I absolutely love my doctor, my counselor, and the rest of the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. They celebrate and support you every step of the way! Good days, bad day, and all the days in between I’m glad that I chose ALT Recovery for my recovery process. They’ve been helpful, kind, offered resources left and right, and have gone above and beyond what I ever expected when I decided to enter treatment.

Thank God for this place,I been clean over a year now,and feel great! family trust me again I got a job and money in pocket every day,Alt recovery is cheaper than elite and has better open hours than elite does,and now the people and counslers are a whole lot better also . I had a good experience at this clinic. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. NP Mel was thorough and caring.

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

I have gotten excellent care here in a timely manner. Everyone at this clinic is courteous and professional.

I liked it because I made a lot of friends but like they didn't teach me anything but I did love Miss Jackie because you brought me a new pair of sandals and she bought me a hairbrush but I still didn't learn anything so yeah

Overall experience I have a very good experience I like their support I like that they have good services and they're just very down-to-earth

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

This is a great facility, I was a patient here for 30 days and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was very considerate and caring. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take the next step in recovery!

I highly recommend Las Cruces Recovery Center. They are truly making a difference in our community, one person at a time. The center offers a detox facility to support clients through the initial stages of recovery, followed by options for short-term or long-term treatment. After completing the program, clients receive valuable information about sober living resources. The entire program, along with their dedicated staff, is focused on helping each client succeed. From the CEO to the nurses and techs, every person there genuinely cares and plays a vital role in the recovery journey.

This clinic is the best choice we made left Alt for elite is way better faster and are treat everybody equally I give them a 110percent all the staff very nice they have primary car which are also great doctors very understanding and are have more knowledge with methodne and also can give you right medicines and very understanding thank you all at Elite.

I've been to both clinics, and let me say this one by far the best one. ALT is a zoo. They have a FEW really great employees, VERY FEW. The old lady nurse couldn't even get my doses right! They even have favorite patients and treat them differently. Its different here. Youre treated like a person and not a number. A+ ELITE! You're doing it right ✅️ 👏

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Yesterday my Grandmother was taken to the hospital. Found a collapsed appendix. The doctors informed my grandmother that they would transfer her to El paso. We were told it was urgent. We finally get a name for the hospital, and room number. Silver city decided to send my Grandmother to a different hospital, and did NOT inform us. We went all the way to said hospital just to find out different. From the start, Silvery city has dropped the ball. I understand there are other patients. Common courtesy and bedside manners should be present at all times. Horribly saddening. The entire time my poor grandmother is scared out of her mind. I'm glad we got her out of Silver.

Love this place and everyone is amazing

I hate to sound negative mean rude or harsh, but these people don't know their head from their ass over here I've already only been here for two whole full weeks and I can already tell you that this is not how you should run a facility or establishment.. I've been to many of these places in Arizona and they do a much better job... I honestly don't know how this place still remains open for business

I so much appreciate what TLS has been doing for the community for many years. TLS has clients that have been in the program for over 30 years. I believe the staff truly cares about the clients and does their best. We help a difficult population and do great work. The clients and staff are some of the most wonderful people I have had the opportunity to work with. Thank you TLS!

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. My therapist is kind and gentle and helps me see outwardly perspectives which helps me process my emotions and triggers. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to be a patient with ABTS.

Ive been living in my car desperate to come back to the Lord and find a safe place to do it. The guy I talked to over the phone was very kind and compassionate, everything seemed awesome but when I arrived I was met with a guy who was completely rude, judgemental, and immature. Treating me like I was an enemy and made me feel like I wasn't wanted. I needed compassion not that especially in this season I'm going through i tried to ignore his horrible attitude but he kept on I couldn't handle it and out of anger and not feeling wanted i didn't even go. So I'm still living in my truck pray for me I can find somewhere safe please it's cold 🥶 God bless but as for the program I do not know it may be wonderful I never made it past the first challenge lol I was havjng a bad day. But it seems military from the way he was talking more focused on punishment than loving the Lord all that's good but it seemed oppressive thats all

DON'T bring your child here! At first the program acts like they are concerned about reunification with your child and family, and tells you that your child will be here from approximately 1 month to 6 months. But after a month it changes to 9 months to a year and then all the sudden it goes from one year to 18 months. Valentina is like a little chihuahua, and as soon as you don't sign your guardianship over to the TFC parents & their little affidavit did they start threatening you with CYFD. Every monthly meeting they threaten us with CYFD and state that my child does not want to come home, they sit back and literally let her run the show, she gets to smoke a marijuana vape, the TFC parents state that in their home they don't allow the kid's to use devices like phones etc. But yet my child is always on tiktok and Facebook making videos. she just turned 16yrs old less than 2 months ago, so my husband and I filed a motion with the district court, we have a follow up hearing January 2026, now imagine that, Nm solutions is trying to force us to go against the judge's order and trying to force my husband and I to sign away our guardianship to the TFC parents. Our child has never called home and all of a sudden last night she called, we knew something sounded strange because we could hear it in her voice and the way she was behaving on the phone. Just to find out today that Valentina the director of New Mexico Solutions and the care coordinator from Blue Cross Blue Shield Pamela, and New Mexico Solutions coordinator Madeline ganged all up on us today on Zoom again threatening us with CYFD, at this point my husband and I are thinking this will probably be best so that we can tell our side of the story and that way we have a documented when we go to court in January! I'm just warning people do not bring your child here it is hell for yourself and New Mexico Solutions lies to you about treatments and they use the verbiage that they document everything that you say but rather in fact they twist your words up. Believe me I document everything as well, I even voice record all the zoom meetings. All I can say trying to get your child back after trusting nm solutions is like your the villain and on parole. Valentina is a snake!

This place can be helpful but caseworker there not the best

Great experience here! I saw Iris Vazquez for individual therapy to get me through my post-partum depression (and life after). She was wonderful, very helpful, and compassionate. I also saw Belinda Galegos for couples counseling with my husband, and she was also so great. Both my husband and I really benefitted from our time with her. Only had to leave here because we moved out of state.

We Have used them on two different occassions. Both child/play therapy and adult counseling. We had had an absolute great experience with our therapists. I currently see Belinda and she has been so helpful. The therapist We used to see for my daughter is no longer with them but she was equally amazing.

this place would force so many different meds on you and if you didn’t want to take it they would hold you down and insert it through a needle. i watched a close friend of mine drool when speaking to me due to his overload on medications- and no he did not have substance abuse history.. the staff is non empathetic and taunting-like. the reviews left on their website from patients is because they just wanted to leave, anything other than compliance would result in a longer stay. this place traumatized me and my relationships.
