This afternoon I had an appointment to have a fractured tooth taken care of by Dr. Jacob Garcia. He and the dental assistant were very professional and polite. Dr. Garcia's bedside manner is most respectful not only to the patients, but to the staff as well. I would 100% recommend this Dental office. The ambiance is pleasant with music entertaining all who are present. The clinic space is impeccably clean, with everything in order. Thank you for an amazing experience. My family and I have been coming to this office (dental) for nearly 3 years. I can honestly say we were treated like family each and every time we visited. We're not from the area and will be relocating soon and we will miss them and the friendly service they provided. Dr. M. Bender, Dr. W. Baca, Nancy, Autum and Helen are awesome! This place was very informative to me when others were not. Did not have a bad experience in the very short time I dealt with them. Humphrey house is a place for the kids in our communtiy to go and be kept in their community and in the state. Families and youth have an opportunity to work together on their target goals together. Sometimes Humphrey House is often the better choice than the home for whatever reasons and that's just being honest. As always when looking at the whole picture you may not always get the answers and results you want but you get what you need. Humphrey house provides just that place that is needed even during the times it isn't wanted. It takes a village. And a village isn't perfect but they are willing to keep trying.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

Zia changed my life. They showed me the tools I needed to gain my life back & introduced me to the 12 step program. Almost a year later and my life has done a complete 180! Zia Recovery Center is a great place if you are serious and diligent about changing your life for the better. The staff and programming are top notch. Nearly every employee and the owners are in recovery. They truly care for each and every client that comes through the doors. It was nice to be in a facility that has so many resources. The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. Great staff and awesome food. You can tell that the vast majority of the employees from groundscrew to clinical director are there because they love what they do. Lubbock has a great recovery community and these guys do everything in their power to make sure you are plugged in and prepared for the next steps in your journey.

I can’t describe how good this place is, fire sky is one of the best recovery centers in Lubbock. The staff there actually care about you. They don’t treat you like a number, this places creates miracles. I have never seen a recovery center like this place. This place is different from all the other recovery centers in Lubbock . The staff and the owners are amazing people, And their classes are very well taught. An individual Therapy sessions are amazing as well. If you really want to change, this is the place to go with whatever addiction, They are there to help you. I came in broken, And they helped me in so many Ways to help me pick my head back up. This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

This VA clinic has been great for me, but today the leadership had a meeting from 0800-0900 where most go to check in. People have things to do. As leaders, do these meetings earlier, during lunch or after work. Do you have to close the check in counters for this meeting? You leaders need to plan better.
