sure everyone was taken care of. Great people who run the groups as well. Was able to get a care plan in place for outpatient which was very helpful. Inpatient stays sound scary, and they can be, however, this is the place to be if you’re in need.

I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out.
The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak.
The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.

This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

this place is nicer than others, (presbyterian) and i appreciate that they dont have cameras in the bedrooms for privacy. You can also ask techs for hugs if you would like, this really helped me as one of my coping skills in physical touch and helps from my derealization.
I wish we got to go outside more though, and the seclusion room is a bit less comforting than it should be.
but overall, it was okay and it helped.
