Seeds of hope prayed for me and helped me when I was a homeless addict. They had a Hope Station at the VOA in Camden where they feed and gave clothing to the homeless on Saturday mornings. The Hope Station is s where the seeds were planted in me and I grew into having a beautiful relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That was over 6 years ago and I have been clean and sober since, I have a nice home, a decent job and I am attending school ,active at my church and I am involved in the recovery community. I’ve been coming to this office for about two years now my original doctor was Dr Wasserman but he retired and now I see Dr. Esther let me tell you this doctor has literally changed my life. I am on the best medication regimen before I was unable to leave my home because My social anxiety is really bad and I’ll tell She helped me so much where I am now able to leave my home comfortably live comfortably sleep comfortably and it’s crazy because I wasn’t even supposed to have her for a doctor Dr. Nunez and I truly believe that’s God because she helped me so much I can’t even put into Words, She told me about my medication. She informed me where I didn’t even know really about my medication and I think she’s the best doctor there. I've been a client here for about 5 years,I love this place, the people who work here care about us and our recovery. I was a client of 2 places in Philadelphia and was never treated like a human being until I came here. From the nurses, front desk people, security and Dr Russo are all good people who really seem to care about the clients and have always treated me like a human being, not just an addict. The VOA ATP program is a good program for those who are serious about changing their lives. They have several decent staff members who truly care. Unfortunately you get a lot of clients who do not want to change . All they want to do is keep getting high, and their families accuse the staff of things because their son got caught breaking rules. They help with employment, housing, and out patient. Again if people are serious about change this is the place to be, if you want to keep getting high then don't waste any one time just stay in prison. My time in the PHP program at STR was truly life-changing. I came in struggling with trauma and uncertainty, and the staff created a safe, supportive space where I could begin to heal and grow. A special thank you to my case manager Katie for helping me navigate legal issues and plan my next steps when I felt overwhelmed. I’m also deeply grateful to my therapists Matt, Ashley, and Blake, as well as Lauren, the intern, who all supported me through the hardest parts of recovery. Leigh Anne, our house lead behavioral health tech, kept communication open and made sure everyone felt heard. Monique, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly compassionate and helped me take my first steps toward accepting my need to change pronouns and pursue gender-affirming care. I found Victory Bay when I was at my lowest point. Their support staff, therapists and ancillary providers all rallied around me. I was supported, encouraged and never felt forced. My time here unfolded organically. What to expect- you can expect a large time commitment when you first come for treatment. Multiple group therapy sessions, individual therapy sessions and also the possibility of working with wellness coaches and nutrition support. Recovery will feel like your second job. But these groups will start to feel like your second home. You'll grow to love those around you, and feel their love and support as you embark on your journey. My cohorts have come to feel like my family, and we've never met face to face! I was skeptical about zoom therapy but never again- it works.

Victory bay is a really good mental health place, the only gripe I had was that my casemanger wasn’t always available and I really needed help with something. But recently i got a new casemanger and she’s by far the best. She’s always available and able to help me out and genuinely cares. I just wanted to shout out Kaylie mento. You cant imagine the incredible experience at RCA. I was being weaned off valium (post AFIB) and needed to be monitored. But I went to most of the sessions with these healing addicted people. Seeing these people getting their green bracelet and the smiles and friendliness was life changing and responded to them with congratulations. These people are my heroes and the sessions were amazing. The "Serenity Prayer" has been a relationship lifesaver. I know people friends, who were RCA and they also think it a amazing. Rca Devon was such a great experience. The staff is outstanding and I’ve build friendships with a great crew of men from there and we’re still all friends to this day. That was 3 years ago now. Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

I don’t know where I would be right now w/out the help I received on my recovery from addiction from all the great people employed at Pinelands Recovery Center. All of the therapists/psychiatrists and tech aids were all so welcoming and caring! Not only for me,but for all the others that we’re suffering from this deadly disease called addiction. Im not going to single out any of the staff because they were ALL WONDERFUL during my time at their facility. This was the first time I went to rehab. I was so scared. You’re greeted at the door, meet with nurses, introduced to staff then to your room. They take the time to understand your needs. I learned a lot about myself with the help of many staff members. The food was great, facility was clean. If I needed to talk someone was always there. The experience I had at Avenues Bucks was everything I knew I needed and even more I didn’t know I needed. The facility and programming, and especially the staff and clinical team is unwavering in their dedication to the process and clients. This is honestly the only place that has ever made me feel safe and secure. Val is the best house manager and i had to move to legacy for 30 days before going back to sobriety solutions and i can’t pray everyday enough for the time to just go by so i can go back to this program and house. I love this place more than anything and i couldn’t imagine being happier at a place, i hate that things worked out the way they did for the time being but im really pushing through the hell of this just to get back there & not let people affect me or make me uncomfortable because that’s nothing compared to Val’s treatment & the way they really support you there. I didn’t even expect to be going to a sober house because you rarely find any that truly care but this one so does. i wouldn’t recommend any other but just stay in your own lane & you can’t really do social media there, that was so i misunderstood & i don’t want anyone else to run into that communication process the way i did. Mike the CEO is also very understanding & he has mercy on the clients there. i can barely wait to get back there🙏🏽life saver place

Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. The amount of hard work she puts in for us clients and her job is what I strive for in my recovery.

Coming to Banyan was most likely the best choice I could’ve ever made in terms of my treatment. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they are very supportive to everyone here including myself. The therapist I was assigned as well, Dani, did everything in her power to help me as best as she could which means the world to me. Overall if I would have to come back to a treatment facility I would always choose Banyan.

Pyramid Langhorne is a place to show you if you are ready for sobriety. Not just to do counseling with counselors or administrative staff that actively undermine each other but BHT staff who can honestly be their for the clients and show them a better way of life. Miss Denise and Miss Sherri- I will never forget how much you both have done for me. I will never forget you and im so happy to have you wonderful ladies there for the woman coming in. They don't ever treat you as a druggie but as a equal with so much love and understanding. They know what it's like to be where we were before seeking treatment and genuinely want to see everyone of the girls make it. I will be back in 2 years to tell my story. I did the 28 day inpatient treatment. My experience was outstanding! My counselor, Gia, was a perfect "fit" & was extremely knowledgeable. The CIT staff were all helpful & understanding as well as provided fun activities. The only problem I experienced was the meals not always being warm however the food was great. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get clean & sober to go there...it's changed my life. Thank you Maryville-Williamstown/Kell Womens unit.
