I would recommend more groups with Mr. Derrick, Mr. Delvin, Ashley and Ms. Darlene. Them groups hit home the most.
Ms. LaToya keep it real, and help you realize stuff. She really care and show it. Come here, when you ready for the sober life they will help you. Steve the building supervisor is a man of his word, Nowlin the slickest driver out there. Ms. Lisa come from her office talk us when we needed her. LaToya was a blessing, on everything you need she get it done and show you how.

My husband (a veteran) went to the ER this morning. Come to find out, he has to get his gallbladder removed! When we got home he went straight to sleep and I went ahead and was trying to get everything set up for him (surgery, consult appointment, etc). I had so much trouble and unhelpful people on the phone through the general VA line. On a whim, I came into this clinic needing help on a situation regarding his surgery. I was met with a very, very nice lady named Miesha. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave me tips and advice on what to do next time this would happen (my husband hasn’t been to the ER under VA insurance until today). She went out of her way to show me things that she didn’t need to, and even provided me a Manila envelope and a binder clip for all my documents! From there, Kim (a nurse) took over and also went above and beyond to help me! I let her know how much pain my husband was in and got the head nurse to help! While waiting, she was so nice to converse with and I enjoyed getting to know her. Christine was amazing in ensuring we would get into a surgery consult ASAP. She’s very kind and straight to the point! She was very eager to help me. I am not a veteran myself, so the fact that I spent at least an hour there getting information from everyone and they didn’t make a DIME off of me is something that’s unheard of nowadays. Thank you Miesha, Kim, and Christine for helping me! I wish I could have you all as MY primary care. ( :

Really helped get meds right n therapy. Had lots of problems n when everyone else kicked me out or gave up they took me as a patient. Also was in a horrible situations with lies being used against me for months, court n this the only place that got all the papers i needed n saved me from having a permanent guardianship. Also after being told for years I can’t handle 99% of work/ more then few hours a week n should be on welfare rest of my life I said I was so miserable sick of being dirt poor they told me work as many hours I get like I used to n it feels good having bread something to keep me busy n not do bad n everything else got better. They treat all mental disorders and are clozapine certified low reviews AINT right sound like people who demanding everything or rude/psychotic coming from experience in health care

I went to Boca for detox and a short rehab stay. I can’t say enough about incredibly helpful and caring the staff was. Special shoutout to Mikaela, one of the therapists there and all of the techs and nurses. They guided and helped me along my journey to recovery.

I have never been in any treatment facility for my addiction and I am so grateful that I was sent to Boca. I was scared and nervous about being away from home but I was immediately put at ease by the staff. I had no clothes, Bridget came to my rescue with clothes. Sissy, the housekeep, loved on me like a mother with everything I needed to build my self esteem. Ashley, my Therapist, gave me so many tools to not pick up again and assisted me with many coping skills. Brianna, the case manager, assisted me with all things FMLA and pay related with was great because I didn’t know where to start. The chefs, Joseph and Tyron fed me amazing meals to regain my strength and stay healthy. Kevin, the alumni coordinator, has given me his direct contact in case I need anything sobriety related. Overall this has been a life changing experience for me and I am grateful to have had this opportunity and I know that I have truly made life long friendships at Boca.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Walking into Enlightened in November, I felt a genuine sense of possibility. I went in carrying more than I knew I was carrying. Shame, burnout, trauma. What I found at Enlightened was a team of people who saw straight through the pain and met me with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. The team didn’t treat me as a case file or a diagnosis, they treated me like a whole human who deserved a life beyond survival mode. Enlightened's Main Campus appears to have garnered a reputation as having some of the most effective clinical staff. Their ability to separate treating substance use disorder from true mental health concerns is one of the most valuable things about them.
In an environment where substance use treatment centers often struggle to help people with their mental health, Enlightened Recovery does not have this problem. They are very good at what they do.

My fiancé was in labor at 6 in the morning and we immediately came here and I can’t say enough how great Laura was as our nurse she stayed with us the entire time and how she helped deliver our daughter. Literally sweetest and she was also so helpful with anything and everything from advice to her about how to breathe things to do to make it go faster and feel better all the way to hospitality showing me all the things they had to make us feel comfortable we love her so much I believe she works in the delivery area in “C”
