My experience was 5 star everyone was on point and warm and pleasant and truly caring and went above and beyond. I was truly surprised in a wonderful way. I can’t say enough to convey how wonderful this Hospital is , it’s the STAFF that made the experience a wow ! The hospital has been there for 150 years and could use some updates but the old adage you Can’t judge a book by its cover is true . I had my anatomy scan here and WOW — this place is beyond amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Monica, Dottie, and Lisa were phenomenal. These ladies made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate me in every way possible.
The doctor was also extremely kind and took the time to speak with me after the exam, easing any nerves I had and explaining everything so clearly. That meant so much to me.
If you’re looking for the BEST place to get your anatomy scan, COME HERE!!! The level of care, professionalism, and compassion is unmatched. I would honestly rate this facility a 20 out of 10. Highly recommend!
