Mountainside Ramsey has proven to be a fantastic step down treatment options for clients leaving our care. The outreach and admissions department are so easily to work with each and every time. Clients have also spoken so highly of the quality of the groups, keeping them engaged the entire treatment process.

Mountainside Treatment Center is a great place for recovery I highly recommend it wonderful staff and the place is very clean and neat. I love Amy she is on the counselors there she is super sweet and she can teach and help you grow as a new person in recovery she has helped me so much. I highly recommend her as a counselor!

All of the staff at this program go above and beyond for their clients, and truly care. Amy is amazing also!

On the whole, I have found the commitment among staffers of all kinds - clinicians, case managers, therapists, techs, the lovely and knowledge PA, the management, and those working at the residences - to be of the highest level. Great facility. From top to bottom they have all of our needs met. Physically, mental, spiritual building blocks are provided every day.

To say that ChoicePoint saved my life would be an understatement. ChoicePoint didn't change me, it brought back the REAL me. If you are struggling with addiction, I can't recommend this place enough. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that take you on the journey to sobriety from a mental-health perspective. The groups run in the mornings andat nights, which gives you the opportunity to share and learn in a safeenvironment. Ask for Lisa, Jeff, Gina or James- each played a pivotal role in counseling me to recovery.

Choice Point offers excellent mental health services with group and individual therapeutic sessions. When I began the program, I was assigned to Jeff Gish. As I worked the program and had inevitable difficulties, Jeff went way beyond his counselor role and engaged me as a friend. That was the turning point for me that helped ensure my recovery. Everybody shoots straight here and you truly know how much they care about your mental health oh, and the medical services are equally valuable. They helped me find medications that worked for me and were always attentive when I called. I can t say enough about Jeff and Choice Point. They helped me turn my life around and that deserves all the stars in the heavens.

The support staff were amazing. They were knowledgeable and always willing to help. The therapists, case mangers, etc. were thoughtful, insightful, and caring. The outings and walk in Central Park enhanced my experience and prove that participating in fun activities sober is possible. I wish.this was my first time in behab, because it was just what I needed.The access to our phone and the process has to tightened up. Request for the phone is supposed to be within 24 hours and the communication of the status needs to be timely and consistent. If there are meal requests (smoothies for breakfast) need to be honored. The temperature regulation is inconsistent and should be better regulated. Freezing in our room and hot in rooms on the same floor. Minute in com partisan to the positives. For a re hab experience, it was amazing. Thank you.

This place saved my son s life, he is clean and healthy since that. Excellent accommodations and superb staff. If you have a loved one who needs help or even yourself, contact them. They will go above and beyond to help you out.

Putting my review in a nutshell,"my mother always told me to "fake it until you make it" and by becoming a rehabilitated human being at,Carnegie Hill Institute,again,I no longer have to fake it. And if there were anyone else I'd thank,besides the Lord,for seeking life' purpose,I thank the generosity of spirit and the way they come from love first and of in their successes at making sure I can regain the trust of others because they trust in me. And without gaining the trust of others,it takes away your will to live.

Carnegie Hill Institute is by far the greatest recovery program I ve ever had the pleasure of attending. In the 4 years I ve been enrolled at CHI I have successfully stopped using for 3 years now. My counselor at this time is not only the most helpful counselor I ve ever had in any recovery type place, but he s also been a great friend to me as somebody to confide in. The man who started this Institute Dr. Harvey Karkus unfortunately passed away recently much to my dismay. He was one of the last remaining doctors in this city who truly cared about his patients and genuinely tried to help each and everyone of them. However I like to believe that his legacy lives on in the new doctor on staff Dr. Ella Leers as she is much like him in many ways. In conclusion I absolutely believe 100% that my ability to stop using has been due to the care that Carnegie has given me. Thanks guys!

Bluecrest is amazing. I have learned so much about the disease of addiction & tools to live daily life. Clinicians are understanding & know you by name.

Bluecrest showed me how to see the reality of my addiction and the consequences that would follow if I didn't accept that I was powerless to my addiction. They guided me back to life and supported me. Without the experience of Bluecrest I would probably have lost everything and or ended up unlike.I can't express how much strength and hope I received from my time there. Overall out of many treatment centers. Ive liked blue crest very much. The are very structured and stress the 12 step program and programs of NA and AA. The clinicians and staff seem to really care about you and your recovery. The case management as well takes great care of issues pertaining to housing, financial, legal and much more. Most of the staff are in recovery as well so you can relate to many. I would recommend Blue crest if you are interested in recovery and want to get help.
