Bracebridge was and is a lifesaver for me. Not only is the staff 100% invested and amazing, the campus, the food, and facilities definitely contribute to making the tough time a little more bearable. Special shoutout to Tammy who was my Primary Therapist. She pushed and supported me during my stay and I am eternally grateful for her. Another shoutout to Dan, the alumni coordinator. While the entire staff is amazing when you're on the inside, Dan keeps the alumni engaged and active once you leave campus. While it sucked HAVING to be there, I absolutely loved the experience and in hindsight, I have Bracbridge to thank for giving me the tools to have my life back. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My time at RCA Bracebridge Hall truly changed my life. I spent 30 days there, and it was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve ever had. The program was incredibly informative and gave me the tools I needed to move forward with confidence. What stood out the most, though, was the level of support. The staff genuinely care, you can feel that they have big hearts and are fully invested in helping each person succeed. They made sure I felt prepared for life after leaving, which made a huge difference for me. I also met some amazing people during my stay, and those connections meant a lot. The facility itself is beautiful and in a peaceful location, which really helped me focus on my recovery. One of the most valuable parts of the experience has been the alumni support group. Staying connected after leaving has been so important, and the program they’ve built is truly special. Dan, in particular, has done so much for the alumni community, and I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and support. I feel very blessed to have had this experience, and I would highly recommend RCA Bracebridge Hall to anyone seeking help and a fresh start.

The staff at the clinic at the most are good. They do try as best they can. Unfortunately with all the cuts and changes it makes their work more difficult and it makes it more difficult for the veterans who depend on them. Again. The staff no complaints. The processes have become more cumbersome painful. I almost wish somebody would step in and do something good for the VA for a change

Honestly, no place is going to work until you’re fully ready. With that being said, this place completely changed my life. I’ve been using for over 6 years, been to multiple places & never stuck with it. Until I came here, I was actually ready this time & that made all the difference. I almost have a month clean, & I just wanted to thank everyone here that helped me & believed in me. From Dr. Mike, to Mrs. Gloria the social worker, the techs (can’t remember all their names, but especially Lex) I will say the food is horrible lol but if you’re actually ready it’s a great place & worth giving it a shot. It does suck that it’s technically a mental hospital/psych ward so keep that in mind being there. It’s not an actual rehab or anything you’re just there for detox.

Truthfully I have had Good and bad experience''s it's kind of hard for me to say because my counselors are Amazing absolutely Amazing, But I've had some really bad incidents with nursing staff and not one incident was actually my fault but the fault was still tried to be blamed on me but because they have such a Great Supervisor I think she is Garnisha she looked into those incidents right away for me because I had my counselors that had my back so I was never written up for anything I really appreciate the help I had in those situations getting to the truth .The front staff and security guards are Great they get alot of flack from clients but if you ever sit there for any amount of time you will come to realize there just doing there job and they really do try to do it as friendly as possible for all the grief they get that's definitely not there fault .Bree has caught on so quick and she's a real sweetheart and Miss Anna I Miss Very Much I really WISH SHE COULD COME BACK TO WORK BUT DO TO MEDICAL ISSUES I DON'T THINK SHE WILL BE ABLE TO I HOPE IF SHE EVER SEES THIS SHE KNOWS I MISS HER AND MY GRANDSON FINALLY CAME HOME AFTER ALMOST 2 AND A HALF YEARS IN THE HOSPITAL FROM THE DAY HE WAS BORN EXTREMELY PREMATURE,SHE WOULD ALWAYS ASK ABOUT HIM .I MISS YOU AND PETE HE WAS AN AMAZING COUNSELOR THAT HAD TO LEAVE I WISH I GOT TO SAY GOODBYE TO HIM BEFORE HE DID ...BUT MY LIFE HAS CHANGED IN SO MANY GREAT WAYS REACHING GOALS AND HAVING COUNSELORS THAT ACTUALLY LISTEN TO ME AND I KNOW THEY DO BECAUSE 3 MOTHS LATER THEY ACTUALLY REMEMBERED A CO WORKER OF MINES NAME WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FINALLY SOMEONE THAT DOESNT JUST TALK TO ME BUT REALLY HEARS ME THAT IS A FIRST IN MY LIFETIME...AND THATS THE TRUTH ..!!!!

We had an amazing experience at Bayhealth Kent county labor and delivery and postpartum units. Suzanne in L&D was so kind and caring. You could tell how much she truly loves her job. Her presence, education, and attitude is the reason why mom and our baby were safe and had a great birthing experience. The postpartum nurses and aides were so attentive and gentle with mom and baby. Nurse Mary went above and beyond for us and helped explain things to relieve our worries. She does an exceptional job in every way! Other nurses that will also hold a special place in our hearts because of their kindness on postpartum are nurse sarah, nurse Audrey, nurse jamina, and nurse Sam. Thank you all for everything you do. Project Chesapeake is a great IOP/OP treatment option. Not only does the staff genuinely care about you, they offer multiple services under one roof. I opted into this program for longer than required (crazy right?) and will continue to utilize their services regardless of my OP completion. Although I've had a mixed experience between the two different people, Katie definitely needs more experience, Ian ... well ..man what can I even say. I've sure learned a lot and ..hey.... 😉 ..he did get me to express my need even though when I did he ignored me...but... nobody's perfect...especially not me.
