( not just limited to counselor but any of the person's tied to "The process," and or program..I have been raked over coals and have been mislead. Truthfully I was young and didn't realize it was about the money, insurance billing.... statistics..... Not to say all others or most truly are there to help.... I couldn't tell... It's all about following the rules and keeping your cool. All of the negative reviews talking about not caring about anything but money... they are most likely not following the guidelines and rules for the program. If you cuss out the nursing staff because you're I withdrawal, don't expect great service. Do the program as your supposed to -- and you won't have any problems. I've had two counselors over 5 years. Haven't touched an opiate, but rely on this service. I feel safe here. Yes, improvements are needed. More counselors, less stringent cannabis rules like most clinics would improve my experience. Anyway, thumbs up. Saved my life.
