I have been to several treatment facilities and this one is by far the best one i have been to. Not only is the facility clean and well kept, the faculty that works there have amazing hearts. This is the only treatment facility that i have been to where the staff actually genuinely care for you and your recovery/well being. They have a unique treatment plan that works. Unlike many places I have been to instead of boring you to death, they actually make recovery fun, which in my experience has a lot to do with being able to succeed in recovery. I have recommended multiple friends and family members to go here when they are struggling with addiction and will continue to recommend Steps to Recovery to anyone who asks how i got clean and remained clean. I owe my life and my recovery to these people and they will always have a special place in my heart.Just a little update, celebrating 10 years clean in a few months

I recently graduated from STR. I was in programming between May to September, originally PHP and then in the IOP mental health program. While in PHP I was in housing as well. There are family sessions offered too, but I did not utilize that service while at STR.While the house I was at was not perfect, administration tried their best to accommodate every concern clients had with the house. It was overall a clean and safe environment to live in. If there are any concerns advocate for yourself and ask a tech to call a house meeting if it is an interpersonal issue within the house. If you have a different issue communicate that to the director and it will most likely be handled promptly.The PHP (partial hospitalization program) for mental health is six days a week, 9am-1:30 Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays. The program changes as needs change. When I first began there process groups were three hours long, but when I left they were two hours long with an additional hour of psych ed. While the day may seem long, everyone gets a break between noon and 12:30. Afternoon there are different types of therapy everyday like art therapy, DBT, CBT.IOP (intensive outpatient program) is only 9am-12pm three days a week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The director is accommodating though so if for any reason you need to not go on a Monday, you could always go on a Saturday if you advocate for yourself.You ll have one individual session a week with one of the clinicians. I had Ashley and she is phenomenal. While the staff really do care about the clients, Ashley definitely cares about clients and it shows in her work.You ll also have a session with either Dr. Newman or Monique once a week to go over medications they are both amazing!STR is shaped not just by the staff, but clientele too. I have reinforced and grew my support system while being at STR. And while I was in the mental health program, I have substance use disorder as well, I d recommend Steps to recovery struggling with their mental health or substance use. It may take a couple of weeks to really settle into the program, but continue to do the work since you are worth it and advocate for yourself if something isn t working for you.STR is also a great facility if you re part of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff here are not just accepting, but affirming. There is an optional LGBTQ+ group once a week with Christian, which was my favorite part of the week.

The staff were all very nice for the most part. I had some great moments. STR helped me out while I was in a rough position and for that I am grateful. I appreciate that they go out of there way to help people with extenuating circumstances. There are a lot of personalities and that can frustrating. However, I would recommend this place to a friend in need. Overall, it s a good place.

Legacy is an amazing program and very structured. All of the staff really does care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. Between the group facilitators, techs, clinical staff, everyone that works here you can tell wants to be here and help people get better. I couldn t have asked for a better experience, and I m truly blessed to have had the opportunity to go through this program. To have people that genuinely care and want to help is rare to find. Definitely a gem of a program! Shoutout to my therapist also because she s been amazing as well. I ve learned and grown so much. I definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery to give this program a try, you won t regret it. Thanks Legacy for a wonderful experience.

My overall experience with Legacy was life changing. The way the facilitators ran groups, and really interacted with us made me feel comfortable asking all the questions I have been dreading to ask since I started my recovery journey. I loved Legacies programs so much that I decided to stay and do IOP as well and continue my recovery journey! I am truly blessed to have been put in a place that genuinely care about their clients as well as their recovery, from the tech staff, to my therapist (whom I love so much), as well as the facilitators! I would 100% recommend coming to Legacy if you are thinking about starting your recovery journey, it is a decision you will never regret and come to be thankful for in the future!

These sessions were instrumental in helping me understand the root causes of my addiction and provided me with the tools and strategies I needed to manage my triggers and cravings. The therapists and counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available to offer support and guidance.One of the most valuable aspects of my time at Footprints to Recovery was the emphasis on education and skill-building. I attended several classes that covered topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and healthy coping mechanisms. These classes were incredibly insightful and gave me practical techniques that I continue to use in my daily life.The sense of community at Footprints to Recovery was also a significant factor in my recovery. I formed strong bonds with fellow clients who were on similar journeys, and we supported each other through the highs and lows of the recovery process. Staff including Erica T, Haylee, Ms. Karen, Kiersten, Nadya, Tom, Justin, and Mark just to name a few there were truly amazing people who gave me tools of success to recover from my drug addiction and to go back into this world a changed man. This is a great place if you wanna recover from you addiction. I ll never forget the wonderful experience I had here and knowing that even I can recover!

Life-changing experience. I trusted the processes. I was beaten down, nowhere to turn, and out of options. The minute you walk in the door, everyone is welcoming and the design is to bring out the best version of yourself, so you can return to society, as someone that can handle life on life s terms. I came to bucks after a stay in Avenues Lake Ariel. I was hesitant to commit to a 6 month program. Today I can say it was the best decision of my life. I found friends, family, support, and most importantly recovery. Today I have almost 8 months clean. I'm truly grateful for bucks, and my new way of life.

Counselor Danielle is extremely competent and is the personification of integrity. Banyan's counselors are progressive, humane, and highly skilled. The psychiatric nurse ("Judy in the sky"), is exceptional. Kudos all the way around and "hats off" to BANYAN management for such superb personnel selections!No one comes close to knowing all there is to know in the realms of the human heart, mind, and/or collective soul. However, it is easy for this (once) PHRP Certified Researcher to realize that our counselors' attempts to help us are being made with compassion and care. Pyramid Langhorne is AMAZING!All of the staff from nursing to BHT's, kitchen, even the cleaning crew! The campus is beautiful and there's even wildlife. From gardening to nature walks in Tyler state Park. Outside meetings and every evening H&I meetings. Full support from all staff and a camaraderie with the other patients I've never experienced. This was a complete spiritual experience for me.

For the first time in a Rehab clinic and really help me understand that I'm not alone just give myself a break and talk about we're I'm at and what I'm going to do and keep moving forward.

My experience at Pyramid Langhorne was life changing. My counselor John is absolutely AMAZING! He was patient, kind, understanding, and extremely helpful in my recovery. Malvern was a cool facility I would recommend someone there looking for rehab cool staff & clean for the most part hearty meals

I have read the bad reviews and to all the people that say Malvern is chaotic, dirty saddening can t sleep.As an alcoholic addict with over 35 years of use. And now Living sober, I say, so is our addiction , chaotic sad ,dirty, and unfriendly.Yes you can t sleep you been getting wasted for year s your mind is racing.Go to rehab and slow it down.Thank you to Malvern For doing what you re doing and giving everyone an addiction a chance to recover.

Our experience with Pheonix started when my husband came home from rehab. From our very first meeting in his intake Laura handled us with care, compassion and her own touch of humor to help us relax and helped him ease into what turned out to be life changing experience. Since then we ve had the chance to interact with almost all of the staff and have not had anything short of a positive experience. We had a few bumps along the way but each time we ve hit a road block the entire staff was there to help.Our lives have changed in so many ways since that first day. I can t thank this place enough I came in hesitant but they are so welcoming from intake to the counselors and the doctor . IOP and PHP are excellent and getting treated in an intense program dor my mental health issues without having to be hospitalized was wonderful. Hope I don t have to come back but if I do relapse or need more help this is the place I would come back to !!

I am very appreciative and will for always be indebted to high focus for the services they provided my daughter. She went there for acute/severe depression along with chronic anxiety. She had a very positive experience despite the fact she did not think it would help her when she started.

A very effective therapeutic place for all ages. Staff were very supportive and it was a very healthy environment for my child.

My son has been in the PHP program for a month now and I can t say enough good things. Even though he came home the first day with all the reasons it was a waste and why he didn t ever want group therapy, the group therapy has proven to be the best thing since he s with peers in which he can relate. Even he will admit now how the program has helped. Such a blessing. Hang in there. It does get better.
