I am so grateful I took that step because working with Christian has been life changing. He patient and he genuinely listens. Each session made me feel seen and supported, and gave me the tools to navigate difficult moments with more clarity and peace. The entire team here is wonderful. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I actually looked forward to seeing them. I still remember my very first appointment, it was in the evening and one of the ladies walked me out and waited to make sure I got safely into my car. That simple gesture meant a lot. I cannot complain. Yeah, Good experience overall, I opened up , met some cool people. It was pretty chill. She was very open and understanding. She also worked with my schedule, made me feel like she was here to help me not out to get me if that makes sense. She even gave us snacks once . What made it cool 😎 was that it proved she was listening to us talk during group. Not just in lala land or clock watching or on her phone you know . She’s cool. Ashleynn was cool to and nice . The therapist that conduct the groups are phenomenal and You actually want to show up a group and pay attention because they keep your attention and are Some of the best at what they do. I would personally like to Thank every single BHT, Nurse, Therapist and All of the staff, For helping me more than any place has On my journey to healing from all the trauma that I’ve been through. Zachary Blosser 2 years ago Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that. ted anderson 3 years ago
