I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... So if, like myself, your issues got issues, come to Lennard, open up to one of their awesome counselors,(like Ms. Smith and/or Rajahn) find yourself, and reach for the stars🌠...

I looked at some of the negative reviews, however, I had quite the positive experience. First of all, having been in different locations so far this hospital has far been the best compared to others. I know that hospitals like their psych units often get a bad rep, hence the many negative reviews. I gotta praise the cleanliness of this place. The custodians take effort in cleaning at least once a day, such as the rooms and hallways. The staff were nice and caring such as nurses, social workers, doctors, OTs and behavioral health workers. They actually treat patients as actual human beings. My stay was pretty short, but it was the first time I got out stable and content after this stay despite my minimal time here. Thanks

My experience has been with the ambulatory center. I’ve been there twice and in my experience, I have nothing but great things to say about that place. All of the staff from the security to the nurse aides are friendly. I received the best care and felt safe there. I read the bad reviews and maybe other areas of the hospital might have issues but nothing and no one is perfect. Nurses and doctors are heroes in my book! Great job Trinitas!!! Continue to strive for greatness!!

Surprised to see all these horrible reviews. I just took my daughter in, and she's been to 3 other psch units. As undesirable as any experince like this can be, they were patient , professional and not overly aggressive. They understood her pretty quick. Domonique who counseled us at the end was absolutely fantastic amd spoke directly to my struggling daughter in a way that so encouraged and lifted her up. She was beyond great with her, and we are so thankful she was on duty.
That house saved my life back in 1994-95. Spent a year there getting back to earth and life ! I'm 62 now and owe my life to those many men that came and went through those doors , GOD BLESS THE FLYNN HOUSE !

I went to RCA three years ago, and I can honestly say they saved my life. When I arrived, I was completely consumed by my addictions and had no idea how to climb out. This place gave me the tools, structure, and support I needed to rebuild myself from the inside out.

The great outweigh the frustrations.
The staff in the building are capable, competent, compassionate, patient, and truly wonderful! They helped me unlock so much in my recovery, and I left my 30 day treatment feeling like a truly new man. I feel like Im a version of myself that I didn’t know existed. I have such supreme admiration for the boots on the ground: Marguerite, Kelly, Sheets, and Jeff, to the case managers (shoutout Maggie), to the group leaders like Betty, Scott, Nick, Donald, Kevin, Rob, Ben, to the nursing and RSS staff, the cleaning staff, and kitchen staff. They all contributed in saving my life.
The frustrations stem from the negligence at the top levels of this company. There were several situations, and altercations that put the patients hygeine, safety, and ultimately, sobriety in jeopardy due to extreme budget cuts. The “interim ceo” peacocks around the hallways, and when directly adressed by patients with issues about patients concerns, he smugly passes the buck and ignores said issues. If it werent for these frustrations, this place could be the gold standard for recovery.
For these reasons, I give the staff a 9 out of 5, and the pencil pushers a resounding 0 out of 5.
The doctors and help is outstanding. Since President Trump redid the VA system it is now top tier.

My grandfather is there at the long term care home facility nothing but great care and service there for him there so far he’s been there since September
New Pathway has been the best experience in my recovery. The way the program is run is different than any other iop. The counselors train you physically, mentally, and emotionally. With the soarfit workout, the yoga/meditation and groups, I always feel great when I leave. And when you graduate, alumni can come back and continue with the workouts! It's a wonderful group to belong to.

Tonight I was with a family member in the emergency room and would like to express my thanks to the staff who were not only professional, but were compassionate and kind. I believe the nurse who was there first was Alicia, whose shift was ending at 7p.m. and there was also Joann. Both of these women are a true blessing to any patient that needs emergency treatment.

My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. His stay was extended a few days and stents were needed. The nursing staff in the step down unit were absolutely incredible. Many thanks to Erin, Nicole, Haley, Jen, Dion, Jess, Amy and Jolyn!

The VA gets a bad rap but the people make it good. The system is tough to work with but like I said all the workers, from janitors to Doctors and nurses make it bearable.

Serenity at Summit provided my son with exceptional care from the moment we made the first call. I was relieved that my insurance was accepted, but even more relieved when my son was assigned to his counselor, Sean. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my son was in the right place and working with the right person.
Sean kept me informed of every major development, whether positive or challenging. He communicated clearly, consistently, and with genuine concern for my son’s well being. When my son wanted to give up, which happened more than once, it was Sean’s dedication, patience, and steady guidance that kept him grounded. He supported my son through some very difficult moments and helped him stay committed to the program when he felt like walking away.
What impressed me most was that Sean never pushed my son to make decisions for anyone else not for me, not for him, not for the program. Instead, he helped my son understand that recovery only works when you choose it for yourself. That shift in mindset was transformative, and it happened because Sean knew how to reach him, speak to him, and guide him without judgment.
It is rare to find someone with this level of compassion and dedication for people they do not know personally. Sean’s own experience and journey make him a powerful example of what is possible. You cannot teach that kind of empathy. It comes from lived experience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others out of the same darkness he fought his way through.
In my opinion, Sean is nothing short of a blessing for individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction. My son stayed, listened, and moved forward because of the support he received, and for that I am deeply grateful. Serenity at Summit is fortunate to have him, and so were we.

I can’t say enough good things about the care I received at this center. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported. Everyone—from the front desk to the clinical team—was kind, organized, and genuinely invested in my recovery.
My therapist was exceptional: compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled at creating a safe space where I felt heard and understood. Sessions were thoughtful and tailored to my needs, and I always left feeling more grounded and hopeful than when I walked in.
The entire team works together seamlessly, and it truly shows. This program gave me not only tools for recovery, but also confidence and clarity moving forward. I’m deeply grateful for the care and encouragement I received here and would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking support

I was in serious trouble with alcohol and substance abuse not to long ago, so I finally decided to reach out for help and I have to say it has been the best thing that I ever did for myself thanks to NJRC. The entire staff is excellent from the front desk, the administrators to all of the Clinical therapists, Medical staff and Case Managers. If you are in trouble with alcohol, substance abuse and mental health, I would highly recommend NJRC to anyone looking for help.They will definitely give you the help that you need. My life has changed so much for the better with the help of everyone at NJRC. Did I mention the yoga classes, gym availability and the excellent lunches, compliments of NJRC. Moving Mountains exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment center. The team was amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping every person succeed. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Special shout out to Eric, Miles, and my therapist Curtis. The groups are amazing, they were meaningful, and the environment felt safe and positive. The structure of the program helps rebuild daily habits and reconnect with yourself on a new level.
