I'm not forced to participate in groups, as I suffer from social anxiety. I meet with my counselor in person at least once a month and biweekly on Teams. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session.
