I have tried going here on several occasions. If I could rate it lower I would.
First time going i was told i was ubgrateful bc my session was covered by the state and i didnt pay put of pocket "people pay $200 for this and you arent paying anyhting but act ungrateful" told i would "grow out of" being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (something that you dont grow out of btw)
Was with a therapist who was great but she moved out of network after a month and a half.
Contacted them after I had my child bc I felt i was a danger to myself. Was given a handful of pills that made me just sleep and feel worse. So when mentioned i didnt feel better and the thoughts were worse they just upped the dose (within 2 weeks from the last medication) so I had 2 months worth of pills in less than 1 months of treatment while actively telling them I wanted to harm myself and their solution was just throw more pills at me (even though their notes should indicate i have tried to unalive myself with pills prescribed BY THEM in the past)
I get it meds help alot of people but just throwing bottles of pills at people isnt how you treat issues.

Although sending my loved one to treatment is never easy, I found Daytop Staff to be patience and helpful. The therapist, Case Management staff and the Clinical Director were very professional and helpful. During my son's stay we participated in the family association and this support was very helpful. In the end it takes a team of good people to make recovery work and I feel that Daytop Staff helped not only my son but us as a whole. When I see reviews I get worried and was able to take a tour and se the program for myself. I am glad I selectee Daytop for my child and am pleased to report he is doing well.

This is a great place to start recovery. I am a new client and so far the staff has treated me with respect and kindness. The staff are also very knowledgeable and understand how the demon of addiction plagues the human psyche. They also have transportation that comes picks me up and drops me back off after my counseling sessions. I am confident I will be able to overcome my addiction with Lotus Recovery Centers help.

This is one of the best treatment centers I've been to. It feels like a family when u come in. They don't treat u like a pest or a neusance, they treat u like actual human beings! The front desk ladies, the nurses that dispense ur meds, and the counselors are all wonderful also. I wanna give a special shout out to "My Counselor Chrissy" because she made me want to keep fighting and showed me that you will never fail as long as you choose to continue fighting for urself, for ur life, and for ur happiness! I was skeptical at first but she genuinely made me feel that It was ok to seek help & that I was not alone. I highly recommend Lotus... Seriously! Come join the family that cares! 🥰 I promise you won't regret it. I know I don't!

I had a wonderful experience in the partial hospital program at the Orchards. When I first came to the program I was extremely depressed and all I could think about were negative thoughts. The LCSW who ran the PHP program, Stephanie, was beyond amazing and provided educational sessions on how to combat negative self talk, CBD, EMDR, and anxiety reducing techniques. I would highly recommend anyone struggling with depression or anxiety or any other mental health disorder including bipolar, schizo affective disorder, borderline personality disorder, etc. to enroll in the program. It truly helps! I also made some lifelong friends who don't judge me due to my condition. It was so refreshing to meet people who didn't stigmatize me because they could relate.
