The magic of this treatment center cannot be put into words. I’ve been working in this industry for nearly 8 years, have worked in a multitude of different settings and have seen the best of the best and the lowest of the low. I could tell you about all of the different treatment modalities we have to offer, the amenities, the activities and hilariously funny day to day antics, but most centers offer these things and isn’t what’s unique. What is unique when you walk into these doors is you don’t see 45 clients bored out of their minds anxious to leave, debating whether they “want this” or not . You don’t see a staff going through the motions of the day, wondering how they’re going to get it all done, miserable and burnt out. There is a light here, a joy and a happiness that fills the building. The first time I walked through those doors I saw true joy, belonging and hope. I saw a family which I’m TRULY blessed to be a part of.
Clients are anxiously waiting to start the day. Staff eagerly game planning for the day to help others while trying to keep their laughter at bay from the great day they had before to the great day they would have that day. Every staff knows every client, all with open doors and in constant engagement ready to help . I could go on but again words cannot explain what has been created here. My only hope is that anyone who is suffering, is looking for purpose and isn’t sure where to turn that they pick up that phone and give Redemtpion a shot. A new life awaits you or your loved one !

That's a lie about the transportation that they offer their. I ran into a house manager I met in a hallway house from Coras his name is Fred V. When I asked him what he was doing he said he was working at Coras and he loved it. We talked and he offered me there MAT services. I was going to Coras in Newark, before that I was going to Brandywine which was a nightmare. The location in prices corner was close to me ( I live on DuPont Rd two miles away). I asked him if they transportation services there and he told me they did, up and back. The driver is Phil, He picked me up everyday and dropped me off at my door. I even had two numbers to call him. I don't know what other people think but that's the best methadone clinic I've ever experienced encounter. You go in put your ID number in the kiosk and wait for your number to be called then you go up when called by the TV( it calls your number. Sometimes it was 1 hr to get picked up and dropped off. It is by far the best methadone clinic in Delaware. The staff is great, the groups are great. Fred, Katie are great, give them a raise for there services. They are always smiling, give you correct information, and be a ear when you need to talk. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I had a wonderful experience in the partial hospital program at the Orchards. When I first came to the program I was extremely depressed and all I could think about were negative thoughts. The LCSW who ran the PHP program, Stephanie, was beyond amazing and provided educational sessions on how to combat negative self talk, CBD, EMDR, and anxiety reducing techniques. I would highly recommend anyone struggling with depression or anxiety or any other mental health disorder including bipolar, schizo affective disorder, borderline personality disorder, etc. to enroll in the program. It truly helps! I also made some lifelong friends who don't judge me due to my condition. It was so refreshing to meet people who didn't stigmatize me because they could relate.

The staff and counselors at TRIAD performed amazingly. Administratively, from phone calls to scheduling to making occasional changes, everyone was friendly, understanding, and supportive. Clinically, the counselor was able to help me and my sons see things in a new and supportive light. He helped us to learn ways to correctly support our loved one in recovery, and to support ourselves in how we feel about the situation and the consequences it has caused. Most importantly to me, he understood the mindset of my teenage sons and was able to get them to open up, in one-on-one sessions, and in group sessions. I was amazed, happy, and relieved. Despite all the pain this disease has caused our family, TRIAD was a soothing comfort and a ray of light.

Wilmington is the 205th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $55536. This is comparable to the average cost of $53690 for addiction treatment in Delaware and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Wilmington vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Wilmington. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Wilmington that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Wilmington.
Blue Cross Blue Shield is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Wilmington, with 9 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. Aetna is the 2nd most popular with 8 treatment centers accepting it followed by Cigna in 3rd accepted by 8 drug rehabs.
Wilmington has the 381st highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in New Castle county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Wilmington or New Castle county as a whole.
In 2023, Wilmington had the 91st highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 768 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
Keep in mind these numbers are dependent on accurate record keeping and reporting laws by local police and sheriffs, and may not fully reflect all drug related crime in Wilmington. All values are per 100,000 population.
