When I started here the staff before and up to today was beautiful and respectful now to management you all let a great doctor Doctor Seth which is very sad and now Doctor Boyd one of the best caring doctor a Christian woman with Faith is God go when Dr. was on vacation there was one Doctor tried her best to put me back on narcotics methodone I refused I didn’t want a life like we all had before and of this management had a heart and there Faith of Gods Love they would of kept around two doctors of the best I ever met that truly cared about their patients it takes a Heart not about saving a few dollars and put doctors in place of Doctors Seth and Dr.Boyd but them two are doing well and so blessed my heart goes the staff because if they let 2 wonderful great doctors go they will let staff go because of greed and management doesn’t care about their patients or staff they care about the money money only you all keep God first starting out the day and watch the beautiful blessings keep coming in your lives 🙏😇✝️ and to Doctor Seth and Doctor Boyd Gods going to bless you both in many ways love you both I’m a Christian it’s why I say this to everyone

As a husband and now a girl dad, I have to say my experience being with my girls throughout my daughter’s birth here at Bayhealth Hospital Kent Campus has been nothing short of incredible.
As a former clinician, career firefighter/paramedic - I have to say that I have seen enough to be quite familiar with the medical field - pre and post hospital. I’ve experienced in my time seeing the good and the bad. And I’m not sugar coating this review.
Being there with my wife giving birth naturally on the Labor & Delivery unit, to my daughter having to go to the NICU, to being on the postpartum unit…. Every RN and NP has completely put my heightened state of emergent trained thinking at ease… the state of mind that’s exponentially heightened as this process involved my wife and my newly born daughter.
Yet these women… these nurses I encountered all were extremely competent, well-trained and with a level of patient care that not only confirms they are in the right position themselves - but gave me complete confidence in them with the care of my family.

I recently moved from Houston, Texas where my wife and I had our twin boys. The medical level of care there with Texas Children’s and OB is recognized and top notch…. What I can say coming through the 5th and 6th floors of this hospital with Labor&Delivery, Postpartum and the NICU….. These nurses rivaled that quality and experience I experienced in nationally ranked and recognized hospitals. Thank you nurses again and I hope this reaches you.

Had a great experience here with a scheduled surgery. Intake was very quick and efficient, every nurse and doctor I interacted with was kind and helpful. I’ve had so many horrific experiences with Christiana Care - so bad that it’s caused PTSD and I’m in therapy - that I was willing to try literally anything else for a chronic issue I needed help with. I was really pleased with how Bayhealth handled everything, even keeping my caretaker informed every step of the process if she wasn’t in direct contact with me.
The only downside was waiting in pre-op, but I believe the surgery ahead of me ran over significantly, but whenever things were moving, they were quick.
I’ve also been seeing the hematology dept for a separate issue and they’ve been very helpful, and getting blood drawn in outpatient was fantastic. They are so patient with trying to find the best site and cause minimal pain - love it.
MUCH cleaner than Christiana Care, staff is way more personable, and I felt fine and safe overall.

I just left Banyan today, and I can't possibly say enough to express how wonderful everyone there was!! My therapist, Sabrina, was amazingly kind, understanding and knowledgeable and truly helped me a lot, especially with my anxiety and coping with past trauma. My case manager, Matt, was there whenever I needed something from him and was also incredibly kind. The techs are beyond awesome, Rose especially, all of them always going the extra mile for me and everyone else. The group facilitators I can't thank enough, like Liz, Cali and Pat, truly helping me to recognize my self-worth and learn how to actually execute healthy coping mechanisms, not just know about them. The nurses, like Megan and Anna and Christina are so kind, patient and helpful. Even my driver, Andy, was instrumental in my recovery there, being incredibly insightful and helpful. Please, please, ANYONE who is struggling with any sort of addiction, give Banyan at least a try. They will help you turn around and save your life more than you could ever expect. 07/12/24 I almost died from Pancreatitis from my drinking. It’s a scary thing checking yourself in to a place like that. I was welcomed with open arms. The first person to sit down and talk to me one on one, pick my brain if you will before I started classes was Mr. Bill from RSS and Big Dan one of the instructors there. And Miss Holly big shout out to her for helping me get my meal plan back together I was a bodybuilder. Big Dan always talked with intensity and passion as a former addict. I had a recent bender and the first thing that happened when I walked in I shook Mr. Bills hand said long time no see, no judgement he said you hungry and fed me. Next day saw Big Dan with guilt I said I’m sorry I’m back but I’m happy to see you. We got talking a bit I sat down in the very first class I had with him and it was so raw and real, vulnerable even about his experiences. I hope this review does good for people looking for help. And I help they all see this knowing how much good they truly give to people and help they give to the world. Just finished a twenty eight day program this week. Ashley, the staff, PSAs (especially Gavin) helped me to finally grasp the severity of my disease and my spiritual condition. They took personal interest in me and helped stop me from leaving despite me being a little “difficult” 😆 I will always be grateful for Ashley, for giving me the ability to even say the word grateful, which is a miracle in itself.
