My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. We're not from the area and will be relocating soon and we will miss them and the friendly service they provided. Dr. M. Bender, Dr. W. Baca, Nancy, Autum and Helen are awesome! Thank you to all other staff as well. Thank you very much, we appreciate your kind and friendly care. I would give more stars if I could.

Quality clinicians.

I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

this is without a doubt the worst experience i ever had at a substance abuse facility and you cant just keep writing off low reviews as angry alcoholics complaining forever - there really are serious problems here that need to be addressed. how this place is open still is beyond me

This place took me in and took care of me when my own family would not. I grew up here half of my teenage years till I was 18. They allowed me to get my GED and work 2 jobs (my choice to save money and keep busy and out of trouble) I am SO THANKFUL for Staff members that were here during that time RIP Ms. Bonnie, Lisa, Misty, Ernie, Nataly + more. Im 40 years old now and will never forget this place.

This place was very informative to me when others were not. Did not have a bad experience in the very short time I dealt with them. I was working with my daughter on stuff before the short stay there and the staff did everything they could to help finish what was started before she went for her short stay.

Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

Excellent center for not only mental illness but addiction. Got me stabilized instead of pills with ups and downs.

I went here in June 2025 I loved the day shift I was on the adolescent side I liked some of the night staff except for Yvette or however you spell her name while I was there Yvette and yuri the other one that works with her had to call security on us for simply stating our right and there was four of us sitting down and security was on our side not surprising I liked Eden and hunter and kris I don’t know if I spelt his name right but most of all I absolutely loved Angelica she is an amazing tech

This is from my experience back in 2021ish. I was 15, in the youth ward admitted for being suchidal. When I was there, it was like a big daycare. I liked the nurses a lot, honestly, they were caring and fun. Place was clean and there was a big tv/play structure outside.

The ward is not too bad but they can be very rude in the emergency room.

Honestly? I didn't have a horrible experience here. Unlike Central Desert, they were actually able to wash your clothes and give them back within a day, and gave you the correct clothes. I hate Central Desert. It was a pretty calm environment, safe, relatively clean, the patients seemed chill enough. Bed wasn't uncomfortable. The staff was nice, some nicer than others, it sort of felt like they were overworked. I have epilepsy and some nurses took their sweet time giving me their meds, which irked me. Again unlike Central, they had about 3 cell phones on which you could call anyone you liked, and there wasn't a strict time limit as long as there wasn't someone waiting to use the phone. The meals were like hospital food. Visitation was every day for one hour which was great!! (Again, unlike Central Desert, where visitation was one day a week for 15 minutes, what a joke.) So, if you're going through a crisis and need to be stabilized like I was, Haven is probably your best bet in ABQ. They unfortunately didn't have an outdoor area and it was a lil smaller than Central.

They are doing a good job their and they really do Care for the people.

Haven has helped change my life and. The inpatient program is a safe environment that you can start feeling like yourself again in. But let me tell you about the PHP and the IOP . Havens Outpatient programs have saved my life and changed me completely, helping me learn everyday skills and have structure for my life which has giving it so much more meaning. They have amazing staff and an amazing medication Dr who will actually listen and get you where you need to be . I HIGHLY recommend the outpatient program after your stay or even if you don't need inpatient firstly. They have helped me in ways I thought could never happen and I'm not even hyping them right now .
