The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. Shout out to my counselor Reyna! She's the best ☺️💓 of course I would of never found them without The Almighty God!!!

I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. I can only hope that my next treatment center is half as professional as medmark was. Scott

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Priscilla Washington was my counselor and she was incredible patient, kind, and always willing to think outside the box. I didn’t feel alone or misunderstood, and she helped me set realistic expectations that actually made sense for me. I can’t leave out the rest of the team either they were all so patient and helpful. Even the food was great (the chefs really nailed it!). And Jewels is just fantastic. I’m so thankful for everyone who made this experience such a positive one.

This place saved my life for sure. The staff and counselors were amazing and knew exactly what everyone needed because they were in mine and many others positions. Growth through sharing and understanding why we needed to heal. Let go let God is my motive and not one staff member every looked away, they jumped in head first with us. I’ve been sober 2.5 years now and currently sponsoring a few, including a few who relapse more than once. I plan on headed back to Lubbock and receive my three year coin at the college. Do get me wrong, it’s not a walk in the park but everyone there walks beside you through some really nasty times. Keep on keeping on Dove Tree. This place saved my life!

I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

Great visit every time. The staff makes appointments go smoothly. Doctors are the best.
