This afternoon I had an appointment to have a fractured tooth taken care of by Dr. Jacob Garcia. He and the dental assistant were very professional and polite. Dr. Garcia's bedside manner is most respectful not only to the patients, but to the staff as well. I would 100% recommend this Dental office. The ambiance is pleasant with music entertaining all who are present. The clinic space is impeccably clean, with everything in order. Thank you for an amazing experience. My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. We're not from the area and will be relocating soon and we will miss them and the friendly service they provided. Dr. M. Bender, Dr. W. Baca, Nancy, Autum and Helen are awesome! Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I was probably the biggest sceptic ever going to get help again, however after meeting with Dr. Banks today I finally have hope on improving my conditions and faith in a Dr I would definitely recommend going here if you need help. The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

I can’t describe how good this place is, fire sky is one of the best recovery centers in Lubbock. The staff there actually care about you. They don’t treat you like a number, this places creates miracles. I have never seen a recovery center like this place. This place is different from all the other recovery centers in Lubbock . This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. This VA clinic has been great for me, but today the leadership had a meeting from 0800-0900 where most go to check in. People have things to do. Outstanding Facility Pete has to be one if the most Amazing men I have met in Recovery and there too help if They Took insurance I would deff be there or back there instead of A State fundrd facility that is trash (Sunrise Canyon ) .
