I’ve been attending this clinic since returning from Fort Polk, LA. The nurses are empathetic, and the front desk personnel are friendly. Dr Hyson is delightful and always willing to go out of her way to help me with my needs—plenty of parking and easy to get to.

I was referred to Serenity Infuse by my doctor at HSS. I have been receiving infusions for CRPS since 2014 so I’m very familiar with the process and know good from bad. It takes a really special set of skills, medical and human, to be a ketamine infuser and Serenity has the goods. Everyone I was surrounded by here played a role in my success. After the initial consultation call, I felt this is the place where I want to do my infusions. Once there my comfort in the environment and experience grew. I knew I was in a safe place. I felt very supported. I knew I was in good hands. Since September of ‘23 the benefits of IV infusion are still with me. The best benefit is my “default trigger levels” have significantly gone down, the fight or flight reaction to that trigger is more under my control now. I had my 2 laser treatments done and I have remained smoke free 6 days as of today. I have to say, I feel absolutely wonderful. I've experienced no symptoms of withdrawal and any urges or cravings are minimal. I'm able to simply push them away. I honestly can't sing the praises for Malti enough! She is simply amazing! If you are looking to stop smoking, I would highly recommend Malti at Safe Laser Therapy. She's absolutely the best, hands down!

I bought a Groupon for 2 sessions thinking it was for two people, but Malti helped me understand that only 1 person can perform the therapy per session. Even though I decided not to proceed, she took the time to call back and help me get a good understanding, which I don't find other companies do often. She is kind and considerate and I highly recommend doing business with her.

I came here for help to quit smoking. I had the detox wrap and the laser therapy. Malti was very informative on each procedure that was being down. I was so lost and giving up on life and a few good suggestions brought me here. Everyone from the friar in charge of the inn to security and maintenance made me feel welcome. The counselors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. My counselor was amazing, the physco therapist helped me realize things on my own and a former resident who is now staff related to my issues making me comfortable with the process. That guy was a godsend. These people helped me with my addiction issues more in 6 months then I’ve been able to do over the last 30 years. I now have hope and a blueprint that I follow to live a life in recovery. I could never thank them enough

This place completely saved my life, it taught me a new way to live and that I am a man, worthy of love and respect. Since there, in 2017, I had one slip up about a year after I graduated, but that was almost 8 years ago now. Since then, I went to welding school, they set me up in a halfway house in NYC, moved back home to Rochester, NY. I have worked in the welding industry and slowly worked my way to where now I run a million dollar welding training program and I try pass along the same message I learned there. You are a Man, or Woman, worthy of love and respect, with hard work and dedication you can have anything you set your mind to.

The best clinic experience I’ve ever had. The registration people on the 1st floor need attitude adjustments- you can tell this is a unionized workforce- all else was amazing. Most secretaries are excellent- a couple seem miserable- overall 5 stars for quality care by the people I need to be good at what they do- therapists and doctors- they are wonderful!

I never called to thank the people who worked at New Prospects at the time. Better late than never. To be honest, I don't remember any of their names, but I greatly appreciate the time and effort they contributed to make my experience successful. From the first day I got there in early 2018, till today, 10/15/2024, I am still clean and sober. I guess you could say it took. As for the place itself, the food was good, they let you smoke cigarettes outside, (so no forced abstinence as I understand happens at other places), and the rooms on the men's floor all had private bathrooms. I would recommend New Prospects to anyone who needs their services. Edit: I think I should say that I am 63 now and had been using multiple substances since my early-teens. This program, PLUS the REAL intention of quitting whatever and a life-change is what made it work.
