Bracebridge was and is a lifesaver for me. Not only is the staff 100% invested and amazing, the campus, the food, and facilities definitely contribute to making the tough time a little more bearable. Special shoutout to Tammy who was my Primary Therapist. She pushed and supported me during my stay and I am eternally grateful for her. Another shoutout to Dan, the alumni coordinator. While the entire staff is amazing when you're on the inside, Dan keeps the alumni engaged and active once you leave campus. While it sucked HAVING to be there, I absolutely loved the experience and in hindsight, I have Bracbridge to thank for giving me the tools to have my life back. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My time at RCA Bracebridge Hall truly changed my life. I spent 30 days there, and it was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve ever had.
The program was incredibly informative and gave me the tools I needed to move forward with confidence. What stood out the most, though, was the level of support. The staff genuinely care, you can feel that they have big hearts and are fully invested in helping each person succeed. They made sure I felt prepared for life after leaving, which made a huge difference for me.
I also met some amazing people during my stay, and those connections meant a lot. The facility itself is beautiful and in a peaceful location, which really helped me focus on my recovery.
One of the most valuable parts of the experience has been the alumni support group. Staying connected after leaving has been so important, and the program they’ve built is truly special. Dan, in particular, has done so much for the alumni community, and I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and support.
I feel very blessed to have had this experience, and I would highly recommend RCA Bracebridge Hall to anyone seeking help and a fresh start.

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place!
Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I arrived at the HOG in April 2024. I was broken, desperate, and hopeless. No end in sight. Upon arrival I was welcomed with open arms by the staff. Letting me know there is hope and we can recover. My counselor was absolutely the best. Opening my eyes to the issues at hand and why I turned to alcohol. I was offered the chance to go to the HOG two years before I actually went. Best decision I have ever made. The HOG saved my life, and opened my eyes to a life without alcohol. I will be celebrating 2 years sobriety in a few weeks. Could not possibly be any happier. Life is good. Thank you to the HOG, all the medical staff, all the counselors, administrators, and the whole staff of individuals that keep the place running. My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I was there for close to 3 and a half months in 2010, Mrs. Nancy changed my life in so many ways. A strong independent woman who understood my pain had been through it herself and never judged! I think about her a lot to this day still, it's why I'm writing this now, she seen in me what everyone else has seen in me; me I still didn't see it at that point. She would play this song a lot for me to listen to it was her song to me, id cry and she say that's you you just gotta start seeing it. She even went out her way on family day to come meet my then 2 year old son and hold him saying to him, you got a strong beautiful smart mommy who lives you so much all she talks about is getting better to be the best mommy you deserve and asked him if he'd share me with her cause she loved me to and couldn't wait to see me get it that time!! She was why got through that, not disappointed her became my motivation. Mrs. Nancy you are an inspiration and almost 16 years later I still think of you and the impact you had on my life. You are a beautiful, kind, loving, and also one tough cookie who doesn't take crap from anyone at all. I hope you see this one day and pray that you remember that red haired sorta Tom boyish girl you dressed like a beautiful/hot elf at Christmas in 2009 and as baby new years afterwards because you saw a beauty in me then I couldn't see. Wilmington, DE | Crossroads of Delaware is located in Wilmington, Delaware, and is a substance use treatment facility for youth and adolescents. Clients are assigned to one of three levels of care, and length of stay depends on individual progress. Treatment includes addiction therapy alongside 12 step fellowship, and they have a sister treatment facility in Dover. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | It was a place that I can always look up to to none of the other adults that has a outgoing Outreach spirit motivated to speak and to teach one and another child... this was one of my closest places that I have learned and care for...

As a healthcare provider in the ER in the city of Wilmington I know first hand how big of an issue addiction is, and how hard it is for people to get help. I have send many people to Crossroads, both patients and people who reached to me for help. I have had nothing but positive feedback. The owner Alberta goes above and beyond to get patients the help they need. I refer patients to Crossroads with the utmost confidence.

I have seen first hand the work that has been done by the Crossroads Staff. They give their all each and everyday. When no one else cares, they do, when everyone else gives up, they don't! Keep doing the amazing work that you have been called to do.

Wilmington, DE | Foulk Manor North, located in Wilmington, Delaware is a private alcohol and drug rehab that offers treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including co-occurring mental health disorders. Specialty rehab programs at Foulk Manor North include gender-specific addiction treatment addressing unique challenges faced by men. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | High Praise for Nana Soto at Foulk Living!
My elderly Father needed to find an Assisted Living Facility very quickly when being discharged from a Rehab stay.
Nana Soto along with Michelle Davis from Oasis Senior Living made this transition possible within a very short timeframe.
Under Nana’s guidance and direction my Father is in a comfortable room, a safe environment, with meals, activities and social encouragement.
Nana possesses an ability to know each of her residents and makes it her mission to help each of them feel welcomed and valued.
Thank you so much Nana!

The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. You can feel the heart behind everything they do from the quality of care to the daily interactions. Knowing your loved one is safe, supported, and surrounded by people who treat them like family is the greatest peace of mind.

Outstanding Rehab at Foulk Living, 1212 Foulk Rd., Wilm., DE. My mom was in the Rehab unit from Dec. 2024 - early Feb. 2025. They have dedicated staff who coordinate care to ensure proper rehabilitation. My mom and family cannot rave enough about Tirus (Dir. of Nursing) whose exceptional smile, demeanor, and personality are calming, uplifting, attentive, encouraging, comforting, and supportive. His energy is contagious. He is highly in tuned with a patient's needs and provided us with much-needed advice in terms of identifying subtle signs of symptoms in someone stoic. He was born to do this!!
Lily (Dir. of Rehab) and Stephanie (Dir, of OT), Emily, and Bridgette (PT) were committed to ensuring my mom's rehab went exceedingly well. My mom surpassed some of the doctor's rehab expectations. Tirus, Lily, and Stephanie ensured my mom was not discharged prematurely - an option that could have been driven by insurance.
Rebecca (Admin Coordinator) was very friendly and provided no limits on who could attend the weekly family update meetings. (My mom had 5 family members at these meetings.) Meetings were highly coordinated and provided realistic and forthright information. It was clear the people responsible for my mom's care had her best interests in mind.
While the nurses/aides have many demands on them, they (too many to cite and I don't want to inadvertently forget to mention someone) took particular care to make my mom's stay comfortable and enjoyable. Many really went out of their way for my mom. They were truly special.
They have 2 televisions in the Rehab lobby area showing different things to cater to wider audiences. The nurses/aides rev up festivities during holidays or whenever they can. With my mom and other patients being Philadelphia Eagles fans, they got them energized and engaged while watching the Eagles games (regular season, playoffs and Super Bowl VICTORY). They had entertainment come in to keep patients engaged.
My mom loved everyone so very much that 6 months after her discharge she visited them and brought bagels and coffee to pay tribute and to spend time with them. She continues to be thankful to them. This review is long overdue.
As my mom says, if you could put stars in the folders of those who work in Rehab, put in a whole galaxy of them. ENDLESS THANKS!!!
