Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

Zia Recovery Center is not just another stop in the revolving door of treatment centers. It’s far more than a simple detox or a temporary break from life — it’s a true lifestyle shift and a powerful introduction to the recovery journey. Zia helps integrate the steps of AA/NA into real, daily living, making recovery both practical and sustainable. Personally, it has been one of the most impactful experiences of my life. Recovery is a major part of my story, and because of that, the foundation of Zia — and the incredible men and women who built and uphold it — will always hold a special place in my heart. If you’ve tried to quit but haven’t been able to make it stick, if you’re worn out by the way things are, or if you’re just ready for a real change and a new way of living, I highly recommend Zia Recovery as a place to start over. It’s the only program that truly worked for me — it got me back into the boat of recovery when nothing else could. For me, and for countless others, Zia has proven to be the last house on the block. 👊 Thank you to Ryan, Daniel, Bill, Martin, Krista, and Ruth — and to the others who live and breathe this program and lead by example every day. Because of Zia and the tools of recovery being implemented in my daily life, I am still strong and active in my recovery today. Mike J 4/23/24

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. Shout out to my counselor Reyna! She's the best ☺️💓 of course I would of never found them without The Almighty God!!!

I can only hope that my next treatment center is half as professional as medmark was. Scott

My child was recently a patient at your facility. I am so thankful for the care that was provided to him. He normally tends to hide away from strangers, however, during his time there he was able to form a bond with one of your workers, Samantha. She looked out for him and he has nothing but nice things to say about her. Thank you Samantha for all that you did for my son. I hope others have as pleasant of an experience as we have had. Thank you

I was visiting family there and one of the nurses there, Samantha I believe, or Sam, was very kind and funny. And genuinely seemed like she cared about the children and patients there. She was really helpful and made the experience there a pleasant one. I had heard not great things about the place and that the staff was rude and uncaring. But she surprised me by how good of a person she was. It made me feel more relieved about having a family member there with someone like her around.

My wife and I are both 100% P&T, and the El Paso VA Main Clinic has consistently taken excellent care of us. The dental clinic is phenomenal—though appointments can sometimes take a little while, the quality of care makes it well worth it. The radiology department staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The community care process can be a bit challenging at times, but it does pay off in the end. On top of that, the cafeteria food is surprisingly delicious. Overall, the El Paso VA truly takes pride in caring for veterans, and it shows in the way they treat us.

I recently moved to New mexico from Colorado. The VA hospital in El Paso is very easy to find. I found the staff there to be very helpful and courteous. They treated me with respect.and I was seen at my appointment time and had no problems. Although the care that I got in Colorado was just as good, the wait times for many things there were much longer than they are here. I am happy with the VA clinics and hospital here.

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims. As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

My boyfriend is currently a patient at this facility. He tells me stories about his stay when he calls me. He was supposed to get discharged today according to Dr. he did not get discharged, why lie to your patients??? Dr shows up late and sometimes doesnt show up at all to speak to his patients. Next, the food he says the food is good if you are hungry but it is the same thing repeatedly why not have a variety??. I am only giving this review 5 stars because of certain techs/nurses. In his words "ISMAEL is great and treats us like people but unfortunately he only works during the week. Weekends are different techs and nurses, PAUL is great when he passes out our medicine he interacts with us and asks how our day went, ALEX is a cool guy he jokes with us and tries to make our day go by good, he wakes us up respectfully, and always gets things done, he speaks to us about our day and knows what to say to make us feel better, he cares about us even though he always is serious hes a cool guy, his partner though MAT is rude and makes us feel like a bother he makes faces to us when we ask for something like towels to shower or to change the movie he is just plain rude to us. VICTORIA is amazing she cares about us and our well being she speaks and jokes with all of us, she is able to speak to us and get our minds right if we are upset or sad, she encourages us to interact with group therapy and other activities and not just stay in our rooms asleep, for me that was great because I felt good after gym." Thank you to these techs/nurses who are trying to make a difference and care about your patients, there are not many of you!

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again. And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs. Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.

The PHP and IOP programs were wondeful. The disconnectiveness of digital appointments for therapy kind of sucks, but the group program changed my life
