If I could leave a negative review I absolutely would. My mom was sick the whole time she was there. She would do rehab and she had to keep explaining how much she was in pain. We took her home for 9hrs and she had to have 911called. Her health was so bad her bladder swelled to the size of someone pregnant 9 months . The hospital said they don't send people there and she had RSVP. The other issue is i would leave and people would be screaming for help I would walk over to the nursing home side because all nurses and aides left and for 15mins I was just walking around looking for help. These are rehab people they were not just yelling for help . They truly didn't want to pee on themselves and one lady was almost off the side of her bed. I was scared to get anyone but I ran. They were going to let me out( after hrs someone has to unlock a door) but I told them please help these people first. In total I was 45mins waiting and watching and no nurse no aides. Don't take ur family there.

My family and I would like to thank everyone at Harrison Senior Living of Georgetown for all the loving care and personal concern they show my mom Wilma McCombs and all the residents there. My experience in handling all matters concerning my mom are done professionally and always in a friendly manner. The fact that we can no longer care for my mom at home, we are comforted to know that she is in such a safe, secure and loving environment. Many thanks to Chris, Uniqua, Brittany, Mel, Diane, Tonya, Carolyn and really everyone who cares for my mom.

My mother in law has been calling Harrison House her home for several months. Her care has been superior in every way. Every staff member has shown that they truly care about residents and every detail of their daily lives. Can’t say enough good!

If you hate your loved ones and want them to die; send them here. One of my greatest friends was a rehab patient at this facility. They made it very clear they did not care about him, and CNA staff said terrible things about him when they thought he couldn't hear them; IN HIS ROOM. Management and Nursing staff never saw him as a person, just an inconvenience. My friend was recovering beautifully in the hospital before he ended up in Harrison House for rehab. He would still be alive if it weren't for Harrison House.

I don't know how this place got a 5 star review. The administrator is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever talked to. He couldn't even complete a solid thought when he was explaining why someone was being discharged from their position. I must say I thought maybe his father was the CEO because that would explain why he was in this position. Also if you are a professional looking for employment, DO NOT apply at this location. They will treat you like they own you with absolutely no professional courtesy. Like I previously stated, stay as far away from this facility as you can. The only reason I gave 1 star is because there was no zero.

My mom is there. There was a situation, but they went out of their way to rectify the problem. Multi thanks to karen the administrator and shaniquea who did everything to make my mother more comfortable.
