I recently transitioned from ARS of Lancaster, abruptly but I want to take a moment to thank the entire staff. You literally save my life. Although I had some bumps and brushes along the way just know that all of you are a God send, and you are making a difference and I diffinitely rate you all 5 stars plus. If not for Ars I would have died.

Dr. Pearce is the best, he knows his stuff and really cares about you if you take the program seriously. The girls at the desk are the best and always have great attitudes even though they deal with ignorant, disrespectful drug addicts all day.

We have worked with the staff here for over a decade and they have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, supportive and understanding. We would not have been able to navigate the foster to adoption process with out their counsel, guidance and training and would recommend this agency to anyone considering foster care or adoption.

I've been treated at this location for 4 years with multiple therapists and have always had a good experience. In regards to common complaints of it being "money hungry" this is the American healthcare system at it's finest. I also have Medicaid, so I've never had an issue with insurance or payments. I know when my partner wanted to start being seen even though their insurance was accepted it was not fully covered and it was costing $70 out of pocket. However, this is a common issue overall due to the American healthcare system. Once insurance began to cover costs they received a refund check for being over charged. My therapist also helped with resources to get them paying next to nothing to get back into therapy after being discharged due to not being able to afford it. With the therapist's help and resources they can now attend again, afford it, and got help getting accepted with state insurance. The receptionists have always been nice and friendly. Every therapist I've seen I've had a good experience with. One complaint I have is the high rate of staff leaving abruptly. Twice the therapist I was seeing left the company and I had to get transferred to a new counselor. This is completely due to their personal choices. I got transferred right away too. I began seeing the psychiatrist which was easy to get an appointment with help from my therapist at the time. She got me seen and evaluated and I began to see her for med management. It was a positive and quick experience and greatly helped me mentally and physically on my journey. I hope that everyone can find the support and help they need. Whether here or at another facility. I will be continuing to go to PA counseling services.

I have been coming here for years now and I couldn't ask for a better councilor. She has been with me through so many things and has helped with everyone. I highly recommend this location.

My experience enhances as days go on, I love the weekly sessions & the way the things Damien learns actually stick with him. He utilizes his strategies & techniques. Ponessa has always helped Damien a lot as this is the 2nd time he's been apart of this facility

Without their continued support and guidance, along with a large dose of caring, I have been able to navigate all the complexities of having a family member struggling with their mental heath. The Ponessa billing department has been excellent! Their detail with handling insurance claims is one of their many talents to ensure their patients do not worry if insurance will or will not cover the visits. Their caring nature is reflected in all that they do! Way to go Ponessa Team!

Elizabeth was great super friendly environment.

We have Susan as our couples therapist and she is absolutely amazing ! She advocates for both of us , and she validates both of us and understands how we both are feeling and where we are coming from . And examines that we both have a lot of traumas . And that’s what is part to do of the vicious cycle that’s in affect as well. As some neurological disorders from my part playing an effect as well . She understands , and she is supportive of that with me . And doesn’t judge me based on that . Nor thinks I’m faking or making it as an excuse like other providers in the past have made it seem or feel! It honestly has made me feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulder! And I feel like finally I’m heard and I’m understood and she sees me for who I truly am ! God bless her ! She’s great ! And we are so blessed and thankful to have her ! The staff here are absolutely fantastic as well! And Susan is just even more fantastic!

Adam Becker was at outpatient he was my counselor he helped me so much Samson was my case manager he had so much knowledge and experience in a lot of different areas along with a great and warm personality the whole team there is amazing they really care and go above and beyond for each client that walks through the door also their Marietta REC program is great!! Couldn’t of asked For better program,people, and resources they have had a huge impact on my life and recovery

Look for the Good and You will find it. Thank You Gatehouse for All the Help. They Helped me get food stamps and Housing. Also Helped me go back to school, for free. Most Of All They Helped Me To Believe In Myself And My Recovery.

Practical advice for my issues

Irate this a five stars because the front desk was very friendly she had a beautiful smile on her face and she helped me out very good and my therapist that I was doing the intake with oh my God she is very good and I felt so comfortable with her opening up and I really like it here and I don't feel bad at all the people are doing their job for this reason I give you skies a five stars keep up the good work
