Over the past year I been dealing with a Rare Blood Disorder called Systemic Mastocytosis. It is a Mast Cell Disease. Local Hospital & John Hopkins both told me, we know what you have, there is no cure, there is no pill, there is nothing else we can do for you. After 10 years of my own research I found out I need to take an antihistamine with H1 and H2 blockers to reduce allergic reactions. Cambridge VA has been over seeing my symptoms, plus psychological therapy. Getting me a new back brace to support my 17 compression fractures. You are greeted very respectful by everyone. Appointment times run on time. The clinic is 40 miles away from where I live. I rather travel 40 miles, than go the local Doctors. Only 1 of my 8 local doctors that I have, has went out of his way to help me. Cambridge VA go out of their way to help you in anyway possible.

I don’t think I will ever be able to fully put into words how grateful I am to the staff here for the way they cared for our little girl during one of the scariest moments of our lives. While we were on summer vacation, our 2.5-year-old daughter had a febrile seizure due to pneumonia and HPIV type 4. We arrived at the ER by ambulance, terrified and not knowing what was going to happen. She was so little, so scared, and needed oxygen, and as a parent, watching your child go through something like that is absolutely heartbreaking. But from the moment we arrived, the staff took such incredible care of her—and of me. They immediately worked to calm her down, comfort her, and make her feel safe. They brought her toys, stuffed animals, and popsicles, doing everything they could to distract her and put a smile on her face. Those small acts of kindness meant more to us than they will ever know. Once she was admitted, the nurses and doctor on call continued to be absolutely amazing. They were patient, compassionate, gentle, and so incredibly kind. Every time they came into her room, they brought her a new toy. They treated her not just like a patient, but like a scared little girl who needed comfort and reassurance. In the middle of such a frightening and unexpected experience, they gave us something we desperately needed: comfort, kindness, and the reassurance that our daughter was in good hands. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is safe and being cared for with genuine compassion. I will forever be grateful to every single person who cared for our daughter and supported our family that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of our precious little girl. We will never forget the kindness you showed her—or how much it meant to us during one of the most terrifying moments of our lives. ❤️

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been to all the clinics from Dover to Seaford and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The methadone is eight, the staff cares actually cares! They have hot food and coffee every morning in the community center side. They advocate for the unhhoused! They help with everything and anything you can imagine. Kristi goes above and beyond for me as a counselor and Jessica is an incredible person and does the same. If any staff member sees that I’m in need. I am offered help in some form or fashion. They check on me daily to make sure I’m alright. The iop leader ma Edith is kind and full of guidance. I could not recommend a maintenance clinic more than this one. They provide.

Only times I have had issues here in the four five years is when I wasn’t making appointments or things that I could have done better . Now I’m working on my detox an got to 7mg got little too rough for me and they helped me out with what worked for me an I just think it’s been a good experience for me overall

Great place to recover, I went in November 2025. They really do take care of you. Some of the techs are amazing! The others not so well. Kirby especially was horrible all about drama. Always tried to make herself better than anyone. If she didn’t like you, she wouldn’t talk to you. The director there I can’t remember his name. Never followed up with anything. I don’t like public speaking when I told him no, instant target on my back.They have great rules in place. I only had issues with two staff members. The others were great!!! The male staff there always professional, on top of things, and actually cared! If I ever needed help again, I would definitely go back.

Sober 2 years, 8 months and 11 days, as of this writing. I’m not sure where to even begin… something that seemed impossible becomes reality and it is one of the most freeing experiences of my life. Is it easy? Absolutely not. This place changed my life; I took notes, paid attention and gathered the resources I needed to remain sober. The information they cover in group sessions is invaluable. I felt the majority of the counselors were pretty good and the staff were all pretty decent. I never felt like any of the staff were absolutely miserable being there and I was always treated fairly. I mean, it’s a rehabilitation center for people with addiction; in most scenarios, paying respect gains respect. It’s definitely an experience to be sure and I’m sure I would view it differently if I hadn’t voluntarily sought the help. The first couple days is pretty rough, for me, they kinda assigned me to another patient and let them show me the ropes, so to type. The whole experience humbled me, helped me to understand myself better and to better understand my fellow humans in general. You meet so many people, hear so many stories; it’s really up to the individual to take all that information and just finally make a change. For me, it was alcohol, so many years just at the mercy of it… feels amazing to be free. Life can still be hard, it never changes, but how we walk through it, the legacy we leave; we get to choose that, no matter what we might have done in the past, we can most certainly be the creators of OUR future. Words of thanks will never be enough, but thank you… my time at the manor was well spent and I do not intend on being a ribbon on the wall. Thank you all for what you do, it certainly changes lives.

I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.
