I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... I looked at some of the negative reviews, however, I had quite the positive experience. First of all, having been in different locations so far this hospital has far been the best compared to others. I know that hospitals like their psych units often get a bad rep, hence the many negative reviews. I gotta praise the cleanliness of this place. The custodians take effort in cleaning at least once a day, such as the rooms and hallways. The staff were nice and caring such as nurses, social workers, doctors, OTs and behavioral health workers. They actually treat patients as actual human beings. My stay was pretty short, but it was the first time I got out stable and content after this stay despite my minimal time here. Thanks

My experience has been with the ambulatory center. I’ve been there twice and in my experience, I have nothing but great things to say about that place. All of the staff from the security to the nurse aides are friendly. I received the best care and felt safe there. I read the bad reviews and maybe other areas of the hospital might have issues but nothing and no one is perfect. Nurses and doctors are heroes in my book! Great job Trinitas!!! Surprised to see all these horrible reviews. I just took my daughter in, and she's been to 3 other psch units. As undesirable as any experince like this can be, they were patient , professional and not overly aggressive. They understood her pretty quick. Domonique who counseled us at the end was absolutely fantastic amd spoke directly to my struggling daughter in a way that so encouraged and lifted her up. She was beyond great with her, and we are so thankful she was on duty.

Moving Mountains exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment center. The team was amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping every person succeed. Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol!
On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

I forget her name, but the therapist/counselor that talked to us as we were waiting for the worst was truly good at her job. She helped us see things in perspective and calm out nerves. My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Breast Center! The nurse Renee T. was very compassionate and held my daughter's hand with reassurance and care. Renee, RN was very exceptional with her reassuring demeanor. From the mammogram tech Jamile to Dr. Menendez I felt I was in good hands. Alison the admin clerk was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this breast center to anyone who requires further testing.

I had such a wonderful experience during my labor and delivery stay at Morristown Medical. From the moment I arrived at the admission desk to the incredible care I received from every nurse, pediatric doctor, OBGYN, tech, nursery staff member, and even housekeeping—everyone was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and supportive across both day and night shifts. We delivered our baby on a very busy night, yet our entire stay was absolutely perfect. My Experience at the recovery center has been truly life-changing. Cat and the team have been extremely helpful. Also, Evergreen clinicians are knowledgeable, patient, and have played a significant part in my recovery. 5 stars!!!!

Dr. ABBAS My psychiatrist is amazing! He really investigates mental health very well!

This clinic isn't perfect by any means, but it is better than any other one I've ever been on. They give you the "cherry" syrup methadone instead of the b.s. water kind, they don't force you to do i.o.p. or groups or anything like that. And the line is usually not too bad all things considered. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants the help. Also, they offer a lot of help with other aspects of your life including employment and mental health services, as well as helping you with getting your foodstamps or medicaid turned on if you need that. Haven't met any staff member there that hasn't gone above and beyond for me to help with every issue that has come up.
UPDATE: so I've been on and off this program like 4 or 5 times. On it now. And of course since the last time I was there which was about 2 years ago there is only one or two of the same staff there. Big turnover rate. But seems like alot of less people on the program or maybe more people getting take home bottles because there is never a line when I go. And they don't allow anyone to "hangout" for like 4 blocks in any direction to prevent the b.s. that goes on outside every clinic in America. I gotta say it's still the best spot I've been to and I've been on at least 5 different ones in ny and nj

I've been to several methadone clinics and Greenwich House is by far the best. Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. If you're looking for a methadone clinic go here, dont waste your time anywhere else. I was medicated on the first day. They dont force you to go to groups. The counselors are very helpful and they have on site medical and mental health services.
Update!
Today, 7/17/23, was my last day at Greenwich House. A few months ago I had been on 210 mg of methadone for about 4 years and decided it was time to get off. So I began to taper down relatively fast dropping 10 mg per week. When I got to 20 mg I slowed down to 5 mg decreases per week. Anyway, when I got down to 5 mg I decided to go down to 2 mg and that was today. I got my weeks worth of 2 mg bottles and when they're gone I'll be totally off methadone. I did this with no withdrawal symptoms or cravings. And I have not touched dope since I began the program on 4/27/19. I'm so proud of myself and this is a total success story. There is such a stigma about methadone. People say it's like "liquid handcuffs" or that it controls your life and it's impossible to get off and it's just replacing one drug with another, but I'm proof that none of that is true. Methadone saved my life and when I felt I didn't need it anymore I got off, simple as that. I would like to thank my counselor Sophia and Marlene from the medical department for both always being so supportive and accommodating. They genuinely care about all of their patients and deserve mentioning although all the staff is very caring, helpful and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are struggling with addiction. They WILL help you.

Was brought in via EMS, admitted for 2 nights and 3 days in the adolescent unit. The hospital staff are incredible, caring and always smiling at all hours. The night neuro team came in while I was having an episode, instead of just making sure I was medically stable they held my hand and reassured me that they were right next to me and I'd be ok- all at 3 in the morning! Shout out to Nurses Kim, Sam, Heather; all the rest of the nurses in Adolescents; Doctor Sarah Yavelberg and the Peds team; and Art Therapist Christiana and Child Life Specialist Jasdeep 🩷🩷! I definitely felt safe, taken care of, listened to, validated and understood during my hospitalization.
Additionally, the place is very clean, aesthetically appealing, and well-designed. There was a bed with a separate curtain, light and tv for parent to stay overnight. Meals can be ordered from an extensive menu and are delivered to rooms. They changed sheets as often as requested, even multiple times a day.
People ask why I insist on traveling the hour distance to New Brunswick for emergencies, and this is why! If there was an option to give more than five stars, RWJ New Brunswick would definitely get it!

This program changed my life for the better. I found myself in the position of needing a higher level of care but didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, I had help and support in finding High Focus Parsippany. The program is structured very well. I can honestly say that between the individual sessions and the group sessions, I learned so many new coping skills and so much more about how to better myself. All the employees are so caring and genuinely want to see you get better. I learned a lot from other participants in the program as well. Andrew is the absolute best. He validated, yet challenged me, better than any therapist ever has. He helped me in ways that will continue to have a positive impact on me, for the rest of my life. Excellent program! The connections I made with all the clinicians/interns in only a few months was amazing, and helped me progress to where I am today (Special shout out to my clinician, Andrew, for making sure I'm okay always and helping me through some tough times!) The new building is beautiful, lots of light and windows as opposed to the old center. Thank you, Sylvia, for making me laugh at the times I wanted to cry, humor is much needed. Our tween recently completed the PHP program at High Focus Centers in Parsippany, and we felt compelled to share what truly sets this program apart. While the clinical care was strong for our son, the hidden gem of this program is the weekly Family Group counseling sessions for parents!
Facilitated by John, who cares deeply about the well-being of the parents as much as the teens, these virtual sessions have been an invaluable lifeline. They create a safe, supportive space where families can share, listen, and learn from each other. We found ourselves looking forward to these meetings—not only to gain insight and guidance, but also to support others at different points in their own journeys.

I went through endeavor house in 2017 and have been clean and recovering since. Through NA and sponsorship I have been able to maintain my recovery a day at a time and life has never been better. Since leaving I have been coming back to endeavor house since 2018 to serve on H&I and get the opportunity to share the hope with the clients and tell them how it works. I feel at home there and always am treated with love and respect from the staff. I need to mention Melissa Gavin as she is someone I consider a friend and someone who has helped me tremendously on my journey. I know she cares deeply about endeavor house, the program, and the clients. Anyone who comes through there would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn't get to know her and hear her story.
