I went here while in a high risk pregnancy and honestly I couldn’t picked a better place. The nurses are a 100/10! They have activities throughout the day like music (one of the nurses had a ukelele and it’s very good at it) that was the best part of my day, music time! Sometimes we were allowed to go to the yard depending on the weather. There’s also a room with a lot of board games and in the common area you can sit and watch tv… Rooms and bathrooms were always clean. Sometimes we received Rutger’s students that went there to talk to us and have a little feel of the field they’re studying which was also nice. They hear you out, I wanted to try a lower dose on my medicine and they were very understanding and tried that out for me. If you guys see my review, YALL ROCK!!!!! And I’m beyond grateful for everything you guys did for me. P.S I’m off every medicine now and doing perfectly fine, had another baby and joined the police academy! :)

I am at lost with the reviews this place has. I had no problem with their intake and sign up to their clinic. I never had problems with canceling or making a new appointment. I call and they pick up, hear what you have to say and do it with no problem. On top of that, Dr.Bijlani (psychiatrist), Elyse (therapist), Jennifer (Peer Specialist) care about your recovery progress and help to the best of their ability. It is going to be two years since I have join their program and I am not seeing any issues.

Their knowledge of psychology is complete and ever evolving with the newest wisdom. It was a very good place for a while however they have been admitting sooo many people while they only have two dosing windows, one of which is not open all the time. The lines are ridiculous lately. Also, every two weeks there is a new rule or they change one exiting rule without letting us know and if you break one of these rules without even knowing it exists, you are punished for it. They need to stop admitting people until they find a way to add more dosing windows and they need to post all rule changes on the walls.

Very clean place very nice staff (most of them). When I first started about 4 or 5 years ago it was great. I got in touch with my counselor with no problem and got to talk with her no problems and do sessions. Now there are SOOOOO many people coming here that I can never get in touch woth my counselor, my appointments are always being canceled and they hold you accountable for that. If you miss group they make you sit there allll day until you can make up that group which you might not even be able to that day. You cant dose until you do that group. You have people nodding out with babies and they still come back nodding out instead of getting kocked out and giving someone who wants help, their spot. They are so un-organized and dysfunctional it really isnt a good place for people just starting to get clean. It works for me bc I've been clean and didnt need all that extra help. But if you need help and someone to tall to (your counselor) this isnt the place to go.

Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. If this is your first time coming to treatment, Footprints gets an A++ from me. Its always tough to take that first step, but they do an amazing job of walking with you the rest of the way. Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

I was very apprehensive about getting help at first because of embarrassment and the stigma surrounding mental health, but choosing High Focus Treatment Center was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Treena Lewis was my therapist in the Women’s Trauma IOP, and I now feel even more blessed to continue working with her as I stepped down to GOP. During one of the most difficult times in my life, she became a true source of strength and support for me. She is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and professional, but what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares. Treena shows me that I am safe, heard, and never judged. She has a way of treating you like you are her only client; always giving her full attention, truly listening, and making you feel like you matter. She truly has one of the purest hearts and her smile is a reflection of warmth and love. Being in her care helped me open up in ways I didn’t think I could or even wanted. Because of her compassion and guidance, I’ve been able to begin healing and see things in a more positive light. Treena isn't just helping me through my healing journey; she is making a lasting impact on my life. I am beyond grateful for Treena and the support I receive at High Focus Treatment Center. I was seeking treatment in April 2026, and HighFocus accepted me into their program. Their treatment was amazing, and specifically my councilor at the time, Taylor Zazulka, was extremely helpful, supportive, and crucial to helping me find continuing treatment after PHP/IOP. I highly recommend Freehold HighFocus treatment center to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or just looking for a higher level of treatment solely therapy does not provide.

This place is for low functioning people who are on Medicaid and Medicare and clearly require around the clock supervised living. As a government employee with a bachelor and masters degree who only had a short bout of seasonal depression, this place treats everyone like they are disabled and cant take care of themselves. I had a case manager, I have no idea why as I don’t need one. First I had Sydney who apparently left and CPC didn’t tell me, then I had Grace who is condescending. I told her weeks ahead of time I required a letter for work and she was super confused why I gave her information for the government because she wouldn’t listen to me speak and couldn’t put two and two together THAT’S WHERE I WORK. Then she called out and took off without preparing a simple 3 sentence letter. Then I spoke to Jennifer who was covering for Grace who tried to tell me how case management works. A big surprise to Jennifer when I told her I did case management for 12 years and worked at CPC so no, I don’t need an explanation. So I had to tell her that the way her and Grace manage their cases are a disgrace and I was always on top of my cases and what needed to be done. They are clearly just out of college and getting their experience because they have no idea what they’re doing. Jennifer called me and told me that CPC is no longer accepting private insurance and will only be taking Medicaid and Medicare. Thank the Lord because these people don’t know how to work with adults that don’t need IOP, PHP, or other intensive programs. Jennifer asked me if I needed referrals to Stress Care and the WAY I LAUGHED OUT LOUD!! No. I will not be attending Stress Care to be with more low functioning adults. I had to remind Jennifer that I drive my own car and I’m an adult that can make my own appointments and do not need her to make any for me and I will take care of it better than she possibly could. This place is a joke. As an employee, this place was a joke. Whenever I come in, Susan Jagodich is always trying to sneak looks at my badge or lanyard I wear from work. Just ask, Susan. Yes, you know me. Yea, I know you. Let’s stop making this awkward.

This place definitely helped me in so many ways ... The staff there is amazing and so helpful no matter what anytime I needed to just talk could not sleep or anything they helped me....they fought for me with drug court and support me through when my dad got really sick... anyone that needs help whether it's men or women I would strongly recommend integrity house they never give up on you... You just have to be willing and ready for the work and help .

High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. Dr. Hall also listened to all my concerns and problems and got me on a medication that works best for me. I can't thank them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to ofr since 2017 on and off. This is the best place I’ve ever been. The staff is amazing from the counselors to the medical staff, the front desk workers, the lab collectors, the security guards, and the upper staff. My care was simply fabulous from the minute i walked in. On floor #2, surgery area, all members were easy, efficient, and most professional. after my procedure, all nursing was simply excellent! In the evening, Ashley and Venus took great care to make sure all was well! Sincere thanks to the staff, the entire team of Dr. Werner and those that take the time! My wife and I used to teach at Good News Home. I have nothing but good to say about this organization. They show the love of God. Yes there are strict rules but the patients that go there must learn boundaries, what they can do and can't do. By doing good, you will learn to receive the Love of God and the Word.

I must start the review with giving honor to God, for God ordered my steps here to Good News Home for Woman, here I found a reconnect with God. In the program you find out a lot about yourself and the traumas that caused you to make some horrible choices. You also find out ways to deal with real life issues. The entire staff has helped me to save my life I will forever be grateful to all involved. I truly believe in the sister hood I don't know if I can give a special thanks to anyone So once again thank you so very much Good News Home for Women I will find a way to pay it forward
