I don’t think I will ever be able to fully put into words how grateful I am to the staff here for the way they cared for our little girl during one of the scariest moments of our lives.
While we were on summer vacation, our 2.5-year-old daughter had a febrile seizure due to pneumonia and HPIV type 4. We arrived at the ER by ambulance, terrified and not knowing what was going to happen. She was so little, so scared, and needed oxygen, and as a parent, watching your child go through something like that is absolutely heartbreaking. But from the moment we arrived, the staff took such incredible care of her—and of me.
They immediately worked to calm her down, comfort her, and make her feel safe. They brought her toys, stuffed animals, and popsicles, doing everything they could to distract her and put a smile on her face. Those small acts of kindness meant more to us than they will ever know.
Once she was admitted, the nurses and doctor on call continued to be absolutely amazing. They were patient, compassionate, gentle, and so incredibly kind. Every time they came into her room, they brought her a new toy. They treated her not just like a patient, but like a scared little girl who needed comfort and reassurance.
In the middle of such a frightening and unexpected experience, they gave us something we desperately needed: comfort, kindness, and the reassurance that our daughter was in good hands.
As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is safe and being cared for with genuine compassion. I will forever be grateful to every single person who cared for our daughter and supported our family that day.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of our precious little girl. We will never forget the kindness you showed her—or how much it meant to us during one of the most terrifying moments of our lives. ❤️

sadly when you see ratings that are so far apart and no real middle ratings one has to ask themselves who is the real problem. So all I can say is the staff on all levels has been great. Sometimes I wonder if they debrief the staff enough. I mean some of these kids and parents I see while waiting for my appointment drive me crazier than I already am lol. If everyone you meet is a jerk maybe the jerk is you.

I just left Community Behavioral Health after the inpatient program. This is the best place to get sober and get the help you need. The staff is great and the patients there really care about one another.
The advocates here are very helpful and caring about what it is that you need help with. They are almost like a second family to you. They help with practically almost everything that you could possibly need help with. The housing is good and they even help with appointments, meds, and even help you to get a job if you want one. Dont know what I would do without them.
VA staff were very nice, just walked in for first time and have my first physician visit in less than 24 hours. Much appreciated

I am extremely pleased with the service and attention I receive.I was transferred to Riverside for an appointment, they were requesting payment information so I called the clinic.Alisa Harman stated the day/time she faxed the information and explained to the financial officer that I was a veteran and should have never been asked for payment.In other words, in a very humiliating situation, ALISA HARMAN went above and beyond by giving the proper information a second time, ONLY AFTER, requesting who she could contact to make sure this didn t happen to a veteran again.When I brought this up to a co-worker of ALISA HARMAN, she stated her job was to simply give Riverside the correct phone number to call BUT ALISA handle it on the spot going ABOVE & BEYONDI m placing this on GOOGLE REVIEW because the phone numbers in this pamphlet would not take my call.

It's a VA clinic, while it's a bit of a pain to travel so far out of my way. It's still a nice place.
The staff is friendly and amazing. They do so much while being constantly hampered by the federal government with you know their incompetence.
The staff here is competent, the place is clean and well taken care of. If you need help and are a veteran it's the only place around that can and will help you.

I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a free fix.
FIRST: This company is now called "Coras Wellness! The listed name (The OLD name that is no longer valid) "Connections CSP," shouldn't be relavently searchable as an active community clinic ANYWHERE within the state of Delaware or searchably accessible on Google under THAT name or under search terms offeriing services under the auspices of currently available ACTIVELY servicing clinics within the Delaware area!
