My 34-day stay at Keystone was a transformative experience that exceeded my expectations. The staff was compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery, creating a supportive environment that met my needs. A special shout out to a few on staff: John & Barry in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy program, Chris, Kuma, Shawn, and Debbie. These people helped me immensely. When I arrived at the Keystone Center…. 12/16/24 I was gone… lost out of control in my mind and my life had became unmanageable.
I found refuge in the DBT GROUP with the team John, Kat, Jacque, and Barry.
I had lost the ability to trust people as I had lost my sense of reality walking in the door and not only did this group of wonderful individuals open arm welcome me but gave me what I needed when I needed it.
Laughter to set the mood in the mornings and I was so lost I didn’t understand it at first… but gradually it became a healing stone for my soul.

I live in my own home with my children two young boys who I had been separated from for about a year and a half…. I don’t have just a job now I have a career. I love my life and live in Clearwater, Florida.
If it wasn’t for the DBT Group idk where I’d be today or what I would have been going through those extremely scary and tough times of my life where I had felt like I lost control and lost myself.
I am also super thankful to Jacquiem who was a tech who made sure he left it all on the floor whenever the opportunity arises to save an addicts life. That man genuinely cares and does it for a bigger reason than just the payroll. Shout out to him for laying out the truth on a eye to eye level with each and every soul who walked in there on a real ass level
Shout out to Jacque from DBT who took the time out of her day to make sure I was okay and stable going through a lot with my kids at the time of being in treatment. She was a true angel during my time in Keystone. Made me feel like I had someone in my corner at all times no matter what and I needed that.

Legacy is amazing, very welcoming and comforting. Jack is the Best, I could name many great people(Staff) from Jess, Andrew, Shelly, Terrance, Ed, Matt... The list goes on. I have had the best experience & not to forget You wouldn’t have legacy without Melissa. The way classes are organized from instructors to the scheduling she is on top of it.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.

How do you describe a place that actually saves your life? It's something that's impossible to articulate. But I'll say it like this...the people that work at RCA Devon are angels. They care in a way that's hard for a non-addict or a non-alcoholic to understand, and it's because they know what it's like to be broken and lost like the patients that come through their program. I made more than a few trips there, and I was always welcomed with open arms. The facility is as nice and comfortable as you're going to find in any rehab in the Delaware Valley. I can never repay the people who work at RCA Devon. All I can do is pay it forward. If you're struggling with substance abuse or alcoholism go there, and you'll see what real compassion and empathy look like. I am forever grateful to the people who work there.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

Had a recent procedure performed by the GI department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I won’t call anyone out by name since it’s a public platform but the entire team (volunteers, nurses, doctors, etc.) were professional, respectful, considerate, and quite funny! This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. I spent a little over a month there. It wasn't under the best circumstances, and I was scared, nervous, and unsure about everything that was happening to me. Everyone that I dealt with there was incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, reassuring, and professional. The staff there made what could have been a very stressful and trying time bearable and easy to go through. They absolutely deserve these 5 stars.

Today's marks my 4 year sober anniversary and it all started with Seabrook. I went when COVID was everywhere and unfortunately after a week about half of the staff was out due to testing positive. Even with half of the staff gone, the rest of the staff did everything and anything they could to help those who truly accepted it. You're able to see people from all walks of life, different backgrounds and of all ages struggle to find peace within themselves and know you're not alone. The speakers who come are extremely powerful with their raw true stories about addiction BUT also more importantly about how they're recovering and kept fighting for themselves. I had no idea what to expect when I went as it was my first time getting help and even acknowledging I needed it. Going to Seabrook and getting sober was the absolute best thing I ever did for myself. Life can be hard but it's not attacking you personally. Once you start to heal yourself, you see more of the beauty in the world and in people. There's way and I mean way more good people than bad. They want to see you succeed and just be happy. Those people are everywhere and once you clear the fog(drugs) from your mind and body you will find them. You then become those who helped you and you get to help others just by staying sober and showing it can happen. I know you guys will be open once again to help those who need it. I have so much love for all of you and thank you for never giving up on us even when it's hard. I am a recovering alcoholic and today I have 4 years sober. I have a new career, an amazing fiance and my life is just beginning. Never give up and know you're not alone. Zoom meetings are 24/7 and they're tons of communities online. You got this! 😀❤️

I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I have established life long friend connections because of that place. I will never forget when they helped me out when my cigarettes got stolen. This place is by far some of the most positive and welcoming places I've been to. The staff is great and Nick, head of security really does an outstanding job of ensuring proper protocol is followed to maintain the safety of the patients, staff and the center as a whole. I went to this detox and rehab several times and they always accepted me back and let me keep trying to get myself clean a year and a half ago I went to their pemberton campus which is not the best of places but I made due and I’ve been clean a little over 18 months now so I don’t think it’s ever the rehab because I’ve been literally everywhere just has to do with if the persons willing to put in the work to make the best of the place they can get in get as much out of it and not go back out and use so you don’t ever have to be in an uncomfortable place like detox and rehab rehab and detox isn’t supposed to be comfortable and with how a lot of these places are they make it so comfortable people want to keep coming back but this place not only was my counselor great but the techs were great and went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed if I was too sick to get up and go to any meal and made sure I was up for my smoke break I owe Merryville my life because I’d probably be dead if they didn’t get me extensions and set me up for my mat treatment for when I left. I would like to thank the entire staff at the Williamstown location for being there! This experience was very hard for me and even harder to stay and complete. However, I did complete, Thankfully! The CITs, nurses, counselors, administrators, and in the kitchen (good food) were there each and every time I needed to talk to someone. Helping me find peace within that moment. Thank you all!

This place was and still is a blessing for me. This was my first time in a place like this and it was a very positive experience. I can not say enough positive things about the cit's and Maryville in a whole. I was treated with respect from everyone there. I feel as though they go above and beyond for there clients. They give you all the tools you need to be successful apone leaving and I'm very thankful for that. It is how anything is in life you will only get out of it what you put in to it and that being said I got more than words can say out of it, but that is because I chose to make it that way. I want to thank Maryville and all the cit's / counslers there you guys have saved my life and I will forever be thankful to you all. Big shout out to a few people who deserve honorable mentions as they went above and beyond for me and everyone around them. First is Derek and Tay they work over night and we're always a ray of sunshine when they came in. Mr E is the most down to earth man and super understanding. He is very protective of his clients and it shows in his all around character. Also the cit June bug ( Jesus) he has a great grasp on recovery he helped me in more ways then I can say. Last but far from least is the A team of nurses barb and Julie these two nurses gave me all the respect a man can ask for. Amazing staff who make sure you’re are well taken care of and comfortable. The chef made incredible food for every meal and stocked the fridge every day with fresh food that we could eat at anytime as well. They also kept the freezer stocked with ice cream and water ice. The facility is cozy and kept very clean. There is a smart tv in every room as well as in the lounge/common area which is set up like a living room. I found the groups helpful. There are 3 hour long groups you can attend but don’t have to and either an AA or NA speakers that comes every night for an hour long meeting. I liked that Sunrise is a smaller facility, having room for about 20 patients. This made it easier to open up and share. You are able to go outside for fresh air or to smoke anytime except during group time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sunrise Detox. Thank you to all the staff! You all are amazing!!

I went to sunrise 6/7 for the first time ever and I don’t regret a single thing about. Never been to detox before but the people who work there actually care about you and want you to get better. It only works if you are ready though. The food was amazing everyday, the counselors are there to help you, and the doctors/nurses want what’s best for you. I will 100% be going back there one day to speak to the patients to show them that recovery is possible. They also help you with finding resources after being discharged. I was recommended tk a doctor for the sublocade shot and had it done within two weeks of leaving sunrise. It’s a smaller operation but I found it to be better.
