I initially left a 1 star review. I’ll admit the process to get in is kind of annoying but the therapist I wound up seeing was really helpful. I still go back to him occasionally. He helped me come a long way. The front desk are only people too and are actually really nice. I’m going back and forth between the 4 and 5 star because of the intake process because it’s so annoying ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚ Fill out 2 packets then make an apt to answer questions (takes about 30-45min) then you make an apt with a therapist. I believe you have to do it yearly.

Great therapists that actually listen to you and help you find solutions that work for you. Much less thrilled with the enormous wait time to see the psychiatrist...
