About the Facility

This is a comprehensive and integrated outpatient addiction treatment program that meets people where they are in the recovery process. Treatment consists of individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, peer support services, recovery support, social service support, a personalized recovery plan, and mental health care. Suboxone and Vivitrol are used to help sustain recovery, reduce withdrawal symptoms, and eliminate drug cravings. Case managers help program participants with employment, housing, healthcare, education, and recovery skill-building.

Levels of Care

Intensive Outpatient

Clients in an intensive outpatient rehab (IOP) benefit from robust support but often do not require the high-level supervision and round-the-clock clinical care provided in an inpatient setting. Clients engage in multiple therapeutic sessions weekly, with most programs requiring between nine and 20 treatment hours per week. Intensive outpatient rehabs provide a wide array of evidence-based services, including addiction counseling, recovery-focused life skills training, holistic therapies, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Aftercare Support

Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
