A great way to keep on track with your sobriety, the groups are small and it gives you the opportunity to put your feelings out there to get great feedback from others going thru addiction .to help you deal with life on life's terms!!!!!

My father came here to get help with his drinking addiction and he s been sober for almost a year now.

I just want to say that Bridge Back to Life is an AMAZING center for addiction recovery. I wouldn t have been able to get clean without them and I mean that more than I could ever possibly express over the internet. They re incredible. Their process, their staff, everything. They do whatever it takes to help you and that kind of refusal to give up on you can be the difference between life and death for an addict.

Alicia was very helpful in helping us to start the process. I can tell she cares from all her heart. She responds to all the questions, you will not feel alone on this very difficult journey.

There aren t even enough words to describe how amazing, wonderful and genuine of an human being Alicia is. I reached out to her out of pure desperation with zero expectations when my family was falling apart due to my boyfriend s alcoholism. Not only did she immediately respond, but she hit me with solid advice, words of encouragement and set up immediate help. Her boss, Nik, also helped to find a detox facility for us that accepted our insurance without any questions asked. I was in awe of the incredible care and support for a perfect stranger, me, over the phone. Being a humanitarian myself, it touched my heart so deeply. THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!! A rare and beautiful quality. I am so incredibly grateful that I made this Google search when times were hard for us. It has started the beginning of a healing journey for our family with them on our side and in our corner. Forever grateful. Thank you Alicia, thank you Nik. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic facility! All of the staff treat everyone with care and professionalism.

My recent visit here was for Hearing AIDS With Dr Victoria Keslin very professional and very pleasant . Prior visits I had during the Covid pandemic for the vaccine with the Nurses and staff all very caring and professional.

I never had an issue at he clinic, but if someone is rude they should be repermanded or just leave and get another line of work.

Very helpful when it comes to your medical needs.

The best hospital in the whole five boro's

I recently went here to the emergency room, but I went again yesterday for a procedure. Each time I have had a wonderful experience. The hospital was very clean. Each and every staff member that I encountered was exceptionally kind and professional. I can t say enough good things about this hospital.

I had stroke I could not read or anything I did not want to there but I got good doctors well keep doing your best

A friend of mine informed me that a mutual friends niece was financially destitute & did not have ability to leave her home due to taking care of her children. Since she is a resident of Staten Island, I forwarded information via email about CHASI & referred them to Angel Comacho for further assistance.On June 25, they met with Angel who was very helpful with a sweet demeanor and took them to the pantry for food. Angel also informed them of up & coming pantry events for the niece. Both of these people were so impressed with the service Angel provided that only someone with a kind & generous heart could give them. A big hearty thank you to Angel & CHASI for being so helpful.

I have to admit I thought that why am I here when I first started going I didn t participate much I caught myself telling people what I thought they wanted to hear me say. I have come to realize these people really do care about you. Mr. Abdullah( forgive me if spelled wrong) is a genuine man who speaks from experience and from the heart. I was a little kinda iffy about Doris when I met her an realized she s pretty great person. Tasha that s my girl we hit it off from the minute I walked through those doors she gave me encouragement when I was down an always was able to tell when I was upset. Joe is such a Cooler older gentleman. Gentle Giant Lmfaoo. Jenn I didn t leave you out your great too. Danny at first I wasn t sure about I don t do well with new people but he is a good guy. And there are really really good people there you have to just give them a chance. I am beyond grateful for all of them. They have helped me in more ways than one. They also gave me a safe place where I can open up. Something I wasn t used to. Thank ya all. Ya stuck with me for a while.

They are so wonderful here and I truly feel that treatment was so therapeutic. They have wonderful groups and DBT and make sure your needs are met and accounted for. They were super flexible to grant me time to celebrate my mom's birthday! Shout out to all especially to Melissa, Rena, and Romesa for their help. Dr. Darly along with Dr. Mehta and Dr Preethi were so amazing. Charge nurse Gitu is amazing and make sure we take our meds to get well. Shout out to Allison, Alyssa, Cris and the most amzazing Mojadas.We can't forget the maintenance crew, along with kitchen staff and mojadas. They deserve a raise. I was here for 8 months (4 months inpatient, 4 months transitional Living residence,) and the units are well kept, the majority of the staff are friendly and love to help (you're always going to have a straggler or 2,) and the food wasn't half bad. I, like anyone else, wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, but once I accepted that they were actually trying to help me, and I stopped being cynical, my experience was much easier. I recommend this place for sure! 5 stars!

I am a former Marine, transitioning from a military life to civilian life was not easy by any means. Neither was my struggle with addiction which I battled over a decade and the fight does not end. Silver Lake has not only fought by my side, but was the safe haven, support, and help I desperately needed. Some of these counselors are very special people and every single one of them are not just professional but make it so comfortable to talk as if you are talking to a good friend. I don t know where I would be today if not for Silver Lake. Anthony Perrone the program supervisor is truly an amazing person, NP Sledge is also and I have met a lot of people on my path. I m am still in the fight thanks to him and the staff at Silver Lake. Not just with substance abuse but general therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management program, couples therapy which I am about to undergo excited to do so, and most importantly just the day to day support of the counselors. The day to day support and genuine care that this facility provides is hard to come by. My counselor is always adamant about the fact that he is always available to reach out to, and has proven that time and time again. I am beyond grateful for this place and people. I have the choice of going to the VA as a disabled veteran and Silver Lake, I personally choose Silver Lake any day.

We are receiving excellent care with doctor Nasif I ve been her new patient I ve find her on google because before in Brooklyn Dr polina wasn t grate due to disability discrimination telling me I m not able to work

I had a wonderful experience with them. My newborn had jaundice and then his labs were not satisfactory. Dr. K. McDonough was amazing with explaining everything throughout the process. When my son s labs were not getting back to normal Dr. McDonough took it upon himself and arranged for immediate appointments with related specialists, he took off so much burden off my shoulders when I was so anxious about my son s health. It meant a lot, and I m very grateful.

If I could give a negative star I would. As per care coordination not associated with their housing program Yael Hudson the director will and has committed medical fraud. Care coordinator supposed to accompany you home from the hospital I know because St Joseph would do it Marquetta Wilkerson my case said I don't do that every other thing I even was I don't do that. These people would call me once a month to talk about nothing they would acido for youyael Hudson even tried to tell me she didn't know if the government phone program still exists I tried to disenroll twice they lord and claimed I was yet took the MEDICAD for 6/21 when they absolutely nothing. Run don't walk they should have their npi 990 c status revoked fraud

I can t believe this program is still in the same location since mid 80 s. I was a 15 years knuckle head and my foster house mom-Group home from Vanpelt Avenue Staten Island send me here cause I was smoking weed. This place was sympathetic to my situation and I will never ever forget all the support I got while there, the sad part is that it took me longer to get my act together but I did!

Change my life, attending this program. They help you create the tools, to make a better life for yourself.
