Shame I cannot put 0 stars. Was lied to from day one. The gaslighting that management puts staff through is unreal. A bunch of us got canned because they are supposedly getting rid of house staff positions. Mental wear and tear beyond belief.

12-Step 12 step programs prioritize the recovery journey as a life-long process based on personal spiritual growth and ongoing peer support. Regular attendance at 12 step meetings, which are held multiple times each day in most communities, is expected. Participants also receive one-on-one mentoring by a self-selected peer sponsor.
