RCA and its facilitors were exceptional. Intake and discharge was streamlined and efficient. A variety of flexible groups and speakers were scheduled weekly. Educational classes regarding medications and planning for discharge are also available. The facility provides lesiure activities such as fishing, recovery walks, and a gym. Facility was well maintained and clean. A variety of meals are offered for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a night snack. Substitute protein options are also available. RCA will meet and exceed expectations and provide all one needs for a successful recovery.

My stay at RCA Bracebridge was truly life-changing. This was my first experience in rehab, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded everything I could have imagined. The groups were both educational and life-changing, providing valuable knowledge and tools that I can carry with me throughout my recovery. The staff were exceptionally supportive, caring, and informative. It was comforting to know that someone was always there whenever I needed help or support. My therapist, Jessica V., is amazing, and I will never forget her. Mr. Dan, Mike H., Mrs. Jessie, and Mrs. Amber were also incredibly supportive and generously shared their knowledge and experience, which made a meaningful difference in my recovery. The RSS staff were outstanding, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for everything they did. The kitchen staff, especially Eric, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. That support allowed us to focus on what mattered most—our recovery. Mr. Tariq always listened and showed genuine care and compassion toward the clients. His kindness and willingness to be there for us meant a lot. I will forever be grateful to RCA Bracebridge for helping save my life and giving me the coping skills and tools I need to continue recovering one day at a time. I am leaving with gratitude, hope, and a renewed commitment to my recovery. Thank you to everyone who played a part in this journey

As a homeless Veteran from Indiana leaving an abusive marriage I asked the VA for help for housing. I was on the list for a 1 bedroom apartment and was approved within 3 months with move in date 3 months later. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there. They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I've been driving my father here, several times a year, for quite some time now. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands.

Earlier today I realized I was out of medication while traveling. This VA hospital got me exactly what I needed. It took a little time because their travel liaison was out of office so I had to go to their ER, and they were on a different system than my home VA, but I really appreciated their dillagence. Literally saved my brain from imploding on itself and were so patient!

Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! Forget any negative reviews! This is by far THE BEST recovery center of all times! Let's start with the director... 1st off, he will insure the best after care for your well being. He is exceptionally fair. I messed up time after time and he gave me opportunity after opportunity. The rules of the program is enforced but he seen in me what I couldn't see in myself. Now the staff??? They became my family. I'm not saying any names but the RSP Supervisor cares deeply about the clients and their safety. She's like Debo who wants you to take the recovery process seriously. As far as the rest of the staff. Individually they they are not just assets to the company but essential to life. Now if I don't say anything about how good Momma Nancy feeds everyone, I would be dead wrong. When I say you get feed like Grandma back around, The food is excellent. My only complaint is that the residents messed up the coffee twice a day. Smh. Somebody broke into the coffee machine and got caught! Tip on my whole coffee operation 😁
