The staff here is amazing. I’ve been to all the clinics from Dover to Seaford and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The methadone is eight, the staff cares actually cares! They have hot food and coffee every morning in the community center side. They advocate for the unhhoused! They help with everything and anything you can imagine. Kristi goes above and beyond for me as a counselor and Jessica is an incredible person and does the same. If any staff member sees that I’m in need. I am offered help in some form or fashion. They check on me daily to make sure I’m alright. The iop leader ma Edith is kind and full of guidance. I could not recommend a maintenance clinic more than this one. They provide.

Only times I have had issues here in the four five years is when I wasn’t making appointments or things that I could have done better . Now I’m working on my detox an got to 7mg got little too rough for me and they helped me out with what worked for me an I just think it’s been a good experience for me overall

The office manager Kathy Leet was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable which helped to ease my mind. My case manager Mike Peck was super supportive and helpful throughout the journey. My 16 year old daughter was brought in by Bayhealth Sussex EMS to Dover BH Pediatrics floor for a severe virus . The nurses on the Pediatric floor are a group of incredible women. Intelligent , thorough, compassionate, professional , attentive, Amber , Jesse , Mel and Sierra . Thank you so much . I was so blessed to have you help my daughter . They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening and answered all my questions as well as keeping us comfortable for 3 days . Dr McGraw was wonderful throughout this journey . I can’t thank her enough for her treatment plan. We are the road to recovery .

I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.
