My father was here for short-term rehab and I truly regret sending him here! He had a fall which lead him back to the hospital, no one called to tell my sister or myself. He sat in the ED for hours just to get discharged back. He was in a room with a roommate who sat in a soaked pair of pants during my visit. I did go out to find someone to get him help but was unsuccessful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Last month we sent our mother here for rehab. From the beginning there were issues, they placed her in a room with another resident that yelled out at all hours during the night and they lost her clothing that we labeled. When me and my siblings found a staff member to asked the aide was rude and not helpful in retrieving her things, she said she’s “agency” and were very dismissive! Not a good place, please don’t send your loved one there!

High Praise for Nana Soto at Foulk Living! My elderly Father needed to find an Assisted Living Facility very quickly when being discharged from a Rehab stay. Nana Soto along with Michelle Davis from Oasis Senior Living made this transition possible within a very short timeframe. Under Nana’s guidance and direction my Father is in a comfortable room, a safe environment, with meals, activities and social encouragement.
