GenPsych helped me when I was in a very difficult place in my life. I live an hour from Brick and they were very accommodating doing a hybrid program where I went virtual and in person. My therapist was Ande and she was amazing. She was easy to talk to and gave great guidance and advice when I was in a huge time of change in my life. I'm not a first time winner at recovery but every time l've felt like I needed a little structure in my life to give me the extra boost I needed to get me back on track I've enrolled at GenPsych and l've never had a bad experience. Everyone that works here will go to the end of the earth to help you from the administrative staff such as Michelle all the way to the therapists including my personal therapist at the facility named Ande. Ande has been a tremendous help to me since day one and has helped me with getting out of my own way and has aided me on my path of recovery and self discovery. They focus on multiple areas of mental health whether it's substance abuse or just depression/anxiety. They also provide transportation depending how close you are to the facility. Overall I think it's a great program that almost anyone can benefit from.

Experienced IOP with Brielle, Evelyn, and Dedra. They were nothing but kind and caring. My therapist Evelyn was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my recovery. A must go for mental health. Thank you ladies for all your help and support.

I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

Ocean Monmouth care is amazing! They have helped me in so many ways and are always there for me. The nurses, counselors, front desk, director/surpervisor, literally everyone is amazing, kind, and caring. This place saved me and I can never thank them enough. Out of all the clinics around, this is the best one by far, no other clinic is as caring, helpful, and supportive as OMC. They take the time to really listen to you and help in any way they can. So if you’re looking for a place to begin recovery, ocean Monmouth care is the place for you. It will change your life for the better. Having the helpful and supportive staff here makes such a huge difference in a successful road to recovery!

This place is amazing probably the best clinic around the nurses and staff are amazing. I believe it's Helen who works the frost desk is amazing helpful,kind, funny, respectful, all of the staff at the front is nice, Donna is amazing super awesome and compassionate all of the girls are. Let alone their all pretty outside and inside. The faculty itself very clean, fast multiple windows. Place has greatly effected my life for the positive. My counselor Tess is amazing caring,. compassionate as well as Linda. IV yet to have a negative experience. If you need help this place is where you wanna go. I can't say enough positive things about the staff and facility. I'm super greatful to have them. Going here was one of the best decisions I made. If ur battling I would tell ya to just go and check it out you can always stop if it's not for you but if you give it a chance I believe this will save your life and help you get back to working and working out and or just making things more stable for you. I greatly appreciate all the doctors and the whole staff and I can't thank them all enough for coming in to work everyday to save lives and help us. I really hope they know how important each one of them is including the guards which are also super cool and nice as well as the janitors who keeps the facility super clean. I cannot speak highly enough of HBH and their therapists. I’ve been working with my therapist, Bethany, for years now and she has changed my life for the better. She is always actively trying to help me improve my way of thinking by means of action and not just talk therapy. She’s always adaptable to my needs depending on where I’m at during my sessions and allows me the space I need to safely navigate my emotions. I’ve never once felt judged during any of my ups or downs. I’ve worked with many therapists growing up, and finding her was such a blessing and nothing short of a miracle. Not to brag (just kidding I’m totally bragging), but I definitely have the best therapist anyone could ever ask for. I’ve also been in a variety of their groups that are run by other therapists in the practice and each counselor has been engaging and passionate about what they do. Their groups are informative, supportive, and respectful. HBH genuinely cares for their patients . I’ve never had a negative experience with them. I got my orthopedic surgery here with a world class surgeon. Doctors and nurses here are so so nice. Even the janitors and meal delivery persons asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. The room is also very well kept, clean and organized.

I went here in 2016 for a surgery. I overall had a good experience with everything and almost everyone. Only negative was a nurse named Darlene in Same Day Surgery. She was so rude when I asked for a simple blanket and all I heard was her big mouth gossiping at the desk. Never forgot it because she was so horrible and mean. What is with nurses with that unprofessional behavior? They cry they're so busy all the time, but they have plenty of time to stand and gossip.

I was seeking treatment in April 2026, and HighFocus accepted me into their program. Their treatment was amazing, and specifically my councilor at the time, Taylor Zazulka, was extremely helpful, supportive, and crucial to helping me find continuing treatment after PHP/IOP. I highly recommend Freehold HighFocus treatment center to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or just looking for a higher level of treatment solely therapy does not provide.

I went to this place back in 2024, and this place was awesome. We got to do a bunch of therapeutic activities that were so helpful, and the staff were also really kind, friendly, and understanding. This place is amazing for someone struggling with a mental illness, at the time, I had depression, and this Mental Health Service helped me a lot. If I do have anything going on with life, this is the place I would go to.

Initial process for information was done quickly with a Quantum employee meeting with me. I was enrolled within a cpl of days for PHP. Initial staff were very friendly. Intake was quick and I was in group before noon. Throughout the week I met more staff & counselors. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Quantum is everything I thought it would be and more.

Fantastic facility, all the facilitators are knowledgeable and caring, spent 126 days here and got everything I needed out of the program. They have a great vetting process so you'll almost never meet a client who sucks, PHP was a great time even if a bit draining, and IOP was fantastic, all the techs, Landon, Travis, Zach, Mo (Hope you do well in Jerusalem!), Fahim, Antoine, Eli, Phil, Darryl were all fantastic and a key part of my recovery. Weekly grocery trips and catered lunch at the clinic made sure I never went hungry, transportation to 12 step meetings was appreciated. Allen was an absolutely fantastic therapist to have, but all the therapists: Tess, Bella, Megan, Curtis, Caitlyn, Andrew, and Allen are all fantastic and really help break down issues & education in a way that's noninvasive and actually helpful. The facilitators who aren't solo therapists Chris and Ervin are all wonderful and kind. The other staff members who make it all work in the background: Chuck, Kevin, Celeste, Jahila, and Kevin were very helpful and always around. While I don't know all the women's house techs, the ones I did interact with, Rea and Alexis were fun and full of wisdom. And finally, shout-out to Kelce and Jeff for handling all the administrative mumbo jumbo that let's the clinic and housing run smoothly. And Brandon, the maintenance guy, you are an elite asset and it was wonderful knowing you. If I ever relapse, which I hope I won't, this would be the rehab I'd want to come back to. Much love y'all, keep it real :)

My experience here has been great, so far! The staff has been friendly and helpful. They provide both in person and telehealth calls. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride.

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation. This place is exactly what I needed. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help. Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself. As of today 5/8, I am updating this review to reflect that Harbor Wellness and Recovery Center addressed many of the concerns I originally raised. When my wife was in treatment, our experience was extremely difficult, and at the time I felt strongly that aspects of her care, communication, and overall handling of the situation caused additional emotional stress during an already vulnerable period for our family. I was especially frustrated by what I believed was a lack of accountability in the aftermath. Since posting my original review, Harbor Wellness has taken steps to communicate with us directly, listen to our concerns, and work toward resolving the issues we experienced. While I still believe our initial experience could have been handled differently, I appreciate the effort they have since made to address the situation in a more compassionate and professional manner. Because of those efforts, I felt it was important to update this review to reflect a more balanced and positive perspective.

This place literally saved my life, after 9 rehabs this was the one that actually made me change. Literally every single staff member showed concern and gave me crucial advice that I needed to hear to better myself and finally stay sober. Amazing staff in the APH program, outpatient services, and office! I recommend this facility to anyone seeking mental health treatment. Every person here from my psychiatrist to my counselors, from my nurses to my therapist, from the office staff to the intern, have all provided me with thoughtful, kind, informative, and patient care in my continued recovery.

I want to begin by saying my counselor Julia , Julia is very attentive and gives full focus on what needs to be focused on . Julia makes it feel more like a friendly environment more than your average text book counseling which I find very comforting. I have been to treatment several times throughout my lifetime and for the first time I feel like I’m actually doing something with my recovery. I actually look forward of going and having my sessions with Julia . You can actually feel the attention Julia gives she caring and pays close attention on whatever you need help with . My sessions with Julia do not feel like I’m sitting with someone listening to my issues for a paycheck you get that sense of talking to someone really does care. Take it from a 42 year old that has been in many rooms and always feeling a sense of not belonging. I’m glad this time around I met Julia as my counselor and I really couldn’t be more grateful to have her treating my issues I never thought feeling so good about counseling existed. I couldn’t be any happier with the treatment with Julia. It actually feels like I’m talking with a friend that I’ve known forever.

To validate this statement. I will say in the 19 years I have been involved with mental health facilities, addiction, treatment centers, and state psychiatric services. At times being employed by and other times as a patient. By far the counselors that break their tail every day for their patience to have a positive outcome and fair shot at a good life. Is second to none. In tandem with their psychiatric services and on the ball medication treatments. The only response in what they do for their patients, Is first class, five stars all around every time. I can only speak for myself, but I had to make a commitment to their recommendations, accept the truth about what got me there, stop making excuses sound like reasons and put in sincere work. If you’re fortunate enough to work with Steve H. You can expect someone who fully understands where you’re coming from, has solution based approaches to complex situations, has always been on point, several steps ahead of me. Out of sincere conviction and authentic heart for my well-being. How many people out there really show up for somebody like that in life…. Danielle, Marla, Laura, Alonzo, Jackie, Michael, are just a few of the refined superstars. I have been fortunate enough to have my back and best interests at hand without any self interest or personal gain.
