Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

I have been a patient for a yr. It is a godsend. If you desire a place where there is no judgement this is the place. The staff is amazing, always ready and willing to help with most anything. I had a grat experience with the Audiology department today. My ears were clogged and has been bothering me for a week now so I did a walk in.Johnny one of the receptionist found a way to squeeze me in and was called in within 10minutes. Andrea one of the technicians help me out and de clogged my ears in a timely manner..I am really grateful for the service. My wife and I are both 100% P&T, and the El Paso VA Main Clinic has consistently taken excellent care of us. The dental clinic is phenomenal—though appointments can sometimes take a little while, the quality of care makes it well worth it. The radiology department staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. The community care process can be a bit challenging at times, but it does pay off in the end. On top of that, the cafeteria food is surprisingly delicious. Overall, the El Paso VA truly takes pride in caring for veterans, and it shows in the way they treat us.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again.
And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs.
Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.

I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

I was here so many times two years ago, I was not doing well at all and I ended up staying for a month long at one point to be transferred somewhere else, but each time I was there, the staff was awesome.

Great experience here! I saw Iris Vazquez for individual therapy to get me through my post-partum depression (and life after). She was wonderful, very helpful, and compassionate. I also saw Belinda Galegos for couples counseling with my husband, and she was also so great. Both my husband and I really benefitted from our time with her. Only had to leave here because we moved out of state.

We Have used them on two different occassions. Both child/play therapy and adult counseling. We had had an absolute great experience with our therapists. I currently see Belinda and she has been so helpful.
The therapist We used to see for my daughter is no longer with them but she was equally amazing.

I’m surprised the reviews for this place are so low. I can’t speak for all the counselors here, but I see Belinda Gallegos for couples therapy and Iris Vasquez for individual therapy and they are incredible therapists. My quality of life is significantly improving thanks to our work together. I’ve also never had issues with the front office staff, sure some of the peeps aren’t the most charismatic, but they’re nice enough and get the job done.
