Today I went to the Crpt IHS for the flu shot. Man, I tell you, I had a good experience there the people were so extra nice. I could not believe it. They treated me like royalty. So I have Mixed Ratings** 5/5 I do want to give a shout out to the ER staff and team at this location.They are a team player and I really liked how quickly they were able to initiate an emergency when they saw one when we came in. Our situation was dire and to see the response of how everybody came together so quickly it was so powerful ,Thank you .Thank you so much. We have a continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management, unfortunately it was reading false accurate report and That's what prompt us to come into the ER this morning to get my grandfather double checked on his blood sugar levels.
So let's get into the negative ..
1/5 stars , We are definitely not from the area. We are out of towners but I guess we get confused from looking like locals? I was following Google maps, on how to get here with the directions. We got an accurate reading on how to get here but we're getting close to the building I follow the emergency signs with the arrows pointing where to go, located on the sidewalk where the emergency sign that show Us where to go which is the wrong points on entrance. I hope this gets corrected, because security was on my ass for my parking which was up near the front , entering the wrong way, Parked in the handicap sign with the handicap sticker up and security definitely told me I couldn't park there but Yes understandable our situation was an emergency. My grandfather uses a cane, plus he's hard of hearing so I was there speaking for him and also communicating via dry erase board. To the ER staff of the situation. I did tell security that I promise to move to vehicle once I get my grandfather situated but once I've probably been there for " 10 minutes " she came and look for me to go tell me to move my vehicle. But please give some training to security on letting them know more about Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, and the dangerous condition that needs to be taken seriously, especially for those with diabetes. Glucose is the brain's main source of energy, and when blood sugar drops too low, it can lead to various physical and mental impairments. I felt like with better understanding and compassion This place can go a long way towards 5 stars

My wife and I had a terrible experience trying to get a simple prescription filled. We will not be returning. She never received her prescription. The God it was just for pain. Either the doctor or their prescription system needs to be replaced. Or both.
Update:
Ten days after my wife needed to go to the ER for her four broken ribs, I went to the ER with a huge infection in my head, face, and neck and the staff was amazing. I can't stress how well we were treated by all the staff we encountered.

I've NEVER EVER had any issues nor do I have any complaints about the Dr's. The front desk is another story. I feel this position should be given to someone with patients .understanding and just kind...that should be a requirement for the job...and we the people should not even have to be saying this. You would think it would just be a given.. being they're dealing with sick and elderly people .also certain Dr's are there only on Tuesdays and Thursdays... take that into consideration..

I began much-needed individual therapy this month at New Mexico Solutions. It has helped my interior life substantially already. I want to mention two qualities that stand out.
The first was what has helped me the most. I have worked thus far with Alexa Brown who is doing a phenomenal job taking me seriously. I struggle with the impression that the people around me do not, on even the most fundamental level, have any respect for me, and, as I unravel myself in order to heal the parts of myself about which I'm most ashamed, Alexa's unwavering validation has been invaluable. I could not have asked for a person with whom it is easier to speak.
The second was the ease by which I have been able to access therapy. I found it surprising that I could manage to fit anything at all into my schedule, given how much I've struggled to access other forms of healthcare since moving to New Mexico. Many thanks to the staff at New Mexico Solutions for making the process easy.

This place is special. I'm glad to be part of the U-turn family! My life has been significantly impacted by the program and relationships at U-turn. While I was there, God showed me the power of humility. He also showed me that even though I SAID I wanted to follow Him and walk in obedience, I would have a LOT of surrendering to do (and still do!) before I was no longer lord of my life. At U-turn, I learned what it means to ABIDE, to truly trust God to meet my needs and to stay at His cross. It was NOT easy, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. U-turn helps you get the things that really matter- maturity, sobriety, restoration, new life- fruits of the obedient and faithful follower. I graduated my 1st phase, and while I was there for 2 months i saw and met a lot of men that wanted to change, wanted restoration-but they wanted it on THEIR terms. That's not how God works, He plays second chair to nobody. We have to come to Him on His terms, and we have to live according to His will,not ours and that definitely includes discipleship and spiritual growth. Because of U-turn I gladly seek and follow His plan for me. I no longer live to fulfill my flesh or empty desires, life has been so good and sobriety is just one of the benefits of my new life.
If you're considering this program for yourself or for a loved one, then trust and believe God has you (or them) right where you're supposed to be and that nothing happens "by chance". I wanted to wait a year before i left a review about my experience at Vista, and here we are. I am 1 year and 1 month sober !! When i first came to the facility i was in terrible shape, physically and mentally. I fought the treatment for weeks before i saw that i was actually getting better. I found my higher power in this place and my life has changed in dramatic ways. I have no urge whatsoever to return to my previous way of life and i must give the credit to Vista. I completed the 30-day program at Vista Taos and had an amazing experience and met a lot of great people during my stay. I have been in other treatment centers and Vista Taos is by far the best! JD was my therapist and had great knowledge and experience when it came to relapse prevention, identifying triggers and learning about the disease of addiction as well as tapping into trauma and trauma response actions. If you're looking for a rehab that works, this is the place to go. The environment is serene and peaceful. Weekly outings, 5-star meals, off-site meetings, individual therapy, queen sized comfy beds, full bathrooms with tubs or standing showers all accommodated for a comfortable stay for me while I was being rehabilitated for Methamphetamines and Alcohol. The staff was kind and respectful towards my needs and gave great inspiration and encouragement during my stay. Vista Taos is by far the best rehab in New Mexico. If you're searching for yourself or a loved one, this is the place to go. Don't hesitate, make the call now!

The facilities and environment and programs at Vista Taos are exceptional. I researched many rehab facilities in the U.S. in several states (NM, Ariz., Utah, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Florida) and after careful consideration of all features, size, programs, quality of care, offerings, environment -- Vista came out on top, as my #1 pick best of all rehab programs.Also, the intake counselor Jeremy was extraordinary, he took so much time and care to discuss programs and specifics, and advise me about pros and cons of rehab in general, what to look for, how to evaluate programs, and how to select the best options for my family member. He even helped me network with other rehabs to get their info and compare. He is an amazing resource and the most caring, giving intake person I encountered in all rehabs I searched. Vista Taos is an amazing recovery center. I really benefited and appreciated the holistic approach of the program. There was ample time to heal and learn and enjoy throughout the programming. The staff was really helpful from the RAs to the therapists. This place really provided an organic and safe place to heal and recover. Also JD, my therapist, was amazing and really helped me to understand and heal throughout my time here. He is a great asset to Vista Taos. He rocks! And I am so grateful that I came to Vista Taos.
