Bracebridge was and is a lifesaver for me. Not only is the staff 100% invested and amazing, the campus, the food, and facilities definitely contribute to making the tough time a little more bearable. Special shoutout to Tammy who was my Primary Therapist. She pushed and supported me during my stay and I am eternally grateful for her. Another shoutout to Dan, the alumni coordinator. While the entire staff is amazing when you're on the inside, Dan keeps the alumni engaged and active once you leave campus. While it sucked HAVING to be there, I absolutely loved the experience and in hindsight, I have Bracbridge to thank for giving me the tools to have my life back. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My time at RCA Bracebridge Hall truly changed my life. I spent 30 days there, and it was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve ever had. The program was incredibly informative and gave me the tools I needed to move forward with confidence. What stood out the most, though, was the level of support. The staff genuinely care, you can feel that they have big hearts and are fully invested in helping each person succeed. They made sure I felt prepared for life after leaving, which made a huge difference for me. I also met some amazing people during my stay, and those connections meant a lot. The facility itself is beautiful and in a peaceful location, which really helped me focus on my recovery. One of the most valuable parts of the experience has been the alumni support group. Staying connected after leaving has been so important, and the program they’ve built is truly special. Dan, in particular, has done so much for the alumni community, and I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and support. I feel very blessed to have had this experience, and I would highly recommend RCA Bracebridge Hall to anyone seeking help and a fresh start.

I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

Most efficient maintanance clinic I have ever attended. Staff are outgoing and show they care a lot for the clients. You have a client ID number (used to track who is next to be seen), but you will not be treated as just another number.

Feel you should know the women’s center(ms Amy, Dr Dunham), Dental (Courtney, Donna - Dr Nick), greeting, patient advocate is actually real if you want/need communication through them is better then the general staff cause they handle business the actual hospital side is in and out at a beautiful pace it’s worth the drive rather than public hospital for sure very friendly staff. I’m blessed to have taken patients there and go here myself. Team Wilmington shout out to the few that have made my care and others a priority! Thank YOU

This place saved my life! From the time I walked through the door just three days after my suicide attempt I felt SAFE and with folks who understood what was going on. Once home I realized that I wasn’t 100%. After three weeks home I returned on my own. Today I can proudly say that I have helped several others enjoy the life after The Hog! I am still in contact with many of the staff members who I call family. Don’t ever feel like getting help is a weakness. The HoG is awesome!

The Harbor of Grace helped me gain valuable tools to help with my depression and SI. The staff taught me that it is OK to not be ok and that it is more than acceptable to ask for help in a time of crisis. I would recommend that any first responder going through a difficult time with eother substance abuse or mental health issues to buy in to your own treatment and allow Harbor of Grace to assist you in that treatment.

When one decides to seek therapy, there’s so many emotions that run through your spirit about it. Being vulnerable, being transparent, combatting what we may view as weakness, and fear of facing the unknown face first and healing! I struggled with this myself, I even had a panic attack prior to coming to my first session with Dr. LaRhonda Harmon from the very first session saw me when I was so invisible to even myself… I was a battered spirit and even through my imposter syndrome of my own talents, she helps me see me for me through my own eyes. I never saw myself in therapy, heck I thought I was fine until I needed it! I prayed and asked God(for who He is to me to show me my therapist) God led me to My Dr. LaRhonda and she’s been part of my life ever since. As a Veteran myself who recognizes privacy issues, I can't share names, but a family member has been staying here. Despite the poor rating of this VA Facility, he states that his treatment has been consistent, the staff has been friendly, and the other patients get along well with no drama. What's sad is that so many veterans have no idea that this hospital is available for the treatment of PTSD, Drug/Alcohol Addiction, Bi-Polar Disease, Anxiety and more - for FREE. Meetings are available daily, and in addition to psychological assistance, medical physicians are available too. The hospital is spotless, you can choose the food you'd like to eat for 3 meals a day, and it tastes 😋 good. TVs 📺 aren't in the room, but they are in the Dayroom, along with pool tables, etc. It's even open to Veterans from other states. Sometimes it's difficult to admit the need for help, but hopefully, someone will take the time to read this and reach out.

I love this VA Center. The staff are excellent! The Physician assigned to me is great. Whenever I have a medical problem, I get an appointment at a reasonable time and they listen to the symptoms I have and do a great job getting to the route cause. The amount of time it takes for labs, x-rays, and MRIs is phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their service.

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I went to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago. I first went to the detox program, then the rehab, and then I stayed for their extended partial program and although it wasn’t a completely perfect experience, and you can smell the mushrooms in the air from a nearby farm, they must have done something right because this was my 27th rehab facility and it worked for me. I’m still clean to this day and I’m grateful to Bowling Green because of it

Both my boys go here my oldest is now 6yrs old my youngest 6 months old and I absolutely love it great teachers the director is very involved the management team is great as well I never had any issues with trusting them to care for my boys as I do and if I did have any concerns it was handled in a timely manner plus I love how they teach the students Spanish. This is a great place to start recovery. I am a new client and so far the staff has treated me with respect and kindness. The staff are also very knowledgeable and understand how the demon of addiction plagues the human psyche. They also have transportation that comes picks me up and drops me back off after my counseling sessions. I am confident I will be able to overcome my addiction with Lotus Recovery Centers help.

This is one of the best treatment centers I've been to. It feels like a family when u come in. They don't treat u like a pest or a neusance, they treat u like actual human beings! The front desk ladies, the nurses that dispense ur meds, and the counselors are all wonderful also. I wanna give a special shout out to "My Counselor Chrissy" because she made me want to keep fighting and showed me that you will never fail as long as you choose to continue fighting for urself, for ur life, and for ur happiness! I was skeptical at first but she genuinely made me feel that It was ok to seek help & that I was not alone. I highly recommend Lotus... Seriously!
