Only times I have had issues here in the four five years is when I wasn’t making appointments or things that I could have done better . Now I’m working on my detox an got to 7mg got little too rough for me and they helped me out with what worked for me an I just think it’s been a good experience for me overall

My husband (a veteran) went to the ER this morning. Come to find out, he has to get his gallbladder removed! When we got home he went straight to sleep and I went ahead and was trying to get everything set up for him (surgery, consult appointment, etc). I had so much trouble and unhelpful people on the phone through the general VA line. On a whim, I came into this clinic needing help on a situation regarding his surgery. I was met with a very, very nice lady named Miesha. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave me tips and advice on what to do next time this would happen (my husband hasn’t been to the ER under VA insurance until today). She went out of her way to show me things that she didn’t need to, and even provided me a Manila envelope and a binder clip for all my documents! From there, Kim (a nurse) took over and also went above and beyond to help me! I let her know how much pain my husband was in and got the head nurse to help! While waiting, she was so nice to converse with and I enjoyed getting to know her. Christine was amazing in ensuring we would get into a surgery consult ASAP. She’s very kind and straight to the point! She was very eager to help me. I am not a veteran myself, so the fact that I spent at least an hour there getting information from everyone and they didn’t make a DIME off of me is something that’s unheard of nowadays. Thank you Miesha, Kim, and Christine for helping me! I wish I could have you all as MY primary care. ( :

Really helped get meds right n therapy. Had lots of problems n when everyone else kicked me out or gave up they took me as a patient. Also was in a horrible situations with lies being used against me for months, court n this the only place that got all the papers i needed n saved me from having a permanent guardianship. Also after being told for years I can’t handle 99% of work/ more then few hours a week n should be on welfare rest of my life I said I was so miserable sick of being dirt poor they told me work as many hours I get like I used to n it feels good having bread something to keep me busy n not do bad n everything else got better. They treat all mental disorders and are clozapine certified low reviews AINT right sound like people who demanding everything or rude/psychotic coming from experience in health care

My sobriety journey started at Boca. The staff members including Miss Tracey, Hannah and Kevin their alumni coordinator have completely flipped the trajectory of my life. Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. I never knew urgent medical care could be provided with so much caring empathy, and investment in the patient's wellbeing.
