Listen if you want it to work IT WORK but when you come in time and time E again with dirty pee and your not taking it seriously then how do you think your gonnna get treated. Then instead of wasting time on someone who just doesn’t want the help they turn there attention to the people that do want a better life. Like I said if you want to get clean they will help you with housing, jobs, etc but if you don’t then leave it at that don’t turn around and put a bad review or put down the people who tried to help you but you but you couldn’t even meet them 10% of the way GROW UP

Truthfully I have had Good and bad experience''s it's kind of hard for me to say because my counselors are Amazing absolutely Amazing, But I've had some really bad incidents with nursing staff and not one incident was actually my fault but the fault was still tried to be blamed on me but because they have such a Great Supervisor I think she is Garnisha she looked into those incidents right away for me because I had my counselors that had my back so I was never written up for anything I really appreciate the help I had in those situations getting to the truth .The front staff and security guards are Great they get alot of flack from clients but if you ever sit there for any amount of time you will come to realize there just doing there job and they really do try to do it as friendly as possible for all the grief they get that's definitely not there fault .Bree has caught on so quick and she's a real sweetheart and Miss Anna I Miss Very Much I really WISH SHE COULD COME BACK TO WORK BUT DO TO MEDICAL ISSUES I DON'T THINK SHE WILL BE ABLE TO I HOPE IF SHE EVER SEES THIS SHE KNOWS I MISS HER AND MY GRANDSON FINALLY CAME HOME AFTER ALMOST 2 AND A HALF YEARS IN THE HOSPITAL FROM THE DAY HE WAS BORN EXTREMELY PREMATURE,SHE WOULD ALWAYS ASK ABOUT HIM .I MISS YOU AND PETE HE WAS AN AMAZING COUNSELOR THAT HAD TO LEAVE I WISH I GOT TO SAY GOODBYE TO HIM BEFORE HE DID ...BUT MY LIFE HAS CHANGED IN SO MANY GREAT WAYS REACHING GOALS AND HAVING COUNSELORS THAT ACTUALLY LISTEN TO ME AND I KNOW THEY DO BECAUSE 3 MOTHS LATER THEY ACTUALLY REMEMBERED A CO WORKER OF MINES NAME WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FINALLY SOMEONE THAT DOESNT JUST TALK TO ME BUT REALLY HEARS ME THAT IS A FIRST IN MY LIFETIME...AND THATS THE TRUTH ..!!!!

I have been in the mud for some time now I've been thu the process and have scene so oh so many so called counselors some court ordered others by choice. ( not just limited to counselor but any of the person's tied to "The process," and or program..I have been raked over coals and have been mislead. Truthfully I was young and didn't realize it was about the money, insurance billing.... statistics..... Not to say all others or most truly are there to help.... I couldn't tell... I painfully have to admit they are very well not worth the air they breath.... I hope they have changed or some way some how have God forsaken made a change in someone lives that was useful......all that above mentioned for this..) to appreciate a very special and wonderful counselor..Sonya... Never and I mean never have I personally had the opportunity given to me now to be her client..... It's a blessing and to truly see someone who has perfected there craft or profession to the point that she has....In this game it's so hard to connect on a equal playing field and to see some one who truly cares and I mean this counselor will walk thu hell and lead you out just follow her lead....If you have the blessing and it is to be her client your gonna get what you put in... Nothing more nor less and I promise you that.. if only the world really knew what I know you would go crawling to her feet begging to be her client.....

It's all about following the rules and keeping your cool. All of the negative reviews talking about not caring about anything but money... they are most likely not following the guidelines and rules for the program. If you cuss out the nursing staff because you're I withdrawal, don't expect great service. Do the program as your supposed to -- and you won't have any problems. I've had two counselors over 5 years. Haven't touched an opiate, but rely on this service. I feel safe here. Yes, improvements are needed. More counselors, less stringent cannabis rules like most clinics would improve my experience. Anyway, thumbs up. Saved my life.

RCA and its facilitors were exceptional. Intake and discharge was streamlined and efficient. A variety of flexible groups and speakers were scheduled weekly. Educational classes regarding medications and planning for discharge are also available. The facility provides lesiure activities such as fishing, recovery walks, and a gym. Facility was well maintained and clean. A variety of meals are offered for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a night snack. Substitute protein options are also available. RCA will meet and exceed expectations and provide all one needs for a successful recovery.

My stay at RCA Bracebridge was truly life-changing. This was my first experience in rehab, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded everything I could have imagined. The groups were both educational and life-changing, providing valuable knowledge and tools that I can carry with me throughout my recovery. The staff were exceptionally supportive, caring, and informative. It was comforting to know that someone was always there whenever I needed help or support. My therapist, Jessica V., is amazing, and I will never forget her. Mr. Dan, Mike H., Mrs. Jessie, and Mrs. Amber were also incredibly supportive and generously shared their knowledge and experience, which made a meaningful difference in my recovery. The RSS staff were outstanding, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for everything they did. The kitchen staff, especially Eric, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. That support allowed us to focus on what mattered most—our recovery. Mr. Tariq always listened and showed genuine care and compassion toward the clients. His kindness and willingness to be there for us meant a lot. I will forever be grateful to RCA Bracebridge for helping save my life and giving me the coping skills and tools I need to continue recovering one day at a time. Ashley Treatment Center offers a genuinely strong overall recovery program in many ways. The campus is beautiful, peaceful, and clearly designed to support healing. The food is excellent and far better than you would expect. My loved one is sad to miss the daily menu. The facility also accepts a wide variety of insurances, and we are thankful that our insurance covered the entire program. Most importantly, the majority of the staff were kind, supportive, and professional, and my loved one had positive interactions with nearly everyone he encountered. Except one. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by one therapist: Donna J. While the rest of the staff showed compassion and skill, Donna repeatedly treated my family member with disrespect. She told him to “stop exaggerating” during a session where he was emotionally dysregulated; she raised her voice and even waived her finger in his face on another occasion. Instead of de-escalating emotional moments (as a counselor in a treatment center should) she often escalated them further, making sessions more distressing rather than therapeutic. During the one visitation family members are allowed (something to be addressed later in this review), I spoke with several of Donna’s patients who shared similar concerns. Some had successfully been transferred to different therapists, but for reasons never explained, Ashley would not allow my loved one to transfer, leaving him stuck with this dynamic for the entirety of the program. Even as he was leaving, Donna chose to interact negatively, asking him what he wrote about her on the exit survey, and when he said he chose not to leave comments, she called him a “jive turkey”. It was unprofessional and frankly a bizarre way to end a month-long treatment stay. I later learned that earlier in the year, she had been recognized as a finalist for having the “greatest percentage increase in clients’ Global Recovery Scores.” While that sounds impressive, it can also simply mean someone started at the bottom and improved from there, a Most-Improved Player award, if you will. Based on our experience, this recognition does not reflect her ability to work with emotionally dysregulated individuals or those in vulnerable stages of recovery. Outside of this one staff member, my loved one had no issues with any of the other 50+ employees he interacted with. The rest of the team was consistently supportive and very helpful to him. A few additional notes for families considering Ashley: • The 28-day program includes only one visitation weekend, during week three. • The cost is steep: $1000 for one visitor, plus $500 each for each up to two additional visitors. • Scholarships do exist, though they are not advertised. I requested one and received a 75% discount, but the application process required extensive documentation, similar to applying for government assistance. • The two-day family program is well-intentioned and has a thoughtful schedule, but the execution felt uneven. There were long stretches were the staff were disengaged or unclear about next steps, and I would have appreciated more active guidance and interaction. Overall: Ashley Treatment Center offers a strong program, excellent environment, and mostly wonderful staff. But the experience with Donna was deeply harmful and inconsistent with the quality of care provided by the rest of the team. Families should be aware of the visitation costs and be prepared to advocate firmly if a therapist mismatch occurs.

As a homeless Veteran from Indiana leaving an abusive marriage I asked the VA for help for housing. I was on the list for a 1 bedroom apartment and was approved within 3 months with move in date 3 months later. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there. They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I've been driving my father here, several times a year, for quite some time now. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands.

Earlier today I realized I was out of medication while traveling. This VA hospital got me exactly what I needed. It took a little time because their travel liaison was out of office so I had to go to their ER, and they were on a different system than my home VA, but I really appreciated their dillagence. Literally saved my brain from imploding on itself and were so patient!

I've been receiving treatment here for over a year now and I have absolutely no complaints. I love the staff they're all so welcoming and helpful especially Lisa Johnson and my counselor Maddy - they go above and beyond to help me and helped me through the most traumatic moment of my life which was losing my mom suddenly they were both by my side and have helped me in so many ways. Brenda at the front is always all smiles and so nice every time I come to the clinic she always greets me and is helpful with anything I need help with or questions I have. Great team and great treatment center. The nurses are also amazing especially since they now have one less nurse, they still do their best and get everyone in and out at a great pace. The groups are great monthly too.

I have a feeling that since there are sister clinics that are run by the same owner company that you got mixed up somehow because the hours were completely wrong and so is the information you’re better off just calling.

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! In places like this everyone's experience is Different for me I would say This Program is and will always be home for me due to the fact that the foundation of my recovery and the restructuring of my life started here This is a program wherewhat you put in is what you will receive out of it I am truly greatful to the staff the counselors from the Director on Down to the RSP's I've grown very fond of this place and was happy yet sad when it was time for me to move on to the next level of my recovery I honestly miss them dearly and this place will always have a special place in my heart I was able to learn and appreciate so Many things about myself where people look for perfection they forget the meaning of what it means to be greatful Last but not least The food The Food The Food The food immaculate Mama Nan and Ms T. My name is Adam and I'm an grateful recovered addict, my stay there was amazing very beautiful pleace to recover great staff that treat you with the up most respect, mama Nancy is a pillar in the community of gaudenzia west Chester house I will never forget her love and passion she has doing her job and the counselors are amazing.. can't for get Aaron the director of the program he helped me in so many ways I'm am forever grateful for God letting us cross paths. Forget any negative reviews! This is by far THE BEST recovery center of all times! Let's start with the director... 1st off, he will insure the best after care for your well being. He is exceptionally fair. I messed up time after time and he gave me opportunity after opportunity. The rules of the program is enforced but he seen in me what I couldn't see in myself. Now the staff??? They became my family. I'm not saying any names but the RSP Supervisor cares deeply about the clients and their safety. She's like Debo who wants you to take the recovery process seriously. As far as the rest of the staff. Individually they they are not just assets to the company but essential to life. Now if I don't say anything about how good Momma Nancy feeds everyone, I would be dead wrong. When I say you get feed like Grandma back around, The food is excellent. My only complaint is that the residents messed up the coffee twice a day. Smh. Somebody broke into the coffee machine and got caught! Tip on my whole coffee operation 😁
