I've been with them for 6 years and in my opinion they are great I love my counselor she cares about me and my recovery. I have sent her text messages well out of office hours having a mental breakdown and she was fast to respond and talk me through it even though she was not on duty at the time. You get what you put into it. Meaning if you r serious and want the help it's there. If you aren't putting the effort in it's not gonna help. No place is perfect I've had bad experiences here as well but for the most part it's been a great help for me.

I rarely leave reviews, but after many years with Anew Mental Health, and the ongoing support from their office staff, their doctors, nurses and therapists, I would not be coming up on 10 years of sobriety. Their consistent and thorough care continues to play such a critical part in helping me to remain steadfast and focused on living a life I once wanted no part of. I personally, have never had an instance where open and available communication became an issue, and have always had timely responses to any questions or concerns I have. Just last week, my car window was smashed and my belongings were stolen, one of the items being my medications I had just picked up for the month. Had a caesarean a little over a week ago and it was the best experience! Every nurse, cna, meals and hospitality staff member I had was exceptional, kind, informative and eager to help. The doctors were just as wonderful. I have had three caesareans at three different hospitals and Kent by far was my best experience. They kept myself, baby and my husband comfortable and well taken care of our entire stay. I would recommend this hospital for many reasons, but the staff themselves are worth their weight in gold.

I was extremely anxious entering the Smyrna Bayhealth walk-in. Every person I dealt with was informative and comforting. For 2 hours they relieved my pain and my female doctor read the scan and confirmed I needed my appendix out. Matter-of- factly she said the ambulance is on its way to take you to Bayhealth in Dover, they have a room for you. I was relieved to now have answers and to know the issue of my pain but also comforted and confident someone was taking care of me. I can't say enough about all the wonderful people at Bayhealth Dover!!!!!!! I want to drop all their names!! You woman are bossess!!!!!!! I will never forget you!!! My mother was in for pneumonia, the nurses on the 3rd are wonderful. Miranda has excellent bedside manners. Very nice. So gentle and shows concern. The nurses aids need to learn some empathy for their patients. Myself and my mother appreciate the kindness of the nurses. The food is very good.

I attended RCA for 34 days at Bracebridge Hall. It was the most awesome place for a rehab. I learnt about myself and my addiction. I attended rehab there November 15th - December 17th. The staff in it's entirety, from counselling to doctors, counseling to dietary. There was not one thing they didn't cover in my treatment. The place was the most beautiful place and the treatment was the best treatment out of anyone I have heard. From all the ladies and guys in nursing through the ladies and guys in the kitchen. I will never forget that place or what I learned there. I will always appreciate them for all they did for me. As well, my insurance did not cover my stay. I went through their program on scholarship. I could not thank them enough for what they did for me!!!

My experience at RCA bracebridge Hall is one that absolutely saved my life. It started with a nursing staff. My counselor was absolutely amazing and her name was Tammy. I honestly believe that she wasn't my counselor, I would not be where I am today. I have to mention Chris grape, Lauren and Tom. Without these people my journey would have probably ended short..Beth was my case manager,she was absolutely the best at what she does.Mary who did Mat class is phenomenal.She was my inspiration in the area .she is amazing,she never missed an appointment, which is crazy knowing her workload.Elijah...WOW! I HAVE NO CLUE HOW SHE DOES WHAT SHE DOES.absolutely amazing.She is so calm,and always had/has the right answers at the right time that I need them. I am currently at sober living and the house manager, which name is Evan, deserves a Nobel Peace prize...no really. He has the patience of a god. I don't know how he stays so calm in the situations that he's put through. Even on vacation he still made sure the house was being ran up to par. If I missed anybody I'm so sorry everyone I dealt with it RCA was amazing I don't have anything bad to say about anyone. Nothing but love for RCA and I would recommend this place to anyone who has addiction issues or mental health issues.all love. Oh and Miss Holly is absolutely amazing also she is the best for the kitchen staff. Laura at PHP has a way about her that only she can get away with and she is all love to everyone. She cares so much about her job and is very passionate. Just finished a twenty eight day program this week. Ashley, the staff, PSAs (especially Gavin) helped me to finally grasp the severity of my disease and my spiritual condition. Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. I would recommend this rehab to anyone!!Especially coming from someone who is not a first time winner and has been to many other centers. Very appreciative and grateful for this place!!!

I was a patient at sobriety solutions and a resident at their sober living house for three months. It was an important and rewarding part of my early recovery. I was able to take part in the daily group sessions and got an amazing counselor that helped me transition back into every day life. I met some great people there, that I still talk to today - almost a year later. They went above and beyond to help me get my feet back under me and I m truly grateful I made the decision to go there.
