Never and I mean never have I personally had the opportunity given to me now to be her client..... It's all about following the rules and keeping your cool. All of the negative reviews talking about not caring about anything but money... they are most likely not following the guidelines and rules for the program. If you cuss out the nursing staff because you're I withdrawal, don't expect great service. Do the program as your supposed to -- and you won't have any problems. I've had two counselors over 5 years. Haven't touched an opiate, but rely on this service. I feel safe here. Yes, improvements are needed. More counselors, less stringent cannabis rules like most clinics would improve my experience. Anyway, thumbs up. Saved my life.

I attended RCA for 34 days at Bracebridge Hall. It was the most awesome place for a rehab. I learnt about myself and my addiction. I attended rehab there November 15th - December 17th. The staff in it's entirety, from counselling to doctors, counseling to dietary. There was not one thing they didn't cover in my treatment. The place was the most beautiful place and the treatment was the best treatment out of anyone I have heard. From all the ladies and guys in nursing through the ladies and guys in the kitchen. I will never forget that place or what I learned there. I will always appreciate them for all they did for me. As well, my insurance did not cover my stay. I went through their program on scholarship. I could not thank them enough for what they did for me!!!

My experience at RCA bracebridge Hall is one that absolutely saved my life. It started with a nursing staff. My counselor was absolutely amazing and her name was Tammy. I honestly believe that she wasn't my counselor, I would not be where I am today. I have to mention Chris grape, Lauren and Tom. Without these people my journey would have probably ended short..Beth was my case manager,she was absolutely the best at what she does.Mary who did Mat class is phenomenal.She was my inspiration in the area .she is amazing,she never missed an appointment, which is crazy knowing her workload.Elijah...WOW! I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES.absolutely amazing.She is so calm,and always had/has the right answers at the right time that I need them. I am currently at sober living and the house manager, which name is Evan, deserves a Nobel Peace prize...no really. He has the patience of a god. I don't know how he stays so calm in the situations that he's put through. Even on vacation he still made sure the house was being ran up to par. If I missed anybody I'm so sorry everyone I dealt with it RCA was amazing I don't have anything bad to say about anyone. Nothing but love for RCA and I would recommend this place to anyone who has addiction issues or mental health issues.all love. Oh and Miss Holly is absolutely amazing also she is the best for the kitchen staff. Laura at PHP has a way about her that only she can get away with and she is all love to everyone. She cares so much about her job and is very passionate. Just finished a twenty eight day program this week. Ashley, the staff, PSAs (especially Gavin) helped me to finally grasp the severity of my disease and my spiritual condition. My last visit there was a triple nightmare in day and nighttimes. Treated like POW by local social services offices in the facilities and her Psychiatrist accessory. Three attempts to have vet arrested for no crime - some political militant attacks on a very exhausted battered wounded vet looking for help & advice where he got it before and proved it worked afterwards long-term.Now ghost town. Ouch.After being screwed here fake "wesoldieron" solicited me for HUDVASH Program and torpedoed my claim while they endorsed numerous other vets in the same program. Golly what made them evil.Support compassion fatigue syndrome treatment and recovery for state employees too.Yup that was back in 2011 I believe. Treated like a rabid political target by psychiatrist and a local social services person with an office inside the VAMC Coatesville. I should have went directly to a civilian hospital for eval cause I was in a sad condition and tortured rather than treated.Politics I've never voted yet these hate mongers fabricate anything to hate and gaslight anything not them.Support compassion fatigue syndrome and fund good cops the the nth degree. I can't say enough good things about New Horizons. They genuinely care about their patients and foster an incredible environment that makes a difficult process way more enjoyable (if that's even possible). My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I truly believe this is the Best VA for quick and effective care. Go in, neeed an x ray? Give them 20 mins. Need blood work? Come on in. The urgent care is also great. Grateful to have this close to home. And I highly recommend this location. Good VAs are hard to come by.

Hospice care was a "God Send" for our dad. The entire staff at Perry Point to include; nurses, social workers, chaplain, fireman, care aid techs are all top notch, compassionate and proficient healthcare professionals.As an RN, and having served as a military nurse, it was uplifting to see true Nursing compassion, dedication and love for our military heroes.Dad passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on April 24th, 2024. The magic of this treatment center cannot be put into words. I’ve been working in this industry for nearly 8 years, have worked in a multitude of different settings and have seen the best of the best and the lowest of the low. I could tell you about all of the different treatment modalities we have to offer, the amenities, the activities and hilariously funny day to day antics, but most centers offer these things and isn’t what’s unique. What is unique when you walk into these doors is you don’t see 45 clients bored out of their minds anxious to leave, debating whether they “want this” or not . You don’t see a staff going through the motions of the day, wondering how they’re going to get it all done, miserable and burnt out. There is a light here, a joy and a happiness that fills the building. The first time I walked through those doors I saw true joy, belonging and hope. I saw a family which I’m TRULY blessed to be a part of.
Clients are anxiously waiting to start the day. Staff eagerly game planning for the day to help others while trying to keep their laughter at bay from the great day they had before to the great day they would have that day. Every staff knows every client, all with open doors and in constant engagement ready to help . I could go on but again words cannot explain what has been created here. My only hope is that anyone who is suffering, is looking for purpose and isn’t sure where to turn that they pick up that phone and give Redemtpion a shot. A new life awaits you or your loved one !

Both my boys go here my oldest is now 6yrs old my youngest 6 months old and I absolutely love it great teachers the director is very involved the management team is great as well I never had any issues with trusting them to care for my boys as I do and if I did have any concerns it was handled in a timely manner plus I love how they teach the students Spanish. I ve been a patient at Holcomb Behavioral Health for almost 4yrs.I have never had an issue with anyone and I can be a difficult person. I m a Gemini so my evil twin is always trying to peek out to take over.My therapist has helped my family and I tremendously! The receptionist - OMG! I haven t seen her since the pandemic but when I have to physically go into Holcomb this awesome lovely lady always ask me about my son and ask how I m doing.I Love Holcomb for more reasons than that. I Love Holcomb because they help me navigate through life when life kicks me down. Holcomb changed my life and my children's live for the better. I feel bad that other people's comments are judgmental. I think that people are so closed minded now & days. So, if you re a patient at Holcomb then don t give up! Very helpful and are always there when you need someone to talk to. Coming here was the best thing I did. I have stayed clean since the day I walked through those doors. My first day I was nervous but the ladys that helped me took me through it step by step and answered every question I had. The people here genuinely care about me getting clean and staying that way. I am in my second week of High Focus Center's Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and I have had an outstanding experience. I have the capability to participate virtually, with the in person group, and it is working very well. I love the expressive therapy groups (art, yoga, sound, meditation, etc.), and the psycho education materials. We have a small group and plenty of time to process and participate. In the past two weeks, I am feeling significantly better and I am excited to keep going with my daily challenges. Amazing group of people and positive energy.
