Oravec has been my medication manager for years and he is very knowledgeable and kind, he listens to all my issues and takes the time to go over everything and fully explain new medications. I feel very secure having him manage my mental health meds.
The therapists themselves are also very knowledgeable and are actually trauma informed (where many therapists who say they are trauma informed actually aren't). This is one of the best mental health facilities I've ever gone to, across many states.

I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. These people seem to not know what they are doing . My girlfriend has been trying to get some help . They gave her 4 weeks of medication for her mental problems , and then scheduled her next appointment in 5 weeks ! Forcing her to go without medication for a week . And then acted like it was her fault she didn’t have any medication like she just wasn’t taking it !as a mater of fact she had been taking it and doing quite well , till she ran out of it!!! Now she’s off her meds and decided she’s better off without them . Heaven help us all because permiacare is sadly incapable of helping . Please all pray for my friend !

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

I too was threatened with being reported to CPS if I didn’t admit my 13 yr old. When I tried to get him released they said they could put a hold on him. Thankfully he doesnt have insurance (I applied for medicaid) and he was released after 5 days. Before admitting him I was told that boys and girls would be in separate areas in the hospital, but my son told me orherwise. The receptionist was always rude and wouldnt accept more than 3 books for my son to read(she seems unhappy there) but the tech was gracious enough to switch the books out himself. I did complain about her to the tech and asked him to report her to management. She must hate her job. The techs were very nice and caring and my son had no complaints except that he was very bored there. He says the food was good. On the day we had visitation, the tables were dirty. The doctor never spoke to me directly. Noone ever called me to explain his diagnosis and treatment plan. My son is currently in the outpatient program. I have left several messages to get a call from the doctor to explain his treatment plan but noone ever calls. My son is doing better though so they must be doing something right. Just wish they would communicate more. They do offer free transportation so that part is very convenient. Overall Im thankful that my son is being taken care of. The process has been very uncomfortable but its probably necessary for him to get better.

If you’re an international student considering their programs, be aware that you may be rejected without any clear explanation, even if you meet all stated requirements.
I submitted my application four months ahead of the deadline. Before applying, I spoke with their admissions coach to confirm that my foreign bachelor’s degree, TOEFL scores, GPA, and other documents aligned with the program’s criteria.
Three weeks after paying the $75 non-refundable application fee, I received a rejection with no detailed reasoning. I reached out to the admissions committee for clarification, but all I was told was to “apply again” — with no helpful feedback provided.
This was a very disappointing experience with this college, as it’s clear they do not value multicultural or international students.

I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again.
And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs.
Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.

This saddens my heart because you're supposed to care for patients in this field especially, and the workers at the front desk do not care. They don't even listen to the psychiatrist when she asks them to make a copy of something! Never call you back even when they say they would. Purposely hang up on you because you're rightfully irate as a single mother with a child who's livelihood depends on this office. Dr. Mandela is nice and does what she can but I'm really considering looking for a new psychiatrist due to the unprofessionalism at the front. I even asked the girl for her name and she didn't want to give but it's okay because the look on all their faces when you walk in shows the service you're gonna get. Dirt rotten. McDonald's gives better care than these people which is just SAD. Even considering holistic healing for my child at this point. When she finally gave me her name it is "azul" 😆 so Azul I can say DEFINITELY does not care about your child's mental health.

Great Therapist and Counseling!!! I've been going here for years ((7years))
The therapists that have been assigned to me have been very understanding, and considerate.
The only downside I know of, is if you're not pre-scheduled you must reschedule on Thursdays only.
Aside from that, I absolutely love this place. I feel comfortable switching therapists at any time, I know the doctors that provide my medicine; listen to me and allow me to speak freely on how I would like my medicine to be.
Aside from the long waitlist, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to go into therapy

The staff is always friendly & helpful, the therapist are welcoming & seem concerned over all my issues, Dr Shuya listens to everything I have to say, wait time has never been over 15 mins, my community support councilor is awesome. My coordinator is new & still learning her job. But my previous coordinator was awesome ( always kept in contact)
