Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

Zia changed my life. They showed me the tools I needed to gain my life back & introduced me to the 12 step program. Almost a year later and my life has done a complete 180! Zia Recovery Center is a great place if you are serious and diligent about changing your life for the better. The staff and programming are top notch. Nearly every employee and the owners are in recovery. They truly care for each and every client that comes through the doors. It was nice to be in a facility that has so many resources. By far the best program I've ever been apart of. Great job Zia and continue with the amazing work you do!

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I can only hope that my next treatment center is half as professional as medmark was. Scott

I couldn't possibly be more impressed with, and grateful for, the Peak Behavioral Health staff. Sometimes, we veterans, active duty, guard, and reserves have unique challenges. Military personnel, I, former U.S. Air Force, have the highest confidence regarding the exemplary professionalism, impressive talents, and extensive knowledge I saw in action at PBH. If you need help, please do not hesitate to get it at PBH. You'll be glad you did. Staff, thank you for all you do. You definitely make a difference.
I have been to this VA a handful of times, and I don't recall ever having a negative experience. It is located on the second floor, and the staff has always been courteous if I had questions. There is plenty of parking in the front, with several handicap spaces near the front entrance.
I absolutely love my doctor, my counselor, and the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. They celebrate and support you every step of the way! Good days, bad day, and all the days in between I’m glad that I chose ALT Recovery for my recovery process. They’ve been helpful, kind, offered resources left and right, and have gone above and beyond what I ever expected when I decided to enter treatment.

I had a grat experience with the Audiology department today. My ears were clogged and has been bothering me for a week now so I did a walk in.Johnny one of the receptionist found a way to squeeze me in and was called in within 10minutes. Andrea one of the technicians help me out and de clogged my ears in a timely manner..I am really grateful for the service. My wife and I are both 100% P&T, and the El Paso VA Main Clinic has consistently taken excellent care of us. The dental clinic is phenomenal—though appointments can sometimes take a little while, the quality of care makes it well worth it. The radiology department staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The community care process can be a bit challenging at times, but it does pay off in the end. On top of that, the cafeteria food is surprisingly delicious. Overall, the El Paso VA truly takes pride in caring for veterans, and it shows in the way they treat us.

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

My PHP and IOP instructors, along with my counselors have done and are doing an excellent job. Improvement and growth is noticeable by myself and others.
I too was threatened with being reported to CPS if I didn’t admit my 13 yr old. When I tried to get him released they said they could put a hold on him. Thankfully he doesnt have insurance (I applied for medicaid) and he was released after 5 days. Before admitting him I was told that boys and girls would be in separate areas in the hospital, but my son told me orherwise. The receptionist was always rude and wouldnt accept more than 3 books for my son to read(she seems unhappy there) but the tech was gracious enough to switch the books out himself. I did complain about her to the tech and asked him to report her to management. She must hate her job. The techs were very nice and caring and my son had no complaints except that he was very bored there. He says the food was good. On the day we had visitation, the tables were dirty. The doctor never spoke to me directly. Noone ever called me to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. My son is currently in the outpatient program. I have left several messages to get a call from the doctor to explain his treatment plan but noone ever calls. My son is doing better though so they must be doing something right. Just wish they would communicate more. They do offer free transportation so that part is very convenient. Overall Im thankful that my son is being taken care of. The process has been very uncomfortable but its probably necessary for him to get better.

I had my granddaughter here and I have nothing but good things to talk about this place. Carmen the receptionist was always great and assisted us everything we needed guidance. My granddaughter benefited from this place a lot and she’s doing so much better in school.
My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. We're not from the area and will be relocating soon and we will miss them and the friendly service they provided. Dr. M. Bender, Dr. W. Baca, Nancy, Autum and Helen are awesome! Thank you to all other staff as well. Thank you very much, we appreciate your kind and friendly care. I would give more stars if I could.
I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. My therapist is kind and gentle and helps me see outwardly perspectives which helps me process my emotions and triggers. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to be a patient with ABTS.

ABTS has been absolutely amazing! Carolyn Lopez is a phenomenal therapist with her knowledge and compassion. The company as a whole has a great communication system with quick/easy text messaging system as well as an online portal to track services. It was nice to have a staff that is willing to be flexible, helpful, and understanding. They were professional 24/7 (plus most of them were very open to prescribing alternative medications!)
This place sucks people who work there treat the people like there nobody’s just because we are ex druggies been clean 8?months supposed start your steps after 3 months but just because your ex druggie act like your a nobody if you can get treatment somewhere I would only reason I’m still there cus closest to where I’m from next place is 5 hours and I’m still thinking about going

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again.
And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs.
Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.
