I’m a CDT hiker that needed to see a doctor as I was passing thru. They fit me in the day before a holiday weekend. Every staff member was so kind: front desk, nurses and doctor. My prescriptions came out to 0.25$ and I didn’t have a quarter. The kind woman at the front desk paid for my prescriptions for me.

I am traveling through the area and had a horrible tooth ache. Everyone knows a toothache is the worst, especially when you’re on the road far from your dentist. I was able to get in first thing Monday morning to see the dentist, get the tooth taken care of and be on my way. The employees are courteous, kind and sympathetic. I am so very grateful that they were available to take care of me. The dentist was knowledgeable, assessed the situation and had it taken care of pronto. Thanks Presbyterian Medical Services of Cuba.

I had 1ba really good experience at Hoy Recovery. I successfully completed a 90 day program during the summer of 2022 and since have returned home and also went back to work . I really enjoyed the months I stayed at Hoy for the most part. It's not a resort or anything like that but it is a farm in the Rio Grande Valley of Velarde, NM. I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

My grandson is in here. It took him a bit to adjust. He's been in here for a bit he doesn't like being locked up. But he's been to a few other places before he got here. But this place is way better than the other facilities he's been in. Who is going to like being locked up the question is are you going to learn from it or keep on doing the same thing. Break the rules you come to a place like this one or you go to a juvenile detention center. This place is like a retreat by comparison. They let your parents bring you healthy foods snacks games books you don't get those in other facilities. Especially in juvenile detention nothing goes in.

I was here in 1998-1999 in B.. I was the one that ran out the van on a late night drive. Probably the reason why there ain't handles in the inside of the vans.. It was cool here they feed you good back then I don't know now though.. I was there for six months maybe longer. If you want the help they will help you... UNM is not only the state university hospital but it has the best children’s hospital in the USA I had my first two at Loveless Hospital it was good but hands down I had my two others at UNM and they went beyond and over to meet my needs and I’m sure the rest of the units are the same way with there Patients..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been working with trish for nearly 3 years. I've been in therapy since I was 7. I never got help like I did with trish. I came to her a shattered soul really just lost to the world. She breathed life into me. I cqnt explain it any other way. I'm no longer under any legal obligation to see her. I do tho. I've been seeing her a whole year now with no order. I just keep soaking up her support. She's not just my Dr she's been my light. I wanna encourage anyone lost and broken to give these guys a chance they really did help me.

This place saved my life. When I was admitted, they were very kind, called me not only by how I look (masculine) but respected my preferred name. There was lots of outside time. The staff were amazing, if needed you could get a hug, and helped me with everything! Just absolute saints. Even when I started my period, they staff were amazing, supplied me with plenty of spare pants + pads, and were absolutely amazing. The night staff I got for about half of my stay was very strict, and I very much appreciated it, as it can get chaotic, but it was just absolutely amazing, they helped me through panic attacks and everything, I just can't express how much they helped me!!! I will always consider this place as a home ❤️

this place is nicer than others, (presbyterian) and i appreciate that they dont have cameras in the bedrooms for privacy. You can also ask techs for hugs if you would like, this really helped me as one of my coping skills in physical touch and helps from my derealization.
I wish we got to go outside more though, and the seclusion room is a bit less comforting than it should be.
but overall, it was okay and it helped.

Much has changed in the Clinic in the past 6 months or so, especially an increase in medical professionals and the overall quality of care. Also, the staff are employees of "Primary Care Solutions" (home-based in Dallas, TX) and not the VA, so they are probably less vulnerable to the personnel cuts and service disruptions that the VA is experiencing. Finally, I find the staff at the clinic to be as as caring and competent as the VA employees at the Albuquerque Regional VA Hospital.

I stayed here back in the beginning of 2018 till almost the ending of it I know it might have drastically changed here but when I was here most of the staff was helpful and really nice, gave you respect if you respected them. I feel this place is only good for someone staying here for shelter. Definitely not a way to get help unless your 16 and can go to the youth services nextdoor for even more support as long as I have remembered since the shelter can be holding kids that barely got out of a detention center.

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! Like lots of people out there i struggled with addiction, going nowhere fast and pretty much bed ridden! I was lucky enough to receive 1 of very few openings at the time and now I've been a patient here with this team for many years! I started with no hope in sight to being clean now over 10yrs and running my own business! The staff is amazing and kind and more like family! I look forward to my appointment days it's like visiting friends! If your serious about making a change this is where you need to be! But don't squander your chance, it's a blessing! The support staff are so very friendly! The turnaround in the billing department has been a great change! The integrative services are so nice! Love the sound healing and yoga!!!! The front desk is so helpful any billing questions are answered by their billing department immediately and are all so friendly.

My Mom stayed at Genesis Uptown for a couple of weeks. The stains care she received was what I expected. She made friends with many of the staff and they were very kind to her. When she left she didn’t have her glasses. The staff helped look for them but they were never found. I talked to Diana G. About the situation. She was very helpful and diligent about following up with me. Even though we couldn’t get my Mom in to the eye doctor to get new glasses for almost two months, Diana was ready to help. She got the new glasses paid for! This lady is a true professional and I really appreciate her!

My aunt recently completed her stay at Uptown, and I can’t express how grateful we are for the care she received. From the moment she arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. The nurses and therapists treated her with such respect and kindness, it truly felt like she was in good hands.
