About the Facility

Beliefs Transformed offers outpatient mental health services to female young adults in Novato, California. They offer services addressing anxiety, career growth, self-esteem, and confidence. If appropriate, Beliefs Transformed can offer referrals to more intensive care, such as alcohol and drug rehab.

Beliefs Transformed offers multiple programs to help clients overcome anxiety, gain confidence, and start their careers. The Bounce Back program helps young adults overcome stress and overwhelm, and the Career Catapult System helps young women start their careers with confidence. Services include individual counseling, coping skills education, and assistance with resumes and interviews.

Beliefs Transformed offers a program called PSYCH-K® that includes psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, and applied kinesiology to create mental and behavioral change. The program includes goal setting, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other methods that help participants create new beliefs and behaviors.

Beliefs Transformed may accept a variety of insurance plans, such as Beacon, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan Health, and Amerigroup. Insurance plans vary, so be sure to verify coverage information and out-of-network benefits details with your insurer.

Levels of Care

Outpatient

Clients receiving treatment at an outpatient rehab typically do not require hospitalization or intensive supervision and support. Outpatient addiction counseling and recovery education are often offered during the morning, evening, night, and weekend, allowing clients to tailor treatment to their own schedule. Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are the most time-intensive and are designed for clients who are at an increased relapse risk and/or who need more robust therapeutic support.
