I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I waa very skeptical when my sister was sent here. She has been hospitalized in four different places over three years but the doc and staff here were awesome. The doctor was the smartest our family has met in ten years in three different states. He took his time and found out what was really going on. She has been stable for the first time in her life. She was here more than two months ago but I felt I should leave a review to let people know they have really good docs and staff now. It's not a physically great place but frankly it doesn't matter if the providers are this good. I dont know how they got such good people to come way out here, but Southern NM is very very fortunate. We live in a city and havent seen this kind of quality. Thank you for all you did for my sister.

They staff and doc here did more for my brother than any other doctoral in 20 years of suffering. The doctor has called us twice to check on him since he was discharged last month. He is on the rights meds and doing better than he ever has. Really grateful.

I was here so many times two years ago, I was not doing well at all and I ended up staying for a month long at one point to be transferred somewhere else, but each time I was there, the staff was awesome.

Overall, i am happy with this clinic. The people are nice and the offices appear clean. I appreciate the reminder calls from Martha. I give a four star because it takes to long to be seen, and when I go in for blood labs I always get poked wrong & it hurts. All in all, I am happy & thankful for this clinic.

Oravec has been my medication manager for years and he is very knowledgeable and kind, he listens to all my issues and takes the time to go over everything and fully explain new medications. I feel very secure having him manage my mental health meds.
The therapists themselves are also very knowledgeable and are actually trauma informed (where many therapists who say they are trauma informed actually aren't). This is one of the best mental health facilities I've ever gone to, across many states.

I went to dove tree, in Lubbock, Tx broken and very lost. Mentally, emotionally, and physically lost. They helped me get back on my feet again and have helped me gain more confidence in myself. I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

Went above & beyond. This is a great place to be if you're serious about your recovery. Utilize the options you have while you're here; counselors, psychiatry visits, cooking classes, house cleaning, fellowship and most importantly learning about the correlation between our minds and addiction and how we can improve our thinking patterns and develop a relationship with God in order to mitigate potential relapses due to emotional distress. You learn to deal with problems head-on instead of running away from them and turning to using substances as a coping mechanism, allowing you to overcome and not use your dire circumstances as excuses to drink/get high.
I had a great time here and I'm glad I got to meet everyone on my journey here.

I can’t say enough about how Stages of Recovery is answering this Momma’s prayers. My adult addict daughter has struggled for 23 years in and out of her addiction with the added layer of mental health issues.
