Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. Shout out to my counselor Reyna! She's the best ☺️💓 of course I would of never found them without The Almighty God!!!

I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I can only hope that my next treatment center is half as professional as medmark was. Scott

I couldn't possibly be more impressed with, and grateful for, the Peak Behavioral Health staff. Sometimes, we veterans, active duty, guard, and reserves have unique challenges. I was there June of 2023. I was sent there via ambulance from my city because I had been overmedicated. My city called it serotonin syndrome. Once I got there I felt terrified. I have been in other units and this place is AWFUL. The Dr took me off all the meds I had been on. I didn't understand how why I was feeling so bad. I told the nurse many times that I felt nauseous and was gonna fall down. The dr put me on other meds which I was having side effects from but I told the Dr I was OK because I knew he would keep me longer if I told him everything I was feeling. You can tell the people that work there dont want to be there. I heard so many of them yelling at patients for no reason. They made me feel like I was a bad person. I felt so disconnected while I was there and was afraid of not being let out so I lied so I could get home. After being home and still feeling very sick I went to the ER and they told my family that I was going through a severe withdrawal and that is because the Dr at the Peak did NOT taper me off all the medications that I had been on when I first got there. It took a total of 6 weeks before I started feeling like myself again. I felt like I was a prisoner in there. This place should NOT be open. They are heartless individuals.

I stayed here back in the beginning of 2018 till almost the ending of it I know it might have drastically changed here but when I was here most of the staff was helpful and really nice, gave you respect if you respected them. I feel this place is only good for someone staying here for shelter. Definitely not a way to get help unless your 16 and can go to the youth services nextdoor for even more support as long as I have remembered since the shelter can be holding kids that barely got out of a detention center.

I too was threatened with being reported to CPS if I didn’t admit my 13 yr old. When I tried to get him released they said they could put a hold on him. Thankfully he doesnt have insurance (I applied for medicaid) and he was released after 5 days. Before admitting him I was told that boys and girls would be in separate areas in the hospital, but my son told me orherwise. The receptionist was always rude and wouldnt accept more than 3 books for my son to read(she seems unhappy there) but the tech was gracious enough to switch the books out himself. I did complain about her to the tech and asked him to report her to management. She must hate her job. The techs were very nice and caring and my son had no complaints except that he was very bored there. He says the food was good. On the day we had visitation, the tables were dirty. The doctor never spoke to me directly. Noone ever called me to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. My son is currently in the outpatient program. I have left several messages to get a call from the doctor to explain his treatment plan but noone ever calls. My son is doing better though so they must be doing something right. Just wish they would communicate more. They do offer free transportation so that part is very convenient. Overall Im thankful that my son is being taken care of. The process has been very uncomfortable but its probably necessary for him to get better.

I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again. And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs. Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.

This saddens my heart because you're supposed to care for patients in this field especially, and the workers at the front desk do not care. They don't even listen to the psychiatrist when she asks them to make a copy of something! Never call you back even when they say they would. Purposely hang up on you because you're rightfully irate as a single mother with a child who's livelihood depends on this office. Dr. Mandela is nice and does what she can but I'm really considering looking for a new psychiatrist due to the unprofessionalism at the front. I even asked the girl for her name and she didn't want to give but it's okay because the look on all their faces when you walk in shows the service you're gonna get. Dirt rotten. McDonald's gives better care than these people which is just SAD. Even considering holistic healing for my child at this point. When she finally gave me her name it is "azul" 😆 so Azul I can say DEFINITELY does not care about your child's mental health.
