David sweat is a family member of mine who was in a freak accident and became paralyzed from the neck down. The nurses and everyone were so helpful and David work so hard in the nurses to get him walking and they did within 6 weeks ❤️ couldn't be more blessed and thankful for the nurses and everyone at this facility!! A very caring facility. The doctor, nurses, therapists are very caring and professional. I saw incredible improvements in all of the patients there irregardless of what each individual health needs were. It is a top notch facility and kept very clean as well. The social worker is very knowledgeable about things and is very helpful about making arrangements for appointments and anything else that's needed. The open door policy is very good with everyone there. I highly recommend this facility for whatever rehabilitation needed. Definitely a Five Star facility.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

I went to Dove Tree Oct 21st 2024. I was a serious alcoholic for over 26 years. I have been sober ever since that day. It will be 2 years soon. They helped me so much. I did the 6 week recovery plan. I have been in rehab several times in Houston - from trashy to Bougie - and The Ranch at Dove Tree is by a Millenia Far and Above any other Recovery experience I’ve ever had!!! The Staff are impeccable - From the CEO to the guys keeping the grounds - are Experienced in Addiction/Alcoholism because most of them have been there! They care from a place of knowing and understanding. My counselor, Katrina, is an Exceptional and Dynamic force in my recovery foundation! Josh is my first TAC Group leader - and I don’t think anyone could have impacted me in this type of forum as has he with his leadership, background and compassion! The RA’s are more than kind, professional and courteous-they are real people who get it! This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

I have been going to the Las Cruces VA Clinic for 14 years and they are the best. My Primary Provider for 14 years has moved on. For me the Las Cruces VA Clinic has provided much better care than I had in other VA Clinics. I have excellent Community Care as well.

Fire Sky Recovery is a beautiful place out in the country, with peaceful surroundings. The facility is very comfortable, with beautiful furniture and Tempur-Pedic mattresses that make the rooms feel like home. There’s a TV in every room with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and cable, which makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable during your downtime. The classroom is comfortable and inviting, and the teachers are excellent. The teaching and classes have been an important part of my 30-day recovery and have given me the opportunity to learn, reflect, and focus on making positive changes. I also really appreciate having groceries and the things we need available. It makes the experience much more comfortable and allows you to concentrate on your recovery. I want to give special thanks to Robin, Erin, Madison, Laura, Bre, Dan, and the amazing marriage and family therapist Heather, for everything they have done and for the support they have provided during my time here.Their efforts have made a real difference in my experience. Overall, Fire Sky Recovery has provided me with a beautiful, comfortable, and supportive environment. I’m very grateful for my 30 days here and would definitely recommend Fire Sky Recovery a 5 star to anyone who is serious about recovery.

I have so many great things to say about FireSky Recovery but not enough time to write them all out. I was at the end of my rope with no hope but the owners and employees of this facility brought me back from the brink. From the amenities, activities, groups, and even the Tempurpedic beds it is a place that provides an opportunity for true healing. I went to Firesky Recovery a broken, beaten man. I was initially scared because my life was in complete disarray. Robin, Erin and their team welcomed me and reassured me that things can get better if you put in the effort. I spent 30 days in their inpatient program and came out a new man. I am now 7 months clean and sober and I owe it all to Firesky's excellent team of professionals. They know what you need to hear and learn because most of them have gone thru this in one way or another. Their staff is amazing! Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and best of all, judgement-free. I really enjoyed the interactive group sessions and the one on one therapy sessions. There is a way back to living a productive, happy, joyous and free lifestyle and Firesky was able to give me all that, and most importantly, helped me regain my family. If your getting the run around call va patient advocate . & Ask for patient advocate being I was new. When they give you the run around go directly to patient advocate. I had to when I first got here. Now I get a great service. We vets need to stick together & help each other & teach each other what & where to go to get our medical issues resolved. Not all clerks are good ones some give us the run around but patient advocate can help fix that. Use them to your benefit! & Your vet buddy

I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

This place was clean, respectable uplifting, healing, free to those who can’t afford it.
