ZRC has completely gone above and beyond during my first 40 days of recovery. I absolutely love my doctor, my counselor, and the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. They celebrate and support you every step of the way! I use this clinic quite a bit and always get great care. The staff are friendly and professional...and they truly care. The VA in general has come quite far in the past 10-15 years IMHO, and it shows. There's really a sense of friendly environment...helpful culture at this clinic. We veterans are quite lucky to have this clinic. I make sure to always say thanks and try to let them know they are appreciated.

All I can say is simply this! This place is amazing! The staff and everyone was beyond helpful . This place really cares about their clients and care about all your needs. They made me feel more than comfortable with my stay there and made sure I was set up with the best aftercare program that suits me best! This place is very clean! Very well taken care of. I can even put it in words , LCRC saved my life every thing about it , I would recommend them 100 percent . From the day I got there every single one of the staff made me so comfortable the care is extraordinary and the food is amazing too. Every Friday I would love to have good sober fun singing karaoke with Dom and getting out of my comfort zone, every group session and Lisa my therapist was so kind and encouraging! The medical staff is so patient Not just that but they make sure you have an after care plan , also I'm an alumni which is a cool program they have for the ones who have graduated! Big round of applause for LCRC they are truly changing lifes!!

I had the best time there at recovery center..the bha's the therapist the nurses, dom, even the CEO! And everybody else that works there makes you feel so cared for. They know how to help the worst of the worst with people trying to recover. They give you words of encouragement and they make sure that every need is met.. not to mention they spoilers with the best of food.. the cooks are nice and make sure to give any requests. The doctors make sure to give you the correct medication that is needed to make sure you are level. And Dr Sanchez make sure that any pains any medical needs are met. The nurses are great very caring and fun to talk to..Any appointments outside the recovery center they will drive you to. Therapists Thelma and Penelope are so kind and will make sure that u are safe and will help you go to a sober living..they make sure to help you with donations with clothing and hygiene. They do fun activities and the group AA and na are awesome to go to as well they also have karaoke nights on Fridays... My experience was the best and anybody wanting to recover should go to that facility.. they also give you a pack of cigarettes on Sundays. Lol. I love that place and everybody working there everybody in it!!!!! I'm doing the best I've ever done because of the help I got.

I've been to both clinics, and let me say this one by far the best one. ALT is a zoo. They have a FEW really great employees, VERY FEW. The old lady nurse couldn't even get my doses right! The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place is absolutely terrible.....is what I would say if I had no brain. The people who complain about this place genuinely have no reason to. I went about a year ago, and it was the best time of my life. However. It is not five stars, because there were barely any group sessions. We mostly watched TV and played music. But that's my only complaint (if you can call it that) The other patients were so calm compared to some hospitals *cough cough Mesilla Valley* but this place is amazing. I recommended it to my friends mom <3

I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress.
