A great place with great advisors and staff in general. Nurses were attentive and treated all with dignity. The schedule can be hectic but it passes the day quickly.. Best to do your best and go in with an open mind. You will get the most out of it. I resisted the help for a week of so but it started to click once I stopped resisting the help available to me. Strongly recommend.

I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

Most efficient maintanance clinic I have ever attended. Staff are outgoing and show they care a lot for the clients. You have a client ID number (used to track who is next to be seen), but you will not be treated as just another number.

Had a recent procedure performed by the GI department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I won’t call anyone out by name since it’s a public platform but the entire team (volunteers, nurses, doctors, etc.) were professional, respectful, considerate, and quite funny! They had a great dynamic that made my time there comfortable and helped put me at ease. If I had to repeat the procedure, which fingers crossed I don’t have to, I know I’m in great hands. Thanks to everyone there!

This place saved my life! From the time I walked through the door just three days after my suicide attempt I felt SAFE and with folks who understood what was going on. Once home I realized that I wasn’t 100%. After three weeks home I returned on my own. Today I can proudly say that I have helped several others enjoy the life after The Hog! The Harbor of Grace helped me gain valuable tools to help with my depression and SI. The staff taught me that it is OK to not be ok and that it is more than acceptable to ask for help in a time of crisis. I would recommend that any first responder going through a difficult time with eother substance abuse or mental health issues to buy in to your own treatment and allow Harbor of Grace to assist you in that treatment.

Today's marks my 4 year sober anniversary and it all started with Seabrook. I went when COVID was everywhere and unfortunately after a week about half of the staff was out due to testing positive. Even with half of the staff gone, the rest of the staff did everything and anything they could to help those who truly accepted it. You're able to see people from all walks of life, different backgrounds and of all ages struggle to find peace within themselves and know you're not alone. The speakers who come are extremely powerful with their raw true stories about addiction BUT also more importantly about how they're recovering and kept fighting for themselves. I had no idea what to expect when I went as it was my first time getting help and even acknowledging I needed it. Going to Seabrook and getting sober was the absolute best thing I ever did for myself. Life can be hard but it's not attacking you personally. Once you start to heal yourself, you see more of the beauty in the world and in people. There's way and I mean way more good people than bad. They want to see you succeed and just be happy. Those people are everywhere and once you clear the fog(drugs) from your mind and body you will find them. You then become those who helped you and you get to help others just by staying sober and showing it can happen. I know you guys will be open once again to help those who need it. I have so much love for all of you and thank you for never giving up on us even when it's hard. I am a recovering alcoholic and today I have 4 years sober. I have a new career, an amazing fiance and my life is just beginning. Never give up and know you're not alone. Zoom meetings are 24/7 and they're tons of communities online. You got this! 😀❤️

As a Veteran myself who recognizes privacy issues, I can't share names, but a family member has been staying here. Despite the poor rating of this VA Facility, he states that his treatment has been consistent, the staff has been friendly, and the other patients get along well with no drama. What's sad is that so many veterans have no idea that this hospital is available for the treatment of PTSD, Drug/Alcohol Addiction, Bi-Polar Disease, Anxiety and more - for FREE. Meetings are available daily, and in addition to psychological assistance, medical physicians are available too. The hospital is spotless, you can choose the food you'd like to eat for 3 meals a day, and it tastes 😋 good. TVs 📺 aren't in the room, but they are in the Dayroom, along with pool tables, etc. It's even open to Veterans from other states. Sometimes it's difficult to admit the need for help, but hopefully, someone will take the time to read this and reach out.

I love this VA Center. The staff are excellent! The Physician assigned to me is great. Whenever I have a medical problem, I get an appointment at a reasonable time and they listen to the symptoms I have and do a great job getting to the route cause. The amount of time it takes for labs, x-rays, and MRIs is phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their service.

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle!

When I arrived at the Keystone Center…. 12/16/24 I was gone… lost out of control in my mind and my life had became unmanageable.
I found refuge in the DBT GROUP with the team John, Kat, Jacque, and Barry.
I had lost the ability to trust people as I had lost my sense of reality walking in the door and not only did this group of wonderful individuals open arm welcome me but gave me what I needed when I needed it.
Laughter to set the mood in the mornings and I was so lost I didn’t understand it at first… but gradually it became a healing stone for my soul.

If it wasn’t for the DBT Group idk where I’d be today or what I would have been going through those extremely scary and tough times of my life where I had felt like I lost control and lost myself.
I am also super thankful to Jacquiem who was a tech who made sure he left it all on the floor whenever the opportunity arises to save an addicts life. That man genuinely cares and does it for a bigger reason than just the payroll. Shout out to him for laying out the truth on a eye to eye level with each and every soul who walked in there on a real ass level
Shout out to Jacque from DBT who took the time out of her day to make sure I was okay and stable going through a lot with my kids at the time of being in treatment. Both my boys go here my oldest is now 6yrs old my youngest 6 months old and I absolutely love it great teachers the director is very involved the management team is great as well I never had any issues with trusting them to care for my boys as I do and if I did have any concerns it was handled in a timely manner plus I love how they teach the students Spanish. This is a great place to start recovery. I am a new client and so far the staff has treated me with respect and kindness. The staff are also very knowledgeable and understand how the demon of addiction plagues the human psyche. They also have transportation that comes picks me up and drops me back off after my counseling sessions. I am confident I will be able to overcome my addiction with Lotus Recovery Centers help.

This is one of the best treatment centers I've been to. It feels like a family when u come in. They don't treat u like a pest or a neusance, they treat u like actual human beings! The front desk ladies, the nurses that dispense ur meds, and the counselors are all wonderful also. I wanna give a special shout out to "My Counselor Chrissy" because she made me want to keep fighting and showed me that you will never fail as long as you choose to continue fighting for urself, for ur life, and for ur happiness! I was skeptical at first but she genuinely made me feel that It was ok to seek help & that I was not alone. I highly recommend Lotus... Seriously! Come join the family that cares! 🥰 I promise you won't regret it. I know I don't!

As a provider, I have found that the collaboration with the staff at Meadowood Hospital is far superior than other facilities patients have been sent to. Julie Saville has been an amazing resource and always available to help in any way she can. I was fortunate enough to tour the facility a few years ago and found it to be clean and well organized. i went in oct. 30 and re-admitted dec.15, both in 2023 at 19 years old with no will to live, accepted my death already and felt nothing but dread and misery. that and uncontrollable ptsd nightmares each time i slept, couldn’t control my own negative thoughts and i absolutely hated everything about being alive. no will to live at all. i got admitted as psych patient, put on a lot of meds, tried different medications until some worked. i went to outpatient, and over the months of my meds working and going to daily therapy, my entire mind changed. the old doctor, dr Jacobson really sucked, but dr mike listened to everything i said and took me seriously. he and the staff absolutely changed my life and i don’t know how to thank them enough. they gave me a will to live. thank you dr. Mike, Malory, Edgar, the nurses, and some of the patients i met. i’m living a happy life now and have a purpose. it feels so good
